下午，宠物选美大赛开始了。各种各样打扮的小宠物们在T形台上走来走去，一点也不听主人的吩咐。有的在台上跳过来跳过去；有的干脆呆在那不动；更有调皮的在舞台上大小便起来……惹得观众们哈哈大笑。

今天看到一幅图片，是一只很可爱的拉布拉多小狗。他趴在地上，小小的脑袋搭在两只幼小的爪子上，很认真地在看着什么。我不知道它在看什么，但我看到的，是一只很熟悉很熟悉的米黄色狗狗。

祺祺是我小时候养的一只狗狗，它也有一身米黄色的皮毛，甚至有一双大大亮亮地眼睛和长长的睫毛。这只刚出生不满两个月的幼犬曾经给我的童年带来不少不可忽略的快乐。

在它刚来我家的时候，它没日没夜地睡觉，一到晚上就开始哭起来。“汪呜……呜呜……”那声音听起来很无辜可怜，哭得我心痛。兴许是狗妈妈不在身边的缘故吧，不知道那只大狗是不是也在怀念它的宝宝呢。我曾想过要放它回去，可它要是真回去了，一定也一样会被人家卖掉的。为了不打扰到邻居，爸爸在幼犬的笼边陪了整整三个晚上，这三个晚上我们都没有听到幼犬再哭。等它开始不怎么哭了，我们商量了一下，它起了个很好听的名字祺祺。我经常把祺祺从狭小的笼子里放出来玩。我喜欢把祺祺搂在怀里，喜欢祺祺大大的眼睛，喜欢祺祺特有的味道尽管爸爸妈妈认为那是很臭的味道我像小豆豆爱着洛基一样爱着祺祺。祺祺是贪玩儿的女生，每次从笼子里出来，它都要在我们的房间里游一遍，也许对它来说，这是个很大的地方。

我对祺祺的记忆中最深刻的部位，莫过于带着祺祺去小公园散步。祺祺贪玩儿的性子随着天气变热一点点的显现出来，对这里的一切，它都十分惊奇。一花一草一树一木，它都要好好地闻上一闻，好像是在和新朋友打招呼似的。我经常把它拴在公园长廊的长椅上，然后坐在旁边看公园游人的一举一动。后来祺祺渐渐长大了，它早已不是我能牵住的小狗了。狭小的笼子早已容不下它了，我们把它放在浴室里。我进入紧张的复习阶段，我开始没空管理狗狗，一切交给爸爸去做。每次我看到爸爸带着祺祺去小公园，心里都有说不出的羡慕。

我提出了最后一个要求：不许把祺祺送到太远的地方去。就这样，我们把祺祺送给了同一个小区的叔叔。那个叔叔有一家小店，我经常能够看到祺祺。在小店的门口躺着的祺祺，似乎确实壮了点儿。但是日子渐渐地长了，祺祺见到我仿佛不像从前那么欢喜了。直到它真的不认识我了。

随着时间的冲洗，我已经长大了，小店关门了，我们也搬了家。我再也见不到祺祺了。

3 宠物饲养需要注意考虑的问题

3.1 人畜共感传染病不容忽视文献报道，世界上已经证实的人畜共患病约有200种，其中较重要的细菌病20种、病毒病27种、立克次体病10种、原虫病和真菌病5种、寄生虫病22种、其他疾病5种;较流行的有34种。

3.1.1狂犬病是人类传染病中死亡率最高的人畜共患病猫和狗是最容易感染和携带狂犬病病毒的动物，而猫狗是目前最主要的宠物。如果不进行十分有效的狂犬病的免疫，在与宠物的接触中，很容易将狂犬病毒传染给人。虽然目前已经有了疫苗可以治疗，但是不排除轻度的抓伤咬伤没引起注意，甚至一些贫穷的家庭会怀着侥幸心理为了省钱而不去打狂犬疫苗，这些情况还是比较普遍并客观存在的。

3.1.2 寄生虫等疾病这些传染病通常致命性没那么高，然而危害却不比狂犬病低，因为它们更加普遍而又容易被我们所忽略。有很多宠物爱好者认为，他们精心饲养宠物，天天给它梳洗打扮、让它吃好喝好，抱着它玩抱着它睡，不让它接触其它宠物，总不该得病或传染疾病吧。这实际上是错误的观点，因为宠物也有各自的生活习性，打破了它的生活规律，这本身就是一种致病因素。同时由于宠物的毛一般都挺长，容易藏污纳垢，是病原体比较好的孳生地，加上宠物是某些人类疾病的天然宿主或传播者，这些因素均能导致宠物将疾病传给人类。

4.1 发达城市饲养宠物数量快速增长，宠物生活质量提高宠物消费属于休闲消费，现在家庭结构在改变，高速发展的国民经济将催生了我国的宠物养殖与宠物消费。北京、上海、广州、深圳、天津、重庆宠物正在成为中国城市里的一个新型居民，对饲养纯种狗和纯种猫的追求正日渐成为新一代城市居民的时尚潮流。据不完全统计，以纯种狗和猫为主的宠物市场，每年的经济增长速度在20%以上。同时，围绕在宠物时尚的周围，医疗、服装、托管、犬社、赛会、媒体、网络正在形成一个专业领域。

4.2 农村饲养宠物方式逐步转变及长期存在在农村，猫犬的饲养通常只停留在喂养和陪伴，或者兼作看门治鼠之用，还没真正上升到作为宠物饲养的阶段。农村饲养宠物通常不会喂食猫狗粮，宠物美容，宠物用品等消费都比较少，这是由我国当前的生产力水平决定的。个人认为城市和农村宠物的生活方式虽然差异较大，但是并不存在优劣之分，都是合理的，只是发展阶段和经济制约的问题。①一只成年的狗每餐喂食的狗粮所需消费达到10元，很多人吃一餐都远不到这个水平，猫犬生活比人更好，这是不合理也不人道的。②喂养猫粮犬粮严格来说只有方便的优点，事实上，自古至今，猫犬都是肉食为主的杂食动物，喂养猫犬粮仅仅是数字上的营养丰富，这种喂养方式长远来说必将改变，以多种鲜食、科学搭配规律喂食才是合理的。③农村饲养猫犬卫生条件偏差，但是宠物也有更多更好的机会接触大自然，而且，卫生条件是可以人为改变的。

总结：我国宠物饲养是在最近十几年兴起的，宠物产业刚刚起步但又发展迅速而多元化，法律法规少急需逐步完善。宠物的饲养在当今社会是一种需要，带来了机遇，也带来了新的问题，需要我们权衡利弊，把握机会，完善法规，和谐发展。

其合同犬只的价格、性别、健康状况等方面，经双方确认，签署本合同，其条款如下：

1.合同犬只类型为：_______，年龄：__个月。

2.数量：1只。

3.首次驱虫：__月__日，驱虫药物：________；首次疫苗：__月__日，疫苗种类：____

4.买卖条件：

①甲方应支付给乙方金额为：人民币__________元整（中文大写）。 ②乙方有义务向甲方告知宠物健康状况、性格、爱好、生活习惯等情况，为甲方饲养购买的合同犬只提供必要的`咨询和协助。

③甲方承诺关心爱护并且科学饲养该合同犬只。

④乙方承诺该合同犬只为纯种哈士奇，并保证该合同犬只出售之时健康状况良好，无“犬瘟热”、“犬细小病毒”。

5.索赔条件：

①从甲方接走合同犬只之日算起，在甲方饲养方面无失责的情况下，若15天内发现该合同犬只患有细小、犬瘟病，乙方应负责支付该合同犬只的全部医疗费用。

②该合同犬只若因本条款4-④所述病症死亡，则由乙方赔付购方全额购买金额（即元整）。

③宠物售出十五天直至以后，乙方不再承担所述宠物的责任。
