二、具体练习听力的方法
1、首先，有一个好的声音源。
我们很多同学发音不准恐怕跟当年的英语老师也有关系，他们自己的发音就未必标准。而与外国人对话也未必能改善你的发音，很多外国人口音很重，而你自己有没有辨别能力，盲目的模仿恐怕会学一口南腔北调的口音。试想一个美国人学汉语，老师是个口音很重的山东胶东人，这个美国人的汉语发音就可想而知了。我大学时有个同学，认识了一个英国朋友，天天与这个朋友练口语。一次他在英语角与另一个英国人聊天，这个英国人非常惊讶，问他是否去过英国，我的同学说没有，这个英国人说我的这同学讲英语有明显的伦敦乡村口音。可见一个正确的声音源何等重要。
那么到哪里去找好的声音源呢?学习和纠正单词发音的工具就是真人发音版本的电子字典，这里我推荐《朗文电子字典》，每个单词有英式和美式两种真人发音。句子的语气和抑扬顿挫的变化当然是电台电视台的播音员发音最标准。如学习美式发音可以选择voa,cnn等，学习英式发音当然bbc是首选，学日语可以参考nhk等(很多书店都有售mp3版本voa,bbc的新闻录音，并配有原文，是个好选择，如果嫌语速太快可以从 special English听起)。正如一个美国人想改善汉语发音，我们当然推荐他常听中央人民广播电台的节目。注意我说的是发音，要练习口语会话请参考《走遍美国》。
2、其次，跟读模仿。
就像我们在学习一首新歌一样，一遍遍模仿直到发音与播音员一模一样。而且以后在发音时，也要关掉“自动控制”，有意识地按照正确发音去说去读，直到不用想着发音也标准正确，就达到目的了。我的经验是一般歌唱得好，模仿能力强的同学改善得更快一些，但模仿能力不佳的人通过更长时间的努力也一定能达到一样的效果。
最后，一定要精通音标。否则一个你没见过的词汇你还是不会读。音标的提高并不难，除了可以报班学习之外，也可以自学，这里我推荐赖世雄老师的《赖世雄精准美国英语音标发音指南》。
三、切忌急于求造，稳扎稳打
第一周：口语和听力密不可分，想要说一口流利的英语，你必须进行大量能理解的重复性听力训练。注意这其中的两个关键词：理解和反复。与训练听力不同，训练口语的话你所要听的是简单易懂的材料，而且必须反复听很多次，让它印刻在你的脑海中。新概念一二册对于大多数非初学者来说还是比较简单的，而且课文本身就注重口语，是拿来反复听的不错材料。
第二周：大多数同学对自己的发音都不满意，其实想要说一口地道英语是需要从音标做起的。大家可以跟着口语发音版块中的文章重新学习音标，弄清楚每个音究竟如何发，一定要发到位。音标发准确了，那么你的单词发音问题不会太大，只要注意好重音在哪里。但是对于句子，还会涉及到一个连音问题。我们往往将每个音都念得很清楚，而老外则会将有些音连起来念，如果能掌握好连音技巧，你的口语将纯正很多哦。
第三至第六周：地道发音当然不是一周就能练就的，需要通过之后每天的学习一点点提高。所以接下来的几周时间，一个重要的任务就是模仿。你可以找各种原版音视频进行跟读，力求接近母语者的语音语调(而且模仿也能提高听力，因为你听不懂的原因之一就是你的发音和母语者不同)。然而光模仿的话，你只会跟着别人讲，需要自己说的时候又一片空白，于是我们必须积累一些口语素材。在模仿的过程中如果看到什么好的句子和表达可以进行背诵。
