上海交通大学博士后研究人员合同书

根据国家和地方相关法律、法规、政策和其它规定，甲乙丙三方在平等自愿、协商一致的基础上，签订如下合同条款，共同遵照履行。丙方通过甲方规定的入职体检合格并且申报材料通过上海市人保局审批通过后，甲乙丙三方签字/盖章之日起本合同方自动生效。
一、合同期限
丙方在上海交通大学做博士后研究工作的期限为两年，合同期限为 _____年____月____日至______年____月____日，一般不予延期出站。如确因工作原因需延期出站，丙方需经乙方同意并提前三个月报流动站和人力资源处博士后管理办公室办理批准和备案手续，延期时间不能超过一年。
二、甲乙丙三方职责要求
（一）丙方根据国家有关规定，申请到甲方从事博士后研究工作，甲方经考核拟同意接收。甲方选派_____ ___教授（乙方）为丙方联系导师，在站期间负责与丙方联系，并协助甲方对丙方进行业务指导和日常管理。
（二）乙、丙双方协商确定两年工作期限内博士后科研项目的主要内容及预期目标，按照《上海交通大学博士后工作计划协议书》执行。
（三）乙方根据所在单位的实际情况，为丙方提供相应的科研工作条件，对丙方的工作进行指导和检查。
三、博士后工资福利、社会保险及住房待遇
（一）乙方自筹经费招收博士后。乙方同意按________万元/年（含学校补贴）作为丙方博士后_____年____月至______年____月期间的工资。具体发放方式按月平
均发放80％，年度考核合格者在年底一次性发放20％，且年度考核优秀者学校奖励4000元，考核良好者学校奖励元。两年期满人员，未经学院、流动站和人力资源处同意，擅自滞留在站的博士后研究人员，不再发放第二年的考核奖励津贴。对于考核不合格者，给予退站处理。
（二）丙方确因工作原因需延期出站，经甲乙双方同意、学校审批同意后，丙方延期期间的工资福利和社会保险均由乙方科研经费支付。
（三）丙方在合同有效期内，如提出退站或擅自离站，即为违约。退站或擅自离站人员实际在站期间所得工资等费用由乙方支付。学校将收回所有给导师的用于该博士后的补贴。
（四）根据上海市相关文件规定，学校为丙方缴纳社会保险。外籍博士后的保险按照国际教育学院读学位留学生的标准执行。
（五）学校资产管理处根据丙方的具体情况为其提供相应的博士后公寓。具体按照资产管理处《上海交通大学博士后公寓管理章程》进行管理。
四、博士后考核
甲方按照《上海交通大学博士后人员考核规定》对丙方进行年度和出站考核。
五、合同的变更、终止、解除
（一）甲乙丙三方协商一致，可以变更或解除本合同的相关内容。
（二）本合同订立时所依据的法律、法规、规章和政策已经发生变化的，应当依法变更本合同的相关内容。
（三）本合同确需变更的，由甲乙丙三方按照规定程序签订合同变更书，以书面形式确定合同变更的内容。
（四）丙方工作期满办理完出站手续，本合同自动终止。
（五）丙方在站期间有下列情形之一的，甲方可以单方面解除本合同：
1、年度考核不合格的；
2、在学术上弄虚作假，影响恶劣的；
3、受警告以上行政处分的；
4、无故旷工连续15天（含）或一年内累计旷工30天（含）以上的；
5、因患病等原因难以完成研究工作的；
6、未经甲乙双方同意，擅自出国或者出国逾期不归超过30天（含）的；
7、其他情况应予退站的。
六、争议处理
甲乙丙三方因履行合同发生争议，应由当事人三方协商解决。当事人也可以自争议发生之日起60日内向有管辖权的人事争议仲裁委员会申请仲裁；对仲裁裁决不服的，可以自收到仲裁裁决之日起15日内向甲方所在地或合同履行地的基层人民法院提起诉讼。一方当事人在法定期间内不起诉又不履行仲裁裁决的'，另一方当事人可以向人民法院申请执行。
七、附则
（一）丙方应当熟知并严格遵守上海交通大学博士后管理有关规章制度并履行应尽的义务，若违反将按有关规定处理。
（二）本合同一式六份，甲乙丙三方各执一份，人力资源处博士后管理办公室备案一份，一份归文书档案，一份存入丙方个人档案。
（三）本合同生效后，甲乙丙三方均应认真履行。
（三）本合同所述货币，均为人民币。所述工资福利等均为税前额。

篇2：博士后的合同
博士后研究人员协议书
清华大学 博士后流动站委托 (甲方)与博士后（乙方） 就博士后期间的研究工作，签订协议如下:
1. 乙方申请到清华大学 系做博士后研究工作，甲方经考核拟同意接收。
乙方的正式进站手续待收到申请表报批审核后方可办理。乙方在清华大学工作期限为两年，自 年 月至年 月，一般不能提前、延期离站。

作一次学术报告。进站一年左右时间进行中期考核，工作期满前两个月应向甲方提交书面的研究工作报告。甲方应组织有关同行专家召开评审会检查验收乙方的科研成果，并写出书面鉴定意见。乙方在站期间的科研成果应按清华大学保护知识产权的规定(试行)办理。
6. 博士后在站期间不得申请出国（包括港澳台）,参加国际学术会议和与博士后期间研究工作有关的不超过三个月的短期访问除外。
7. 博士后在正式办理进校手续前需经体检，体检不合格者退回原单位。博士后期间因病连续请假半年以上者，应终止其博士后研究工作，待恢复健康后由全国博士后管理会协助安排工作。
8. 乙方在流动站工作期间属短期流动在校从事科研工作的正式教工，享受学校教工的一切待遇，必须遵守我校和全国博士后管委会的有关规章制度并履行应尽的义务。若有违反，应按有关规定处理。
9. 本协议自双方签字之日起生效，双方保证遵守执行。本协议一式三份，甲方、乙方各一份，一份交人事处博士后管理办公室备案。

岁月如歌，光阴似箭，两年的研究生生活即将结束。经历了找工作的喧嚣与坎坷，我深深体会到写作论文时的那份宁静与思考。回首两年的求学历程，对那些引导我、帮助我、激励我的人，我心中充满了感激。

博士后专家推荐信模板
XXX是我系基础数学专业94届硕士研究生。由于基础课程学习成绩优异，一年后直接转入博士研究生，导师是XXX教授。 XXX同志的主要研究方向是齐性空间之间的连续映射的同伦分类问题。属于代数拓扑学的核心领域。70年代由Sullivan首创的有理同伦论，将这一问题在很大程度上归结于上同调环间同态的分类。近30年来许多国外同行参加了这一方面的研究工作，但成效不大。 XXX同志的研究成果在若干方向上取得了突破。其中有：
1. 在J.Ewing，A.Liulevicius和M.Hoffman对A型Flag流形的整上同调环自同态完全分类的情形下，对B,C,D型Flag流形的整上同调环自同态，全部进行了分类。这一成果将发表于Pacific J .Math.
2. 将S.Papadima对单群对应的Flag流形实上同调环的环自同构分类的工作，深化至自同态的分类。这一工作已投刊至“中国科学”。
3. 对于不同Flag流形之间的映射，国外只限于“Simple”情形的.研究。赵旭安同志已探索到构造非“Simple”映射的方法，为他开展进一步的研究工作，提供了很好的前景。
XXX同志具有很好的数学研究工作的素质，具体，务实。他能很快的深入到所关领域的主题，形成自己的看法，力求突破。通过前期的学习他已在李群，流形，代数等领域有了相当的知识积累，以及综合应用这些知识的能力。
基于上述考虑，我毫无保留的推荐他到贵单位从事博士后研究。
