大家下午好。我是来自厚德小学的老师翟天芬，很高兴能有机会跟大家一起来分享。今天我带来的演讲是《梦想与坚持》
每个人都有梦想。梦想往大了说是理想，往小了说是愿望。即使再小的愿望也只有坚持才能实现。
年少轻狂时往往是为赋新词强说愁，习惯了把自己的梦想夸大，却忘记了怎样去坚持，最终梦想一场空。
回望革命长征，红军战士在恶劣的自然环境和国民党的围追堵截的之下，历经磨难，不畏艰险，用他们顽强的毅力最终完成了使命，是他们对革命梦想的执着和坚持成就了这两万五千里的长征，也成就了世界历史上的一大壮举。梦想需要坚持，只有坚持才有奇迹。
选择特教职业需要爱心，更需要坚持。作为教师，最大的责任就是教书育人。作为特教老师的我最大的愿望就是把教学做好，把孩子教育好。让孩子在快乐中感受、体验和学习。十年树木百年树人。教育并非一朝一夕之事。没有坚定的信念支持自己很难实现这小小的愿望。
记得初到厚德的前几个星期里我有过矛盾，有过质疑，有过失落，也有退缩。孩子们的多动让我不知所措，他们的不配合让我无可奈何。但是在他们要求爱的抱抱里我感受到了爱的需要和缺失，他们需要我们；在他们弯下腰为我弹走裤腿上的灰尘时，我的心融化了，我收获了满满的感动，我们很重要。接下来的一个多月里孩子们进步了好多，知道配合，也渐渐地喜欢上我的课。这让我倍感欣慰。我也更坚定了信念和他们做伴，和他们成为朋友。是孩子们的纯洁感动了我，是我的坚持换来了他们的喜欢。我想说我赚了。只有坚持才有进步。只有进步，梦想离我们才会更近。我想先天性条件也许制约了一个人以后的发展却不能决定他的命运。孩子们的成长需要我们，不抛弃不放弃，是对他们最大的承诺。我想我会在厚德呆很久，我希望我能坚持，希望能为厚德出一份力，我希望能帮到更多的需要帮助的人。
有人说：梦想坚持＝成功。今天很残酷，明天很残酷，后天很美好，但绝大部分人却死在明天晚上，所以请不要放弃梦想，不要放弃坚持。加油！

早上好！我今天演讲的题目是“想成功就要坚持”。
首先，我想和大家分享一个有趣的故事：我记得有一次，伟大的哲学家苏格拉底对学生说：“今天我们只学最简单最容易做的事：每个人都尽可能向前伸出手臂。”说着，苏格拉底又演示了一遍，“从今天开始，每天做300次，大家都可以吗？”学生们都笑了。这么简单的事情有什么做不到的？一个月后，苏格拉底问学生：“哪个学生坚持一天扔300次？”90%的学生骄傲地举起了手。一个月后，苏格拉底又问，这次只有80%的学生坚持。一年后，苏格拉底又问大家：“请告诉我，还有哪些同学坚持了最简单的切割动作？”这时，整个教室只有一个人举手。这个学生就是柏拉图，后来成为古希腊另一位伟大的哲学家。这篇短篇小说的深刻含义显而易见。

现在，我们有些学生为了眼前的利益而考试作弊，而没有制定长期的计划。这种不符合新海高中校风的做法，不仅让学校和老师蒙羞，也失去了考验自己的机会。失去这个机会，就相当于放弃了自己，最终一事无成。
成功和失败往往只有一步之遥。如果你想成功，你必须坚持下去。这是一个不神秘的秘密。但是坚持勤奋，选择了错误的方向，很可悲。“勤奋”只要存在就没有价值。它偏离了正确的方向，走向了错误的方向。意思是一列飞驰的火车脱轨了，你汗流浃背，泪流满面，终点却是“触手可及”和“遥不可及”。如果把坚持和勤奋美化成一颗魔法石，我们以为无论什么腐朽，在它开悟之后都会变得神奇，却不知道这就像是把一块石头变成了一块锦缎，把一束丝线敲成了美玉。可能实力和方法合适，但是选错对象了。

宋代大政治家范仲淹，年轻时就立志报国，从小读书就十分刻苦，21岁去附近长白山上的寺庙里读书，经常一个人灯下苦读，每到东方欲晓，僧人们都起床了，他才和衣而卧。那时，他的生活极其艰苦，每天早上煮好一锅稀饭，凉了之后划成四份，早晚各取两块，没有菜，就用盐水泡野菜做成咸菜来当菜，用来下饭，就是这么简单。这杯他朋友的儿子看到了，就给范仲淹送来许多好饭好菜。可是，几天过去了，事物都原封不动，已经放坏了。那人问他为什么不吃，范仲淹说：“我不是不感激令尊的厚意，只是我已习惯于粗茶淡饭了，我既然已经立志报国，就做好了吃苦的准备，如果现在就贪图享受，以后还能吃得了苦吗？”

同学们：
你们好！我曾在许多次的演讲中谈到过理想、责任、善缘、积累……这样一些话题，勉励年轻人追求人生的自我价值，这是人生的意义所在。这也是我自己人生经历中的一些感悟和体会。今天，我想和大家再次分享《梦想与坚持》。
前不久，我在中信出版社出版了一本散文书，书名叫《一个人的乡村》，书的内容与人生励志无关，却与不同的人拥有不同的人生有关。书中讲了很多故事，这不重要，重要的是通过身边的这些凡人琐事，说明一个有心人对社会环境的留意与观察，让我们感觉到生活的精彩、文字的优美，更可贵的是生活感悟后对事件的文字积累带来的生活契机转变的好处，这种由各人努力带来的机遇对一个人的成功是多么重要的一笔，而它内在的成功因素主要来自于坚持。这是我多年来对“梦想与坚持”收获的感受和启示，在此与大家分享。
我想简单地说一个人的成功并不难，因为成功的路上人并不多。成功的路上没什么竞争，因为坚持的人不多。
我深知这一点。从少年时代我就存有梦想，而且一直在努力积累成果，向着这个目标前进。坚持着努力与积累这种宝贵的优良品质，因为我确信努力是奇迹的另一个名词。“永不放弃是让梦想实现的唯一秘诀。”今天，当我走在庐山特训营的校园里，我看到了这个红色条幅写的这几个字，我很有感觉。
我至今在繁忙的工作之余，我已写下了近150多万字的散文及随笔，三百多幅手机绘画作品，1000多幅纸上水墨画、水粉画，还有大量的乡村速写，以及大批量的设计方案。
人若有志、万事可为。
记得有一天我去看牙医，那个年龄很小的女牙医告诉我：由于我从小养成的不良刷牙习惯，已导致我的许多牙龈都将坏死。她给我打了一个比方，说一棵大树如果你不停地反复砍这一个点，这棵树不论它再大，它也会很快倒下。她的一席话让我感触颇深，受益匪浅。有些道理说起来很深奧，其实很简单。
积累，是人成功的一个重要的过程。学会积累就是一种成熟。欣赏积累就是一种智慧。不积跬步谈不上千里，没有小溪，难以汇集江湖。江湖千里告诉我们，每件事情都是有千丝万缕的小事组合而成，一笔一划一点一滴的积累，才能汇成鸿篇巨作。但是他们都要靠最初的起步阶段的超级简单积累而成。
不要因为事情小就忽视它，不要因为是刚开始就不认真去做。同学们，当你们离开学校后，身边的每一件小事都可能是积累未来发展优势的那个机会。良好的开端是成功的一半。希望大家迈好这走向社会的第一步，从小事做起，从现在做起，从身边的一点一滴做起，把自己的成长融入到国家发展、社会进步的洪流中，即使遇到了困难和挫折，也决不要消极悲观、怨天尤人。这是我想说的一点体会。
做一件事情，只有持之以恒地坚持下去，你才能从中产生对事物的深刻理解和认识，获得与众不同的感悟和洞察，这是一个人成长不可或缺的重要过程。没有这样的积累，即便机会到了你的面前，也很难能把握住。所以，平庸与卓越之间的差别，不在于天赋，而在于长期的坚持、持续的投入，还有反复的锤炼。
另外我还强调一点，人生漫漫、杂乱无章，我们真需要懂得取舍，不要被眼前小的利益轻易地诱惑。人生最难的不是坚持要做什么，最难的是“决定不做什么”。因为当下浮躁的社会有太多伟大的、令人兴奋的想法鼓舞着我们，而我们同时要极力安静地去想哪些是最适合我们的事情，哪些是最有益于我们们特长？在这些想法中去选择最好的想法，去丢掉次要的想法？有些想法很大看上去都是最好的想法，但我们精力有限、能力也有限，时间更是有限，所以我们只能选择其中一种，并下定决心、排除万难地努力把它做到极致、做到达人，其他的我都会果断放弃。
同学们，人的成长就是一个不断选择的过程。对优秀的人而言，选择更是人生中面临的最大挑战。今天你们走向社会，将面临各种各样的机遇、诱惑，也会遇到很多的挑战、挫折。每当这时候，你都是在回答与“选择”相关的问题。我希望大家，无论面对机会还是挑战，都能有舍弃的胸怀和勇气，摆脱小市民的意识，都能从人生的意义出发，不要患得患失，选择对自己来说有价值的事情和专业，专心专注地立下保证做下去，让自己投入的事业从平淡走向突出，从突出走向优秀，从优秀走向“达人秀”，然后再与专业人士PK。
生活就是这么精彩。
世界是你们的也是我们的，但是归根结底是那些有志向且勤劳、勇敢坚定、内心强大的人。我还是那句话：人若有志、万事可为。
朱镕基曾对清华同学们讲“要大胆地试，不要怕失败；你们还年轻，失败了也无所谓”。
我想一个活在当下的人，一个有知有觉的人，一个有着独立意识的人，一个想获得别人赞许的人，你只要有志气地活着，这就是希望。言谈举止中永不言败，既使今天平凡，人生明后天仍不失人生就会有精彩出现。

我感到很荣幸，今天能够站在这个舞台上演讲。
没有优美华丽的词藻，没有尖酸刻薄的语调。
“不平凡的大学有着不平凡的生活，但平凡的大学却有着各自独特的精彩!”在这里，我想请问大家，你们上大学的动机是什么?也许，有的是为了跟风争脸，有的是被家里硬推上来的，也有的真心想通过大学来实现自己的抱负。
不管怎样，我请你要把握好这一次机会。
试想一下，那落后贫困的地方，那里的孩子正处于教育贫乏的环境，对比自身的条件，你还有什么样的理由拒绝学习呢!
请不要说，“学习，我没有动力”。
但你有没有想过，在这里并没有谁谁谁强迫或者被强迫去学习，而是我们该放开手脚去获得社会的知识、信息与技能，那是主动;倘若你不迈开双脚，再远大的理想、目标，也只能让人望而兴叹!
来到这里也有一段时间了，就自己而言，我已深深地体验到什么叫，“人生苦短”，每天除去上课、吃饭、睡觉，试问，我们还有多少时间主动地去学习。
一日复一日、一个学期乃至一年的光阴很快将流逝。
在这里，我再次请问大家一个问题，你们总说一天那么忙，那有空余的时间学习啊!那好，我想请问，你每天回到宿舍，流程是怎么样的：玩游戏、看电影、听音乐、聊Q还是在某个角落里发呆。
确实，这些我也参与其中，但我看重的，并不是那忘我而麻木的沉迷其中，而是立异于得到适当的放松那紧绷的神经，让自己可以清晰地安排下一步的目标与任务，有条不紊的规划好自己的人生。
而不至于荒废学业，浪费青春。
同学们，在座的大多是20岁左右的成年人了。
如果你还抱有这样的想法：“算了吧!大学是我自己的自由空间，学什么、努力什么啊!明天再说。”我痛心，为你的父母而感到痛心，因为当你们以为自己在青春的岁月里还有资本耗得起时，可否想到身后辛劳的父母正一步一步的走向生命年轮的末途!
在这里，我学到了感恩。
还记得在职业生涯规划课堂上有这样一道题：倘若你有1百万，你愿意与下列哪些选项作交换，(1)拥有一个绝色佳丽作为妻子;(2)拥有自己的别墅和轿车……其中有一项是我的选择——我情愿用1百万来换取每个周末与家人一起用餐，和他们拉拉家常、嘘寒问暖!上了大学，在经济上、行动上的支持，对我从来没有缺过。
每次打电话，“钱够吗?”是父母亲必问的问题，我知道家里的钱那辛酸的.来历;一张张“红纸”都清清楚楚的刻着他们的辛苦的印章，可他们想到的首先是我，所以，我立志在父母亲有生之年，尽自己最大的努力去善待他们，让他们以后的生活过得好点，享受应有的天伦之乐!
同学们，我们该知道，也该明了，我们每天所花费的是父母的血汗、父母的辛劳。
无论那正常的吃、穿，还是一时兴起的零食、烟、酒，甚至为了那所谓的“爱情”而打肿脸充胖子。
你可否想到家人付出的——以为子女长大了、懂事了、自立自强了。

我不是官二代，我也不是富二代，我只是爸妈普通的下一代，有人说：“你现在不努力学习，不在高考中折桂，你斗得赢富二代，赢得了官二代吗?”是的，这话我信了。
所以，我的梦很简单，就是努力学习，考取重点大学，让父母过上好日子，自己成为一个有用的人。

我想说的是，那些梦离我们还太远，只要我们现在开始努力，是可以实现的。

大家好！
一个有事业追求的人，可以把梦想做得高些；虽然开始时是梦想，但只要不停地做，不轻易放弃，梦想就能成真。
借西山之石以精卫填海，贵在一个“恒”字。唯有持之以恒的坚持梦想，不忘初心，才能取得成功。我的父辈都是当兵的，我也受到我爷爷和父亲的影响，梦想成为一名为人民服务的军人，考上一所理想的军校。
但在中考失利后，自己对未来的迷茫和梦想破灭的绝望，自己也埋怨曾经不努力的自己。在那段时间里，我的心灵乃至身体，如同一具行尸走肉在世间游荡。幸运的是，泰安有个学校名叫泰山国际学校，它可以再给我一次实现梦想的机会。兴奋又激动的我，不远万里，从烟台做六个小时的长途，来到泰安，来到泰山国际学校。我感谢学校，感谢学校的老师，没有因为我是异地人，对我产生偏见，而是对我更加的关心和帮助。泰山国际学校使我又重新燃起了对未来的希望。
从我踏入国际学校直到现在，过了三个月。在这三个月里，我的学习成绩一直在级部里逐步上升。从第一次月考的88名，到期中考试的55名，再到第三次月考的50名。在这些天里，我无法忘记中考失利的耻辱，还有那些为我付出心血的老师和父母。他们的恩情，让我无以为报。我要让他们看到自己的转变，成为他们的骄傲，让他们为我感到自豪。
学习，不光是为了自己，更是为了“还债”。对于那些自由散漫的人来说，他们绝大部分都在人潮汹涌的世间，白白挤了一生，从来不知道那里才是他们所想达到的地方。他们忘记了自己的初心，放弃了梦想。我们必须要记住学习的时间是有限的，不只是由于人生短促，更是由于人事纷繁。我们应该力求把我们所有的时间，用去做最有益的事。
学校给了我们非常好的学习环境。如果我们不学习，怎么对得起课上把嗓子讲哑的老师；如果我们不学习，怎么对得起监督我们纪律的教官；如果我们不学习，怎么对得起在生活上关心我们的宿管阿姨；如果我们不学习，怎么对得起生我们养我们的父母。梦想其实并不是个人的，都说父母“望子成龙”、“望女成凤”，其实就是这个意思。

five score years ago, a great american, in whose symbolic shadow we stand signed the emancipation proclamation. this momentous decree came as a great beacon light of hope to millions of negro slaves who had been seared in the flames of withering injustice. it came as a joyous daybreak to end the long night of captivity.
but one hundred years later, we must face the tragic fact that the negro is still not free. one hundred years later, the life of the negro is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination. one hundred years later, the negro lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity. one hundred years later, the negro is still languishing in the corners of american society and finds himself an exile in his own land. so we have come here today to dramatize an appalling condition.
in a sense we have come to our nation's capital to cash a check. when the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the constitution and the declaration of independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every american was to fall heir. this note was a promise that all men would be guaranteed the inalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
it is obvious today that america has defaulted on this promissory note insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. instead of honoring this sacred obligation, america has given the negro people a bad check which has come back marked “insufficient funds.” but we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. we refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation.
so we have come to cash this check -- a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice.
we have also come to this hallowed spot to remind america of the fierce urgency of now. this is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. now is the time to open the doors of opportunity to all of god's children. now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood.

those who hope that the negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to business as usual. there will be neither rest nor tranquility in america until the negro is granted his citizenship rights. the whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.

I dream of being a doctor.
My mother is a doctor.
She always has to work extra hours and comes home late and tired.

For those of you that have experienced some hardships – don’t give up on your dream.
The rough times are gonna come, but they have not come to stay, they have come to pass. Greatness, is not this wonderful, esoteric, illusive, God like feature that only the special among can achieve. It’s something that truly exists, in all of us. It’s very important for you to believe that you are the one!
Most people they raise a family, they earn a living and then they die. They stop growing, they stop working on themselves, they stop stretching, the stop pushing themselves. Then a lot of people like to complain but they don’t wanna do anything about their situation. And most people don’t work on their dreams – why?
