二、学生情况分析

②基础知识不够扎实,灵活运用语言的技能相对薄弱。

③运用能力不够强实。学生的阅读能力、理解能力、分析能力、判断能力、应变能力等均不能较好地适应考查要求。语言学习的关键在于语言知识的积累,只有通过学习者亲身的体验和摸索,才能学会并掌握语言知识,从而达到在交际中灵活使用语言的目的。

三、教材简析

该册教材从不同方面具有如下特点:

1、内容丰富,涉及面广。本册教材的课文篇幅长、题材广,内容丰富,不但是一个综合知识的大熔炉,而且时代气息逼人,很具有挑战性。学生不但可以学到真实的英语语言,而且可以学到广泛的综合知识,训练全面的英语语言技能。说句实在话这套新教材对我们英语任课教师无论从语言知识而是语言技能上都展开了挑战。

2、词汇量大,语言地道。由于所选文章涉及的领域多,又是原汁原味,因此,各方面的词汇都出现了。又由于沿用地道的原文,不同作者用词不同,出现了大量的近义词。虽然这给学生提供了学习英语的真实语言环境,但也增加了学生学习英语的难度。

本教材共15单元,分二个学期教学。按要求,第一学期为1-10单元,第二学期为11-15单元。课本增加了读写训练的比重,以便于听说读写的全面训练。其内容主要反映了学生的日常学习和生活。课本设计了中外学生同校学习的情景,便于介绍英语国家的风俗习惯和文化。题材范围更广,除了学生的学校生活和家庭生活,还反映了学生的校外活动、劳动、卫生保健、体育运动、节日、尊师爱生、团结友爱、助人为乐的道德风尚。

三、学生情况分析

本届学生多为留守儿童,家庭教育的缺失等多种因素导致学习普遍有困难。基础知识掌握不够扎实,第一大题听力得分率往往只有68%左右,阅读写作得分率低。课堂学习积极性较高,回答问题较积极,绝大多数同学能做到自觉完成作业、自觉背诵课文。

受学习态度、风气的影响,刻苦学习之风渐渐稀薄,轻浮之风开始产生,很多学生上课不认真,课后死记硬背,当然有大部分学生还是劳逸结合,掌握了科学的学习方法。从学生成绩来看,存在明显不平衡。少数优生优势不明显,差生面较广,培尖补差任务重。学生受当今社会环境影响,厌学情绪严重。

四、教学措施和要求

要求:

a、类学生:课堂上要求能回答较难提问,思考问题积极,教学任务能当堂完成,课后要求阅读一定量课外读物,考试时要求失分不大。

b、类学生:加强双基教学,多鼓励多表扬,使他们爱好英语,并且用抓两头促中间的办法使他们时时有危机感。要求能较好地完成教学任务,能回答上课提出的稍难问题。

c、类学生:教学中多关心、多爱护他们,平时与他们多进行谈话,让他们认识到英语学科的重要性,平时对他们要求严格但要求不过高。

措施:

首先,努力培养培养学生自觉学习的意识和自主学习的能力.从补习音标自主学习单词开始,教会学生如何读熟文章背诵文章学习语法等,让学生真正成为学习的主人.教师由知识的传授者向学生学习的向导与顾问的角色转变.

其次,应重视学生学习英语兴趣的培养,激发学生的学习兴趣。新时期英语教学要提倡“乐”的观念,情绪越好,越乐观,对所学内容便会发生浓厚的兴趣,学习效果也将越好。提高学生学习兴趣。根据初中学生的年龄特点,起始阶段的教学要从视听入手,听说的比重应大些。

一:编故事提高语言能力。我认为,英语中参杂汉语并不是不可取,因为毕竟英语是第二外语,又是初学。由于缺乏英语环境,往往使得他们感到英语很没用,所以讲故事给他们提供了一个自我发挥的机会。
