上述“通知”明确写明：“深圳拟在20初中毕业生升学体育考试选考科目中增加100米游泳项目”，并将100米游泳考试项目规则与评分标准同时下发，向全市各区(新区)教育行政部门及各个学校征求意见。记者发现，该“通知”加盖了深圳市教育局的公章。
随后，记者向市教育主管部门相关人士进行求证，证实了该通知的真实性。“市里确实在讨论，但具体细则还未最后敲定，现在正向各区各学校征求意见。”该名人士还透露，今年深圳体育中考时间应该与往年一样，将在5月进行，体育中考的评分细则有望在近期公布，以便给学生和家长更多准备时间。

年深圳中考体育：200米跑方法技巧分析
一、起跑和加速阶段。
这里最关键的一点就是：对枪声作出反应后，就必须开始竭尽全力拼命跑，要尽可能快的把速度提起来!要注意在加速的过程中，头的姿势总是低着的，视线从看着地面逐渐过渡到向前方看，这个时候头才逐渐抬起，身体也逐渐从较大的前倾过渡到直立起来，当然这应该是一个很自然的变化过程。

深圳市的中考分为体育和文化课两个部分

其中体育考试各个区的时间不一样，
南山区的体育中考一般安排在5月6日左右。
二、考试科目“必考+选考”
体育中考采用的是“必考+选项”考试方式，即1个必考科目加1个选考科目。学生可在200米跑或者加入的中长跑【800米(女)和1000米(男)】中自行选择一项作为必考科目.同时，考生还须在另外6个选考科目中任选一项作为选考科目，项目包括800米跑(女)、1000米跑(男)，这里解释一下，有人会说那我能不能选两个800，或者两个1000米。这里的选考800米跟1000米是在你必考选择200米的情况下，才可以报。立定跳远、一分钟仰卧起坐(女)、引体向上(男)、投掷实心球、一分钟跳绳、篮球半场来回运球上篮。没有备注区分男女项目的即为男女均可选择项目。
三、考试顺序

五、各项目规则与方法
1、200米跑、800米跑(女)、1000米跑(男)
1.场地及器材：原则上在200米以上田径场上进行。使用电动计时设备(采用2套系统同步计时)，用发令枪发令。
2.考试方法：起跑姿势不限，可采用胶鞋、钉鞋或赤脚跑步。其他按田径规则执行。
2、立定跳远
1.场地及器材：各考区统一配备符合国家计量标准的立定跳远测距仪若干台统一进行考核。沙坑的沙与地面齐平，起跳板采用塑胶防滑跳板或坚固木板，长100或122厘米，宽20厘米，木板厚度不得少于6厘米，塑胶防滑跳板面上的塑胶要紧粘在木板上，不得用钉固定，厚度不得少于0.7厘米，不超过1.3厘米(不得采用弹性过大的纯塑胶起跳板)。起跳板埋入地下，与地面齐平。起跳板前沿与沙坑近端不得少于30厘米。
2.动作规格：两脚自然平行开立站在起跳线后，脚尖不得踩线，原地两脚同时起跳。
3.考试方法：每人连续试跳三次，丈量起跳线后沿至身体着地最近点的垂直距离，取其中最远一次的成绩。不得穿钉鞋和胶粒底鞋，可采用胶鞋或赤脚起跳。登记成绩时以米为单位，取两位小数。丈量及登记时，监考人员均要唱读出成绩。
3、投掷实心球
1.场地及器材：各考区统一配备符合国家计量标准的投掷实心球测距仪若干台统一进行考核。20米长的平地一块。实心球球体直径：14-14.5厘米;重量：男、女生均为2公斤±20克;球体为生胶铸造;球体内不得有滚动物。
2.动作规格：投掷前，原地两脚前后或左右开立，身体正对投掷方向。双手举球至头上方稍后仰，双肩与起掷线平行，原地双手用力把球掷向前方。球出手时双肩须与起掷线平行;不得踩线或过线投掷。
3.考试方法：在投掷区划一条白线为起掷线，受试者站在起掷线后。每人连续投掷三次，取其中最远一次成绩。记录以米为单位，取两位小数，丈量起掷线后沿至球落地痕迹的最近点之间的垂直距离。为了准确丈量成绩，应有专人负责观察实心球着地点。丈量及登记时，监考人员均要唱读出成绩。
4、一分钟仰卧起坐(女)
1.场地器材：垫子若干块，铺放平坦。倒计时电动计时器一台。
2.动作规格：考生仰卧于垫上，两脚屈膝稍分开，大小腿成直角，两手十指交叉贴于脑后。考生同伴压住考生两踝关节处。起坐时，以双肘触及或超过两膝为完成一次。仰卧时两肩胛必须触垫。
3.考试方法：监考员发出“预备――开始”的口令，同时计时，登记一分钟内所完成的次数。一分钟到时，受测者虽已起坐，但两肘未触及膝盖者，该次不算，违例动作不计次数。
5、引体向上(男)
1.场地器材：高单杠
2.动作规格：受测者跳起双手正握杠，两手与肩同宽或直臂悬垂。静止后，两臂同时用力引体向上，上拉到下颏超过横杠上缘为完成一次。
3.考试方法：记录引体次数。每次引体监考员要唱读出成绩。

20深圳中考21日落下大幕。从考生反映的情况看，今年中考试题总体难度不大。记者从市招考办获悉，中考成绩预计将在7月8日公布。
首日考试的语文和英语科目，大部分考生都反映难度不大，所以很多人都担心，21日的数学会“放大招”。不过出人意料的是，21日上午的数学考完，很多考生惊呼“太容易”。21日下午的理化和历史考试后，考生们也大多表示难度并未超越想象。“化学考试，很多考生反映题目比较常规，都是平时训练到的题目，特别是非选择题，三个大题都很容易上手。今年中考的全部科目，都没有出现让考生“头疼”的难题。
今年中考整体难度不大，这固然让考生们“心情愉悦”，家长[微博]们却表现出不同程度的担忧。
彩田学校考点外，迎接儿子走出考场的邓女士说，“其实越是整体难度不大的考试，越是考验孩子的细致度。今年中考采用原始分，本来大家都担心分数拉不开档次，考试难度不大，我们更担心会出现‘同分扎堆’的现象”。
在某个针对中考的家长论坛里，不少家长都表示孩子结束中考后心情大好，考生自己估分都偏高，甚至有不少人达到了430分、440分左右。
今年中考会否出现家长们担忧的“高分扎堆”现象，还要到成绩揭晓后才能得到答案。记者从市招考办获悉，22日初二学业水平考试结束后，中考评卷工作将紧接着进行。据悉，今年我市中考评卷继续实行全市统一扫描、统一评卷标准、统一网上评卷、统一公布成绩，确保公平公正。统一评卷采用网上匿名评卷方式，依托先进的计算机网络和电子扫描技术，在局域网上对经过电子扫描的考生答题卡评分。
预计中考成绩于7月8日左右公布，考生可登录“深圳招考网”(http：//www.51a.gov.cn)免费查询本人成绩。同时，为便于考生及家长及时获知成绩，市招考办还将通过短信平台，将中考成绩免费发送到考生预留的手机号码上。
中考成绩公布后，全市中招录取工作将于7月11日起分批进行。
