师：我不仅教数学，还教什么，猜一猜？（语文、数学、音乐，学生并没有猜到；然而教师的谜底却出乎大家的意料：我不仅教数学，还教你们怎样做人，做一个怎样的人！）
师又说：你们觉得我这个教师的形象如何？（“大方”，“教学方法先进”，“幽默”等，分别有学生回答到）
师：好，我上课尽可能的用幽默的方式进行教学，不过我上课有一个特点，我是不教的！（啊！又是一句意外……）一篇自我介绍搞笑
评析：“第一印象”是非常重要的，如何在初次见面时，就成功的把自己介绍给学生，使学生能够接纳自己，是成功上好一节课的前提。与教师有关的信息是学生最感兴趣的话题，不管是老师的姓名，还是教师的形象，他们都有强烈的好奇心。潘老师在课前，用了两个“猜一猜”和一句“我是不教的”，激发了学生对教师进一步了解的兴趣，巧妙得将自己的信息介绍给学生。就在学生猜的过程中，他们实际上也就消除了紧张的情绪，拉近了学生与老师沟通的距离。再加上潘老师那幽默的语言和丰富的表情，使学生感到，给我们上课的仿佛是并不陌生的“老朋友”。使学生一上课就被深深地吸引住，取得了先声夺人的效果。研究者表明，好奇心是兴趣的先导，是人们积极探求新奇事物的倾向，也是人类认识世界的动力之一，对于形成动机有着重要的作用；如果学生一旦对老师产生“好感”，而被老师的独特魅力所吸引的话，那么老师接下来的教学自然会水到渠成。
二、表扬型（荷花 单群群 ）
师：我听说三（3）班的同学是非常勇敢的，那你们真的勇敢吗？学生迟疑了一下，只有少数的学生说：勇敢。师见状就说：怎么这样没信心，这样胆小，你们勇敢吗？全班齐声：勇敢！师：好！那你们说说，在这堂课上，怎样表现才算勇敢？接着就让学生说说怎样表现才算勇敢。这课还有另外一个特点：每当学生泄气、不敢发表自己的见解时，单老师就用一句“勇敢的你在那里”来调动了学生积极性，也收到良好的教学效果。课中，我们惊奇的发现，这句话果然管用，学生表现果真勇敢。
评析：马克·土温说过：只凭一句表扬，可以让我快乐两个月。的确，每个人都需要得到别人的表扬与赞赏，尤其是小学生。单老师抓住了学生的这个心理特点，创造了一个每人都希望自己是勇敢的人的教学情境。一句表扬，一句激励，寥寥数语，学生的情绪一下子被感染，从而激发了学生的自豪感和上进心。就这样，形成了一个平等、和谐、轻松、积极向上的学习氛围，这也为课的开始奠定了基调。其实，学生在课堂上如果得到表扬，赢得教师的肯定，他们就会产生一种自我实现的幸福感，自尊心和自信心由此大大增强，为了争取更大的成功，他们学习的积极性、主动性也自然得到提高。
三、交待型（有趣的物体搭配 吴正宪）
师：往下看，发现什么？（人可真多啊！）这么多的老师来听课，我们该怎么办？ 生；回答时声音要响亮。
师：对，声音响亮；但现在只有2个话筒，怎么办？
生：谁说话时，把话筒传过去。
接着交待：①上课要小组合作的时候，分4人一小组，并征求大家这样是否可行；（是）
②小组要有组长、记录员等，你们有吗？（有）
③还要每小组有两块橡皮、一把直尺、两支笔都有吗？（有）
④并让学生用半分钟的时间商量每人在小组里该做什么。（学生商量）
评析：吴老师在课前不厌其烦的交待了上课时每人该做些什么以及注意点，特别是要学生用“半分钟的时间商量每人在小组里该做什么”更是值得我们学习。这样的交待，一方面保证保证上课顺利、流畅的进行下去的；另一方面，也使得学生知道在上课时自己该做什么有了一个明确的方向，从而增强了课堂教学效果。
四、游戏型 （数字的学问 朱旭芬）
师：我们先来做一个游戏好吗？
师：这个游戏主要是测一测大家的反应速度如何，规则是——我说“1”男同学起
立，我说“2”女同学起 立；看谁反应最快！
师开始喊口令：1、2、1、2、2、1、3、1……师喊的速度随着加快。
学生很投入，但老师喊的速度加快时就跟不上，于是发出一阵阵笑声，游戏也随着结束……。
师：在刚才的游戏中，数字“1”代表什么？

评析：游戏是孩子们的天生本性，每个小学生都喜欢做游戏的.。为了 激发学生的兴趣，满足其好玩、好奇、好动、好胜等心理需要，课堂上做一些游戏也是必要。朱老师在课前选择了与学生进行沟通的特殊方式——做游戏。通过它来调节课堂气氛，消除紧张情绪，增进师生的友谊。同时它也蕴含着本课的内容：不同的数字代表着不同的含义。
五、新课导入型（观察物体 陈欢）
师：你们认识我吗？生：不认识。师：我姓陈，你们叫我 ——陈老师（生回答）师：现在我把自己介绍给你们，你们呢，也介绍介绍自己吧！生开始介绍……，师趁机打断，问：这样介绍是不是太慢？那么怎样介绍呢？生回答：可以在把自己介绍的同时，也把前后、左右同学介绍给大家。师指名介绍……。
评析：陈老师从介绍入手，与学生进行沟通交流。在学生介绍过程中，发现一个个的介绍方法太慢，从而引发学生思考争取一种新的介绍方法：把前后左右的同学介绍给大家，使学生明白同一个人由于不同的学生介绍，其位置会发生变化的。一方面，通过学生的自我介绍，消除学生与教师的陌生感，缩短心理距离，使学生能尽快地适应新环境，走近老师。另一方面，渗透了本课的内容，即观察物体时，不同的地方观察到的物体是不同的。在无意间复习了以前学过的一些内容。在导人新课之始，教师通过提出符合学生认知水平，又是常理性的问题“自我介绍”，把学生巧妙地引入问题情境，从而有效地激发学生的学习动机，调动学生积极思维、主动求知。
上课前如何与学生沟通，选择怎样沟通方式，可谓是各师各法，各有不同。但他们相同的是，师生之间的信息沟通、情感交流都是在不经意之间完成的，犹如聊天一般，彼此没有心理负担。教师以独具匠心的设计，细腻灵活的诱导，将学生推上自主学习、交流的舞台。学生自始至终置身于教师为其创设的情境之中，兴趣盎然，积极主动地参与探讨、质疑等教学活动。
