早上好，我叫xxx，现年33岁，来自xxx体育局，目前主要从事群众体育管理工作。群众体育工作对各位老师来说可能比较陌生，下面，我简单地向各位老师做一下说明，群众体育工作主要有三部分构成：组织大型全民健身活动，建设公益性健身设施，管理群众性社团组织。近年来，随着社会经济的快速发展，人民生活水平不断提高，人们越来越重视身体健康，群众体育的工作压力也越来越大。
自20xx年参加工作工作以来，我一直从事行政管理工作；由于在大学里我所学的专业是英语，管理知识接触很少，只能在实践中摸索。这次报考中国xx大学的mba，主要目的是能够通过系统的学习提高自己，同时借助学习的机会，多与老师、同学们交流，对自己10年来的经历做一次总结，为今后的发展确定新的目标和方向。
