昨天下午,诺诺的爸爸火急火燎的给我打电话,很是生气的质疑:孩子是否课堂上不听课?这两天发现学习的知识一点也不会,第一天是抄别人的答案,第二天的小卷,连一道基本的竖式计算都不会,真是气死人了!云云。

这两天和几个家长交流也听到:孩子看题就喊“难死了”“不想做”等等,确实,就在开学的这几天中,是许多老师最为难的过渡期,不信请您看看孩子们的表现:

现状一:端端正正的坐着,眼睛瞪得大大的看着老师,似是正在听讲,可是一提问,张口结舌。

现状二:听的好像很是认真,该说的也说的很是动听,让写时也装模作样的拿着笔好像在写,可是到跟前一看,老先生一字没写,只不过做了个写字的样子而已。

现状三:一个小玩具,一个皮筋,一个小纸条都可以摸摸索索玩半天,要么和旁边的同学挤眉弄眼的相约下课后的游戏,反正动脑思考问题的事,能不做就不做了。

现状四:迫于课堂大家的压力,真要是叫到讲台上去板书,还真能写出来,可要是让自己独立完成一份作业,对不起,我不会,真真是气死你不偿命,反正我不写。

孩子们为什么会出现这样那样的现状呢?据调查发现:

一是假期里,家长忙于工作,无暇顾及孩子每天在做什么,孩子们鉴于年龄小,自制力弱,每天无所事事,即便家长布置的事情,也是应付了事,那肯真正动脑思考“苦”了自己呢?

二是即便懂教育的家长,假期能做到的也只是督促孩子看书,参与社会实践活动及读万卷书行万里路的实践,何曾有哪个家庭能做到培养孩子多动脑多思考的活动呢?

三是好不容易熬个假期,放任孩子看电视、打游戏,甚至开学了,还每天中午放学看一个小时的.电视,晚上就更不用说了,试想每天沉浸在电视游戏节目的情境里,老师再怎么努力也不可能马上把孩子拽回课堂呀!出现一些现状也就不足为奇了。

四是数学本身的学科性使然,数学是属于比较理性的科学,即便老师讲解的再清楚到位,落实到每个孩子身上,还是需要自己的脑子灵活运用,这也是为什么随着年级的增高,孩子们会出现“恐数心里”的原因。

五是优越的生活环境,孩子们出门坐车,腿脚手嘴不用动,一切皆有家长操心,偏偏是数学这个科目,一点也不能省事模仿,都得自己亲自动脑动手才行,简直是无法容忍。比如除法竖式,虽然学生都明白除法和加减乘法的区别是从高位算起,且每一步都是试商、相乘、相减,但是落实到做题,又得用到口诀,又得去减,太麻烦了,关键是前边学习的内容又忘的差不多了(有的口诀都不会了),这和生活现实相差甚远,生理上的懒惰带动思维上的懒惰也就很普遍了。

其实经过一个假期的“休养生息”,孩子们在开学初出现一些现状是很正常的,只不过既然孩子上学了,就要按照上学的要求去做,要有学生的样子,否则孩子落在别人的后边岂不正常?

那么如何打开孩子们的“假期综合症”这块冰层呢?我认为:

一是做到控制电视电脑游戏的娱乐时间,尤其是上课期间不能再看玩。且一定不能上瘾,否则我们一切的努力都会白费。

二是马上进入学习状态。由假期的自由散漫到开学的按时按点上学,对每个孩子来说都是一个艰巨的过程,这时家长的“督促职能”就额外重要。也许假期八九点孩子还在赖床,那么孩子早晨中午起床就会艰难,你就要咬咬牙硬性规定孩子晚上再睡早晨早起;孩子懒惰成性,那就在开学初,盯着孩子按时保质的完成每天的学习任务,并加上适度的奖惩机制,以最快的时间让孩子进入学习状态。

三是在孩子的学习问题上,不要抱任何侥幸心理,不要认为:才开学,别搞得太紧张。记住你后退一步,孩子就会放松十步,小孩子就是“逼一逼柳暗花明”,一旦孩子形成了习惯,那么学习一定会突飞猛进的。

四是不要人云亦云。也许有的孩子不用费多大劲就能把学习搞得风风光光,而有的孩子花费很多的时间也不见成效。这是由多方面原因造成的,但是如果你想明天让您的孩子不费更多的劲,那么今天赶紧付出些努力是很必要的,所以不要比,教育孩子没有现成的模式,适合你自己孩子的才最重要。

现在教育上又在大喊特喊减负问题,可是面对着像我们这种大班额的现状,再加上高考的指挥棒,我们实在不敢拿孩子的明天做*注,我能做到的就是在尽力减轻负担的基础上,给孩子打下一个依然更稳固的知识基础。
