1．甲方保证其译员具备必要的语言水平和工作能力，并遵守乙方的规章制度。

3．乙方承诺，未经乙方同意，乙方不得给甲方译员私下安排任何其它额外的翻译服务工作。

4．当乙方认为甲方译员不称职时，有权书面要求乙方重新派遣替换译员。

6．在口译工作中，如果甲方服务存在缺失（漏译、故意错译等），乙方可扣除甲方应得服务费的10％（百分之十）；如果乙方因此而遭受损失，则乙方在本合同项下应承担的最高赔偿为本次翻译服务费的总额。

7．本合同一式两份，甲乙双方各持一份。双方传真盖章签字后即生效。双方同意甲方《翻译报价单》构成本合同不可分割的部分。

篇2：口译工作总结

本次关于煤矿评价的陪同口译工作为期六天，工作时间为20xx年的6月21日至20xx年6月26日。项目背景是香港丰汇集团邀请Behre Dolbear公司的专家对于新疆哈密地区巴里坤县的明鑫煤矿进行调查。这次口译工作对于煤矿地质、采矿专业英语的要求很高，工作压力较大。Behre Dolbear公司的专家包括世界级采矿工程师、地质专家和环境专家，他们来自中国香港、美国、加拿大和澳大利亚。口音各异，任务相对艰巨。最主要的工作集中在了23日和24日两天。在6月23日我作为采矿工程师Norris的随声翻译，和明鑫煤矿的采煤工程师进行了为时近六个小时的沟通，内容涉及到采矿工艺、安全隐患、设备、储量及运营等。对于专业英语的要求还是很高的，部分专有名词翻译的精准性对于这种评价调查沟通是非常必要的。

本次口译工作时间为20xx年6月22日至20xx年6月27日共6日，参与的2名译员均来自阳光创译公司，分别是中国科学院地质与地球物理研究所的郑勇和北京大学的王瑞。总体来说，我们较为成功的完成了公司交待的工作任务，工作结束后相关外国专家均表示希望有下次的合作机会。同时，在具体翻译的过程中也存在一定的不足，特此撰写这篇总结，向公司领导汇报，并希望对公司日后相关工作能有一定的.启发。

(1)出发前的准备及注意事项。通过和几名议员的相互探讨，野外口译的工作基本上都是有关矿山评估的相关内容。因此，在出发前应仔细阅读相关的矿区评价报告，详细了解矿区的相关背景，并通过仔细阅读英文版本的报告，了解相关的专业词汇。通过本次野外口译工作，我深深的意识到尽管所有的口译议员基本上都具有一定的地质专业背景，但各自专业不同，擅长的领域往往也较为局限。但是，在实际翻译过程中，参与的外国专家包括地质、采矿工程、储量评估、采矿机械和矿山环境等各行各业，这就要求我们在出发前详细了解本次评估矿山的矿种以及该矿种所涉及的一些特定的背景知识。同时，投资方会详细了解矿山周边的交通、环境、其他兄弟矿山甚至详细到矿工的生活、矿工子女的上学问题等。所以在准备过程中还要了解本次矿区所特有的一些工作、生活等特点。

(2)在实际野外口译过程中，吕国师兄为本次工作提供了十分重要的口译经验，因此，在口译时要牢记相关的要点。野外口译过程中，一般会下榻到级别较高的酒店，并且为适应外国专家的需要，条件允许下的情况下一般吃的是自助餐。因此，食宿方面不需要相关译员担心。由于外国专家来自不同国家，所以英语口音比较，例如本次我们工作中有典型的美式口音，还有澳洲口音和非洲口音，而一般情况下澳洲口音和非洲口音较难识别，但经过1-2天后就慢慢适应了，关键还是要多与自己所陪同的专家沟通。

在具体翻译过程中，口译人员所要完成的最主要任务就是让外国专家得到他们需要的矿山信息，因此，翻译过程中可询问当地工程师，拿到所有的图件和表格资料。一般专家看到相关资料后可掌握大部分的信息，且通过图件进行相关的口译也较为容易。在帮助外国专家理解矿区信息时，专家一般会提出很多问题，这就需要你和当地工程师之间进行沟通，有的问题很可能超过你的专业知识范围，这就要求你在完全弄懂中国工程师对相关问题的解释后再传达给国外专家。我们的任务就是尽可能的让评估组得到一切他们想得到的信息，因此，在翻译过程中可使用专业词典。

但是，有一点是所有翻译工作人员必须遵从的职业规范和道德，那就是要严格按照真实信息进行翻译，国外专家的话听不懂时一定要让其重复，甚至让他对相关的专业词汇进行解释，无论多少次，都要最终弄清楚，并准确地传达给中国工程师;对于转达中国工程师的回答时，一定要在中文意思上弄懂相关内容，进行翻译时可以不使用专业词汇，但意思一定要表达清楚。如我们本次工作涉及到长壁式采矿方法，由于我们专业背景是地质方面，在采矿方面相对薄弱，因此，需要通过外国专家来举例了解Long-wall method的具体含义。工作时可能会有野外实地或下井考察，这就需要参加工作的女译员考虑好，因为一般矿井不允许女同志下井。

如何学好口译?

难点一：没有自己的速记符号系统?

口译笔记是一套成体系的，虽然带有明显的个人特点，但还是有共性的，告诉你辈辈相传的大概格式，跟你分享他们得心应手的一些符号，这样会节省你很多自己摸索的时间，也会给你很多启迪，你可以按照这样的套路自己去摸索其他的笔记符号。

所以，建立自己的口译笔记符号库，一定要参照他人特别是前辈们的，也算“取其精华”吧，然后根据自己的特点再针对性地创造自己便于使用的符号系统。

难点二：笔记没有条理没有逻辑，自己看时分不出前后顺序?

这首先取决于你的听力理解能力。笔记其实是你大脑对信息逻辑分析的书面体现而已。而逻辑分析能力又取决于你的知识面、快速反应能力等等诸多方面的因素。

比如：你在收听关于探月工程的中文或者关于国际空间站的英文节目时，你可能没有多少背景知识或相关技术知识，我想你可能都听不清楚原文的逻辑脉络，何谈笔记的条理和逻辑?所以，一定要扩充知识面，平时加大报刊的阅读面和量，双语要齐头并进，不能有所偏废。知识面解决了，剩下的工作就好办了。

难点三：笔记与脑记如何分配，一头雾水!

实际工作过程中70%到80%是以脑记为主，所谓脑记就是主要放在听懂上，眼睛要离开纸面，不要紧盯着自己在写什么，笔记随手记下逻辑点和中心词汇。当然，也有人手写速度很快，可以多依赖笔记，但不管比例分工如何，都要以脑记听懂为主，否则记了一大堆单词或汉字，却不知其间的逻辑关系在哪，那就得不偿失了。

手脑的配合问题，其实很简单。先要从记忆力练起，要学会如何集中注意力去接收分析收听到的信息，找出逻辑关联点，听一段后根据脑记逻辑关联点回想并复述所听内容。全篇脑记练习结束后再动笔将同一篇文章做笔记练习，你会发现笔记的内容跟你脑记的那些逻辑关联点有惊人的相似或者就是脑记的书面版本而已，这时可以说你的手脑配合已经比较合理了。

难点四：瞬时记忆不知道怎么训练?

瞬时记忆力的训练就是脑记训练，也就是所称的“无纸翻译”训练。一开始可以从中文广播节目练起，最好把节目录制下来，这样可以反复收听，找出漏听误听的内容，当然，网络上的音频节目全都可以拿来为己所用。最好是能够找到中英文对照的音频节目，先做中文的记忆力复述练习，消化吸收后，再做英文的记忆复述练习，最后，也是最重要的一个环节，就是再次听中文，按照刚才你所收听到的英文表达将你脑记的中文内容翻译成英文，对照英文材料，看自己译文还差在什么地方，要尽可能模仿英文的表达模式，这样才能提高汉译英的水平。

平时要抽时间阅读古圣先贤的双语对照的典籍着作。其实只要平日里留心积累在报纸杂志上经常看到的经典名句，不时地翻看双语对照的诗词文集，培养诗词素养，终有一天你也会豁然开朗，获得一种“以不变应万变”的快速反应能力。

难点六：如何进行笔译训练的?

口笔译是相辅相成的，笔译是基础。很多学习口译的同学一味强调口译技巧的习得而忽视了基本功的训练。笔译训练需要你静下心来思考，不要象做口译那样满足于会做，而是要举一反三，要给出多个翻译版本，这样你在做口译的时候才能游刃有余，不会卡壳，译文才能出彩。

一、提纲记忆法

初学演讲者常常把能够背诵演讲稿作为准备充分的标志。背诵记忆，对于初学演讲者可能是一种必要的准备方式。但是，背诵依赖的是机械记忆，逐字逐句的记忆不仅耗费演讲者大量的时间，而且容易造成演讲者心理麻痹。实际的演讲过程中，一旦因怯场、听众骚动，设备等突然出现故障而打断了演讲者的思路，机械记忆的链条往往就被截断，演讲者脑海中会一片空白，导致演讲停顿。此外，单纯的背诵记忆，还极易形成机械单调的“背书”节奏，丧失了演讲应该具备的激情和人情。

为了获得良好的沟通效果，译员在到达工作地点后，一定要先熟悉工作环境。观察发言人所处的房间设施情况，屋顶的高低、窗帘的厚度、房间的面积等都会对音效造成影响。此外，发言人需要对多少观众讲话，是在讲台上发言还是流动讲话，这些问题译员都需要考虑。对于译员本人来说，是站在讲话人身边还是退到舞台一侧，有没有辅助工具(如麦克风)，是有支架的麦克风、手持无线麦克风还是便携式无线麦克风，在工作开始前的短暂时间里，应该尽可能充分地掌握情况。特别要注意调试麦克风，以免出现音质有问题或电池电量不够的尴尬场面。

2. 综合运用演讲的几大要素

讲话人声音的产生伴随着一系列生理过程C首先是从肺部呼出气流，气流经过喉，振动声带而形成声音;再经过咽、嘴和鼻腔，声音被放大和修饰，最后通过舌、唇、齿和颚等部位形成特定的音。译员在翻译中应注意演讲几个要素的运用，即：音量(Volume)、音调(Pitch)、节奏(Rate)、停顿(Pauses)、发音(Pronunciation)和吐词(Enunciation)。

音量 讲话人声音的大小和强弱程度。译员切勿大声喊叫，即使是发言人声音过大，也不可受到影响而提高音量。适中的音量即使自己的翻译容易被听众接受，也不会显得信心不足或喧宾夺主。在翻译过程中调节音量是必要的。译员从开始讲话就应注意观察听众表情，特别是最前排和最后排听众的表情。前排听众露出不快的表情或者后排听众露出不解的表情，都是音量不合适的信号。

音调 声音的高低程度。一般来说，译员在翻译中最好采用中音，因为中音显得沉稳可信，并应注意通过音调的变化让听众感受到友好、温和、诚恳和热情。作为译员，表现出强烈的情感是不合适的，不温不火的音调可以显得自己更加客观。然而，这绝不意味着译员应自始至终使用一种音调，单调不变的音调会使听众感到沉闷，极大地破坏演讲效果。

节奏 讲话人声音传递的速度快慢。通常，中文表达速度是每分钟150～180字，英文则是120～150词。虽然译员应该考虑所翻译的内容特点和讲话人所采用的速度而确定自己翻译传达的节奏，但在平均值上下浮动幅度过大，会造成听众接受信息的额外负担。因此，译员应采用中等速度，而且在重要信息点，如数字、专门用语、人名、头衔等和讲话人特别强调的关键词上应将速度适当放慢。在翻译过程中经常调整节奏也十分重要。

停顿 信息传递过程中的短暂休息。对于译员来说，适当停顿既能够自然大方地创造时间进行思考或修补翻译中的缺陷，又能够为信息表达带来更为出色的效果。马克・吐温在谈到演讲技巧时曾说过，“合适的词语也许有效，但没有任何词语比恰到好处的停顿更有效”。译员应该注意掌握停顿的时间，过长的停顿会让听众认为是译员翻不出来，从而影响他们对译员的信任;而过短的停顿又起不到什么作用。马克・吐温认为，“对一个听众的停顿要短;两个听众，停顿稍长一点;更多听众，停顿再长一点”。

发音 讲话人所用语言的语音、语调和节拍是否正确。好的译员，首先应在中英双语口头表达上不存在任何障碍，发音起码应该符合所使用语言的规范和标准，避免地方口音的影响。这是译员的基本素质之一，此处不再详述。

吐词 讲话人能否清晰完整地说出词句。吐词清楚，对于有效传达信息至关重要。放慢讲话速度，是加强吐词的有效方法。同时，由于正式场合的发言不同于对话交谈，它往往要求讲话人将字词发得更加相对完整，字与字(词与词)之间的连读、弱读、吞音等则需要适当减少，更要避免在表达中加入带有个人习惯的不必要表达，如“嗯……”、“这个……”、“就是说……”、“Well…”、“Eh…”、“Yes…”、“OK…”等。

3. 保持良好大方的仪态

除了言语表达以外，译员的身体语言同样十分重要。在翻译过程中，译员应考虑以下几个方面：

穿着 译员的穿着要大方得体，并根据工作的场合调整。在正式的谈判、会议、宴会等场合，译员需要着正装，但无需过于夸张;另外一些较为轻松的场合，如导游、参观、便饭等，可以着比较休闲一些的服装(Buisness Causual)。如果不肯定如何着装，一定要向组织者询问。重要的是，良好的着装绝不等同于昂贵新潮的品牌服饰，而应是整洁、大方、得体的衣着。

姿态 站/坐姿要端正得体，身体不能频繁地大幅度摆动。站时双腿不能交叉，坐时不能翘腿或晃腿。工作时应保持高度投入的精神状态。

手势 作为译员，过多使用手势会给人抢风头的感觉。在非正式的日常工作口译中，译员可以适当在交流中辅以手势;但在正式场合，译员一定要保持端正持重，切忌手舞足蹈。

眼神 增加与听众的目光交流，可以加强沟通的效果。不过，译员和来自不同国家和文化背景的人接触，应注意不同文化对于目光接触的禁忌。例如：欧美、阿拉伯国家的人在交谈时习惯直视对方的眼睛，而亚洲和非洲一些国家的人交谈时则避免直接目光接触，特别是不同性别、不同身份层次的情况下。如果是正式场合的演讲，译员则应和不同方位的听众进行目光交流，而且目光在某一方位停留的时间应相对延长一些，否则会给人飘忽不定、缺乏自信的印象。

表情 通过轻松自然的表情，时刻向听众传达友好。即使在翻译过程中有困难出现时，译员也不应该皱眉、瞪眼或流露出其它沮丧、无奈的表情。译员的面部表情需要表现出对听众的善意，也应展现自己对所翻译的话题的兴趣和把握。同时，译员不是演员，夸张做作的面部表情只会适得其反。
