20xx“外研社杯”全国英语演讲大赛章程

一、大赛宗旨

“‘外研社杯’全国英语演讲大赛”（原“‘cctv杯’全国英语演讲大赛”）是由外语教学与研究出版社主办、教育部高等学校大学外语教学指导委员会合办的全国性英语演讲赛事。大赛旨在以丰富的内容与严谨的形式，通过各地高校、大学外语教学研究会以及主办单位有组织、分层次的选拔，为全国大学生创造一个激励外语学习、展示综合能力、培养优秀人才的平台，同时推动高校英语教学，创新教学方法，展现教学水平，促进教师发展。大赛组织机构权威，流程规范，覆盖面广，代表性强；赛程设计合理，赛制严谨，评判严格，保证公平、公正；比赛形式丰富，多角度展现选手的.演讲水平与综合能力；着力拓宽学生视野，引导学生关注热点，培养思辨能力与文化沟通能力。

六、大赛程序

初赛

决赛
