1、活动部于3月16日前上交策划书,3月26日和3月27日设点报名,在比赛前2小时分好评委区、观众区、选手区;
2、宣传部于3月26日早上出海报(说明参赛规则、奖励、目的),于4月10日出海报(通知选手比赛时间),比赛前1.5小时布置会场;4月5日接到办公室给的15个邀请函和口语部给的名字,写好邀请函后于4月6日给口语部;
3、由主席、副主席指定主持人2个;
4、口语部、外联部负责邀请评委9个评委,1个英语牛b的英语老师(在第三个环节中当选手的.配角),在4月5日当天把评委、牛b英语老师和外援的名字、系别、班级报给宣传部;准备好20个很平常的情节,写于20张卡片上(用于第三环节,选手抽取卡片选取情节,和那个英语老师编一个3分钟左右的短对话);同时准备20个小故事,从每个小故事中抽取5个能体现主题的词,写于由办公室制作的20张卡片上(用于第二环节比赛,选手用这五个词编一个3分钟左右的故事);口语部于4月9日将邀请函发出;

3、第一环节:选手按抽到的号码依次自我介绍和脱稿演讲5分钟;(如果教室有投影仪,选手可以同时播放自己的幻灯片)(选手脱稿演讲可以是情景对话,相声小品之类)
4、第二环节: 选手依次抽取写有5个单词的卡片,由选手利用此5个单词编段3分钟的小故事(演讲前有2分钟的思考时间,同时播放背景音乐)

Covered with snow-white feathers, it has black legs and a black beak.
Besides the blacks and whites, an amazing splash of yellow is under its neck.

二、活动目的
为推进校园文化建设,丰富同学们的校园文化生活,更好地落实学校加强学风建设和文化建设的要求,调动广大同学学习的主动性、积极性和创新性,展现百年学府优秀学子的精神风貌,为英语爱好者搭建一个展现才华的舞台,外国语学院和食品学院共同承办“sdau希望之星”英语风采大赛。
三、活动宣传
在三个校区通过展板、海报、广播站、网络等方式进行广泛宣传和咨询。重点宣传活动的组织形式、内容和本次活动的特点,做到人人知晓,使感兴趣的同学都能参与其中,尽量扩大活动的参与度。
四、活动流程策划
(一)报名阶段:
1. 学院推荐
每学院推荐选手3名(原则上要求有1名新生),各院选手名单于11月7日前发送到外国语学院社团管理委员会邮箱waiyuanshetuan@163.com。发送时须注明院系、选手姓名、联系方式,及该院此活动负责人的姓名及联系方式。
2. 在三个校区同时进行海选(评选五十名选手进入初赛)
海选时间:11月6-7日
海选地点:本部、东校、南校三个校区
3、教师推荐:英语教师可以推荐优秀的学生参赛,老师需到文理大楼306领取并填写推荐表。
4、个人报名:同学可以自荐,自荐的同学需到文理大楼306填写报名表。

环节:自我介绍、现场朗诵,评委提问
说明:各位选手准备30秒的自我介绍,现场提前2分钟抽取朗读材料并做准备,评委根据选手的表现进行提问,每位选手所用时间限于2分钟;最终30名选手将进入培训阶段,名单另行通知。
(三)培训阶段
决赛之前,我们将邀请外语学院资深老师、外教和同学为30名选手进行集中培训,老师们将以他们丰富的教学经验、纯正的发音集中训练选手的舞台技巧、口语发音,使选手掌握演说的技巧,提高选手的表达能力,精确他们的发音,以更高的水平进入决赛,为我们奉献一场视听盛宴。

l我心飞扬——才艺展示(30’)
选手自由发挥,进行才艺展示。可以选用电影配音、英文歌曲演绎、英语短剧等形式。
说明:
1、电影配音形式要求为:自选电影片段(中英文皆可),长度限定于3分钟。选手可以忠于原版台词,也可以稍加改动。选手可单独表演,也可以自己选择搭档(参赛选手除外)。
2、选手也可以自选其他的表演形式,但必须以英语为载体。

篇13:英语风采大赛策划书
一、活动目的:
(1)提高同学学习英语的积极性,特别是英语口语训练的积极性。
(2)丰富同学们的课余生活。
(3)为大家提供一个学习和交流英语的平台,共同进步。
(4)加深对英语口语的重要性的认识。
(5)通过举办活动为大家英语爱好者提供一个互相交流和学习的机会。
二、活动时间、地点及相关安排:
题目:待指导老师确定(演讲主题)
时间:
(1)宣传阶段:
(2)3月14日进行报名选拔(用英语做简短介绍)。
(3)3月30日公布选拔名单。同时,中午12:00进行演讲抽签。
(4)交演讲稿(电子版,打印版,手受写版)。
(5)3月30日进行口语大赛。
地点:
三、参赛规则:
(1)参赛要求:
A、全院学生,性别不限。
B、要求内容积极健康向上。
C、如有背景音乐,则自带光碟。
D、自备服装和道具。
(2)参赛人数:自由报名。
(3)比赛环节:初赛和复赛(复赛的有无视具体情况而定)
(4)评委组成:
A、初赛评委:3名英语老师和2名学生
B、决赛评委:2名英语教师和1名同学
C老师据实际情况而定
(5)奖项设立:一等奖1名
二等奖2名
三等奖3名
单项奖:最佳才艺奖,最佳人气奖,最佳机智奖,最佳风采奖
(6)特邀嘉宾:化工学院英语协会会长及成员
四、比赛流程:
(1)比赛组成:
a、按命题演讲(限时三分钟)
命题演讲结束后,评委提问1-2个问题,选手回答限时1分钟。
b、即兴演讲限(选手准备30秒,回答限时2分钟)
说明:
a.命题演讲:参赛者围绕我们的主题在比赛前选好文章进行演讲
b.即兴演讲:现场抽题,现场回答
c.评委们用英语提问,可以是与主题有关的或是演讲者在演讲过程中涉及的问题或是评委们感兴趣的问题,参赛者用英语回答,这考察了选手们的应变能力和对英语的应用能力
(2)初赛流程(决赛流程)
A、主持人致开幕词,并且介绍到场的评委和嘉宾
B、主持人介绍比赛规则,评分标准
C、比赛开始,选手根据比赛的抽签顺序进行比赛
D、其间,主持人向观众及选手公布结果分数
E、中间穿插节目,现场互动调节气氛
F、待所有的选手比赛完后,邀请评委代表上台发言,工作人员进行统分
G、评委发言结束后,主持人上台宣布比赛结果(依次由单项奖到一等奖)
H、评委老师和邀请嘉宾上台颁奖
I、主持人宣布比赛结束,全体工作人员、嘉宾、评委、选手合影留念
J、工作人员负责做好后期工作
说明:复赛的有无视参加的人数而定,若需采用,则用以上所述方法的A-F
(3)评分标准:
A、仪表形态(20分):
1、着装整齐,大方得体。
2、姿态自然,动作适度。
B、演讲内容(50分):
1、主题鲜明,符合主题内容(25分)。
2、内容充实,事例动人,贴近生活,富有鲜明的时代(15分)。
3、行文流畅,用词精练,详略恰当(10分)。
C、语言艺术(30分)
1、发音标准、流利(10分)。
2、节奏处理得当、技巧运用自如(10分)。
3、表现力、应变能力强,能活跃气氛,引起高潮(10分)。
(4)评分规则:
A、评委明确给出每部分的评分(评分为整数),由工作人员进行最后加分,取平均分为选手成绩,按成绩排名分别获一、二、三等奖。
B、最佳人气奖、最佳才艺奖、最有机智奖、最佳风采奖由评委和现场观众投票选出(票数相同的则得分高的获奖)。

C、班级宣传:为了做到全院参与,各系各班通知并统计报告各小班,由学习委员负责。
六、人员安排:
(1)宣传组:宣传部
宣传海报、传单、号码牌的制作,负责赛前的所有宣传工作,比赛现场的.布置,
以及背景音乐的调放、拍照等
(2)统分组:学习部
参赛者的抽签,上场的顺序及比赛现场的统分工作等
(3)后勤组:后勤部
负责比赛场地的借用,所有设备的借用,人员的临时调配
(4)维序组:组织部
负责现场秩序的维持和处理突发事件
(5)礼仪组:秘书部
负责引领嘉宾,礼仪方面的问题以及选手颁奖
(6)节目组:学习部兼任
负责比赛中间小节目的表演
七、经费预算:总计元

八、后期总结:
(1)创设一个良好的英语口语学习大环境.说好英语是每个英语爱好者的共同目标和追求,举行英语口语比赛在形式上能吸引到很多的英语爱好者
(2)此次活动作为院上学生会的活动之一,可以很好的传播校园文化,创造良好的学习氛围
(3)搭建一个学生表现自己英语水平的平台。学生通过参加各个类型的英语口语比赛,在实践中积累经验,能够用英语自由地表达思想,避免“哑巴式”英语,真正把英语作为一种实用的交流工具
(4)提供了一个老师了解学生英语口语水平的机会,借此机会,老师们能发现更多的“千里马”,日后将代表学院参加更高水平的比赛,并为学院争光
(5)进入前十名的同学将在下学期代表参加学院参加贵州大学生“青春动力”英语口语大赛

(2)校内平面媒体:摄影协会,院宣传队活动进行宣传
