My favourite season教学反思
My favourite season是五年级下册的第二单元。
在这个单元中,单词不多,而且单词的读音也比较简单。因此整个单元教下来,我觉得还是比较轻松的。昨天对学生进行了单元测试,成绩令人满意。
现在的英语教学中引入了大量的游戏,为的是让学生在玩中学,在玩中记。我认为很多游戏看起来热热闹闹的,但是教学效果并不是太明显,大量的游戏应用到课堂中似乎只适合在公开课的时候表演表演。
在平时的英语课堂教学中,应用一些小的游戏是很有必要的,可以大大提高学生的学习兴趣和课时效率,但是如果整个课堂里用大量的游戏贯穿的话也许会影响知识的落实程度的。
我在平时教学英语单词的时候,一般是先出示单词,然后让学生猜读音,因为学生已经有了一定的英语就基础简单的单词他们能把读音猜给百分之九十,然后领读单词,接着开火车读或者同桌之间相互读。教学新单词的时候涉及到的游戏不多,但是我力求读的方式多样,这样学生一般还是不容易乏味的。但是在教学单词中我注意了引进了竞争机制,让组与组展开竞争,让学生与学生之间展开竞争,这样学生学习单词的兴趣就更高了,惟恐落后。
我个人认为,在教学单词的时候如果应用过多的游戏,容易占用大量的学习时间,同时也容易让学生转移注意力,反而会适得其反。
在复习单词的时候我一般采用了各种各样的游戏,让每个孩子都有机会参与到游戏中来,这样既复习了上节课的内容又提高了学生各个方面的能力。
当然,我在英语教学中只是个初学者,很多认识是肤浅甚至不太正确的。

随着时代的发展和社会的进步,英语学习、英语教学越来越受到人们的普遍重视,英语已从一种工具变成了一种思想,一种知识库。可以这样说,学会英语,不但多了一双眼睛,一对耳朵,和一条舌头,甚至是多了一个头脑!因为语言是人类思维的工具,认识世界的工具,掌握一种语言也即掌握了一种观察和认识世界的方法和习惯。
我们知道基础教育阶段英语课程的任务是通过各种教学活动,激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣,养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习策略,发展自主学习的能力与合作创新的精神,培养学生综合运用英语的能力。
本堂课我遵循以上原则,并结合小学英语课程标准的要求而设计的。同时,在课堂上为学生营造了一个轻松有趣的学习氛围,促使学生积极主动地学习英语,并将所学的知识自然有效地运用于生活实际,收到了“现学现用、学用结合”的成效。
本节课的优点是:
1、重难点句型突破形式较新颖,学生兴趣较高,掌握较好。我深知兴趣是最好的老师,所以我在设置我的每个环节时我都会反问自己,这个孩子会不会喜欢,效果好吗?最终我决定采用歌曲,游戏,卡片,采访,快速记忆等形式突破重难点,效果确实很好,孩子都很感兴趣,乐于发言。
2、采用了任务型教学,各个环节都围绕着季节话题展开,借以突出重点,在活动中突破难点。学生感兴趣,学得轻松而愉快。
3、真正体现了学生主体,教师主导的作用。真正的把课堂还给学生,留给学生更多说的机会,使学生的语言交际能力得到发展。
4、评价方式多种多样。学生表演环节,表演情况予以礼物奖励。学生回答问题,参与活动给予口头或肢体评价等。
有待改进的是:
1、时间分配有些不合理,应安排再紧凑一些。练习句型的一些环节合并或省掉能省下不少时间用在采访及对话的联系上,那么对话练习的展示会更充分。 不至于由于时间不够,程度不好的孩子在课堂上没有完成,只能布置成作业完成,如果能在课堂上完成,一定能成为这节课的精彩之处。
2、 由于课堂容量较大,语速稍快,如果适当的删剪,时间就会充裕些,语速也会相应的放慢。同时,额外的内容添加的太多,一天吃不成一个胖子,一定要学会对自己狠心,狠心删掉虽然自己精心设计,但不是必要的部分。要考虑整体,不可能面面俱到。

第二课时教学反思 小学英语教学是要重视培养兴趣,但不能单靠唱 、玩 ,单靠唱歌游戏不能培养学生持久的兴趣。新鲜劲儿一过,孩子们就会厌倦。所以,唱歌游戏应该作为小学生学习英语语言知识、技能的一些手段,而不是培养兴趣的手段。我们可以采用多种手段帮助小学生在记忆力强的时期多记单词,多学习语言规则,并尽可能多创造模仿的机会,提高学生的语音和语调。在英语学习中,听、说、读、写、译五种能力是可以互补的。真正做到听说先行,读写跟上。光听说不读写,很难收到高效。只靠模仿不培养学习能力,也难减轻学习负担。所以小学生五年级的学生还是应当认真进行语言学习。
1.英语应用能力需要相应的词汇。
“不学习语言规则、不掌握相当数量的词汇,英语应用能力就是空中楼阁”。目前在小学的低年级的英语教学中,不要求学生掌握词汇,而只要求学生能根据提示或图片说出该单词,其本质无非是要学生们死记硬背,鹦鹉学舌。由于小学生们没有相应的读音规则训练,不熟悉词汇的拼写规则,单词的音、形、意三者不能有效的结合在一起,因而导致了单词记忆的困难,并成了小学生学英语的瓶颈。
2.小学英语教师应有文化意识
在小学英语的教学中,因为课文的简单易懂,所含的信息量少的缘故,很多小学英语教师忽视了文化对语言的影响,而导致了一些语言情景的不真实,和虚假的语言的产生。跨文化交际意识的培养,是英语教学的一个重要组成部分。词汇是文化信息的主要浓缩。对英语词汇的准确理解,和对语言环境的认识和创设和把握,需要对文化的比较深刻的理解。外族文化知识的获得,主要是通过对该族文化历史的研究和学习,通过对该族语言文学作品的研读,通过对该族文化生活习惯、生活方式的了解。而读原版英语经典著作的学习,是达到这三条的捷径。但是小学英语的阅读资源实在太少了,学校也没能在这个方面重视起来,所以英语教学的质量长期都是处于滞后的状态。

本节课能利用Free talk来谈论what’s your favourite season? Why do you like spring/…?自然过渡到描述他人喜欢的季节及原因,学生能按照老师的要求阅读文章,并划出关键句子,学生掌握了一些阅读技巧,提高了阅读能力,学生的答题效果较好。但是,当我提问时:What’s Xiao Lin favourite season?时,举手的学生廖廖无几,出现了短暂的沉默,我看到这种现象,只好点兵点将,并特意叫了几个好学生来回答我的问题,三个学生都能流利回答He likes… 在这些学生的引导下,举手的同学也多了。可见,人称的转换是个难点。而我在设计教学方案时却考虑不周,出现了漏洞。在以后的工作中,我要再接再厉,加强学习,提高自身素质和驾驭课堂的能力。

一 教学分析
(一)教材内容分析
人教课标版教材的的编写以话题为纲,以交际功能和语言结构为主线,逐步引导学生能够运用英语完成由实际意义的语言任务,即:话题---功能---结构------任务。本课是人教课标版小学英语五年级下册Unit 2 My Favorite Season第一课时,包括A部分Let's Learn ,Let's star,Let's find out。主要学习四季单词并且简单描述自己喜欢的季节。内容与学生的生活联系密切。符合小学生兴趣的需求,易于学生理解和掌握。第二单元主要话题之一是season,所以首先应让学生掌握四季单词的名称,这是十分重要的,也是必要的,是接下来的话题学习的基础。
(二)教学对象分析
小学生的模仿力和记忆力强,爱玩、爱唱、爱游戏、爱活动,他们学习英语的基本形式是模仿,这就要求教师选择合适的方法,让学生易于接受。五年级学生在已学习了两年英语之后,具备了一定的英语知识,有自己独到的思维意识,重视在群体或伙伴交往中的地位和作用。因此,采用表演,对话交流以及任务型的教学模式进行学习语言,运用语言是最恰当的。学生在第四册Unit 4中已进行过weather的认知和应用。在第五册Unit 3关于食物的话题中曾接触过What’s your favorite fruit?语句,对本课时内容有了一些相关知识的储备。
(三)教学方法分析
结合本节课的教学内容,充分考虑到五年级学生的认知规律与能力,以学生为主体,以人为本,运用现代信息技术优化教学手段——交互式电子白板,采用情境教学法、全身动作反应法、整体语言教学法、任务型教学途径等激励情趣,提高综合运用语言的能力,从而提高英语课堂的效率。

With the development of science and technology, change has penetrated into every aspect of our daily life. to illustrate that, i'd like to make a comparison of these two seemingly insignificant things: milkman and mailman, whose differences indicate our changing way of living with the times.
Home milk delivery has almost gone extinct in china now, also gone with it are the milkmen, who once delivered bottled fresh milk door-to-door. on the other hand, mailman's business or the courier service has thrived as online shopping gains popularity. however, in retrospect, i find something has been lost in this transition, something shakespeare called as “the milk of human kindness”.
When i was a kid, milk wasn't for sale everywhere. for the families who need it, they depended on the milkmen to take it from the local dairy farms to their houses. in our neighborhood, there was such a milkman, whose arrival was much anticipated by the children and always brought us laughter and joy. he knew the name of every kid and could easily see through our tricks. if we didn't behave, he would side with our parents and threaten to rob us of the nutritious drink. the entire neighborhood was acquainted with him; saw him as a member of the community just like the many residents or street vendors. there was a bond between all of us for it was not only the commodities that been transacted, but also a sense of caring and dependability. and that small box fixed onto our door, other than being a drop-off point for milk; it was a communication junction between the people as we took the initiative to reach out to others.
Fast forward to today, milk is ubiquitous with no dedicated delivery system. but the convenience level of our live has gone up a notch. almost everything is for sale online, which spares us all the travelling and talking. with a few ready clicks, shopping is done. the rest is left for those speed delivery companies. usually it's a grumpy mailman, who reaches us through cell phone, urging everyone to pick up their parcels as soon as possible. and the minute the receipt is signed, we rush back to unpack while the courier dashes to the next destination. there is barely a conversation carried out, nor do we feel the need to talk to such a stranger, who changes from time to time frequently. it seems that people are always in a hurry now, though we have more conveniences, still we run short of time to stop and stare, to speak and share.
Call me an old-timer, but i think the personal touch represented by the milkman is what has been missing in the modern society. william wordsworth once wrote that “getting and spending, we lay waste our powers.” modern technology may have multiplied our possessions or gave us more conveniences, but we run the risk of reducing our values if we lay waste our power of interpersonal relationships.

Qing Ming, which means clear and bright in Chinese, falls on April 5th this year. It is both the fifth term in the traditional lunar calendar and a festival to hold memorial ceremony for the dead. It is a time to express one's grief for his lost relatives. An ancient elegiac poem, which described a grievous woman, was read that vines tangled in vain and weeds crept in the graveyard, and her husband slept there lonely. It was so difficult to endure for her as if summer in the day and winter at night. And her only wish was to reunite with him after death.
People often go to sweep and weed graves with whole family and take a walk in the countryside as well. In Tang Dynasty, the habit of taking an excursion on this day was developed. At this time, spring returns and dominates the earth again. The feel of growing life is in the air, with sap ascending in trees and buds bursting. And the willow branches inserted on each gate add vigor and vitality to the surroundings. But it actually means more than that. This custom can be traced back to over one thousand years ago.
During the Period of Spring and Autumn in the JinKingdom, one of the King's sons was called Chong Er. Jealous of his talent, a concubine falsely accused him of rebellion to make her son the crown prince. He had no choice but to flee and with him were some officials. They hid themselves in a mountain and went hungry for quite some time. An official named Jie Zitui took great pain to cut some flesh from his thigh and cooked it for Chong Er. When the fact was known the young master was moved to tears and knelt down in gratitude. And Jie replied his best repayment should be a just king. They lived a life of hunger and cold for three years until the evil concubine died. ()Many soldiers were sent to look for him and to escort him back home. Going into the carriage, he saw an official packed an old mat onto a horse, he said laughingly, 'What on earth is the use of that? Throw it away!' Jie Zitui heard it and sighed, 'It is hardship that can be shared with his majesty but not prosperity.' So he went away quietly and lived in seclusion with his old mother.
As Chong Er became king, he rewarded many people but he forgot Jie Zitui. He did not realize it until was reminded. However his invitation was refused and he flared up. Soldiers were ordered to burn up the mountain to force Jie to come out. Finally they found Jie and his mother scorched under a willow. He would rather die than yield to the power. Chong Er was so overwhelmed with regret that he ordered people hold memorial ceremony for Jie. So every year on that day folks mourned for him and the day before ate cold meals, which avoided making fire. Later the custom of inserting willow branches on gates was also added.

Just because it is so, I pay out voluntarily for it, I will let my strength, let this slice of land more clean, let more ones know it, is also willing to devote oneself to it as me. I still help to the person who comes to here, let them enjoy the happiness of this slice of Holy Land. Olympic Games is platform, I am host.
