一、努力建立融洽的师生关系。

二、因材施教，掌握难度
在这方面，我根据学校老师的建议和我自己的摸索，坚持“备课的同时要备学生”，立足学生，有意识的把教材的难度降低，比如听力在本套教材中难度比较大，我就把听力的形式进行适当的改良，让学生更容易听懂，不断提高学生的积极性。
同时根据学生性格特点，我采取了相应的措施。班级部分学生比较活泼，尖子生也比较稳定，但差生较多。为了保持良好的课堂纪律，提高教学成绩，我采取小组互帮形式，好中差搭配，以优生带差生。在分配任务时，根据学生接受能力，分配不同的任务，使每个学生都能体会到成功的喜悦，效果很好。
三、激发学生学习兴趣。
英语是一门外语，对学生而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学，也无法学下去。为此，我采取了一些方法，就是尽量多讲一些关于英美国家的文化，生活故事，开展丰富多彩的课外活动，课堂上为学生创设情境进行英语对话表演，让他们更了解英语，更喜欢学习英语，才能提高英语水平。
四、多表扬，鼓励，唤起他们的自信心
在课堂教学开展过程中，我感觉大部分学生不愿意起来发言，经调查得知：有的学生由于英语底子薄，不知道该怎样回答问题，有的则是胆子比较小，担心犯错。针对这种情况，我把教材难度降低，并采取表扬和鼓励的方式鼓励学生积极发言，纵然他的答案与正确答案

备课时认真钻研教材、教参，学习好大纲，虚心向初中组老师学习、请教。力求吃透教材，找准重点、难点。做到提前一两周备好课，写好教案。开学一两周后，就去听同年组老师的课，向他们认真学习、取长补短。
上课前都提前到班级做好准备，做好基本的准备工作，调整好状态。课时认真讲课，力求抓住重点，突破难点，精讲精练。运用多种教学方法，从学生的实际出发，注意调动学生学习的积极性和创造性思维，使学生有举一反三的能力，培养学生的学习兴趣，养成良好的学习习惯，如认真做笔记，课后多拓展知识面、阅读面等。
课后经常利用课余时间对学生进行辅导，不明白的耐心讲解，及时查缺补漏。因为英语需要背诵的地方较多，如单词、课文等，就要求学生一定要过关，没有掌握的同学再进行辅导。充分利用时间让学生多进行背诵，培养学习英语的语感。
除了了教学，本人还注意了解学生的情况。爱学生就要了解学生，包括对学生的身体状况、家庭情况、知识基础、学习成绩、兴趣爱好、性格气质、交友情况、喜怒哀乐的深刻了解。这是避免教育盲点、因材施教的前提，也是提高教育管理水平、提高教育教学质量的必要条件。

这也难怪，当时处于“五四”运动后动荡社会的背景下一个四世同堂的官僚地主大家庭搞公管，有着封建专制思想的阻碍和新文化思想的抗争，是黑暗腐朽的封建礼教制度和黎明时科学民主大旗的较量因而这个家是动荡的，必然会制造很多悲剧。
高老太爷是最可恨的，独断专横凶残暴虐，完全十分封建道德的化身。他囚禁觉慧，打儿子斥媳妇，丫头随意送人，面对即将灭亡的封建制度，他无能为力，临终前的饶恕和教诲，却也是其丰富性格的表现。
然而给我印象最深的是觉新。他的.“作揖主义”和无抵抗主义委曲求全，向封建势力妥协，付出了惨痛的代价，这也有力地控诉了封建宗法封建礼教吃人的本质。
而至于觉民，琴等其他青年一代叛逆者和冯乐山，高老太爷等老一代封建卫道者的斗争冲突，以及梅芳瑞珏鸣凤等青年女子的不幸遭遇和悲惨命运，强烈解释了这个金箍家庭的矛盾。。
看看现在的社会，回过头来再想想巴金先生的“家”，小说人物形象刻画丰满深刻，情节跌宕有致。在这个“家”里，揭露了封建专制的腐朽本质，颂赞了年青一代的反抗斗争精神，以家庭的命运与社会的兴衰有机结合。小说纵然为一个悲剧故事，然而作者说过：无论在什么地方总看见那一股生活的激流在动荡，在创造他自己的生活道路。
家，就是一个奇幻的艺术世界。

在我们家，我的妈妈热爱劳动。每逢周六，她就会给家里来一次大扫除。她先用抹布把窗户、桌子、椅子之类抹得干干净净，不留下一点脏污与水渍。然后再拿一个拖把，一瓶清洁剂，一边往地上喷着清洁剂，一边用拖把拖着，有时候有一个污渍拖不干净，她就会拿一块抹布，蹲下身来无比仔细地一遍遍擦，直到擦干净为止。除此之外，她还要扫地，书桌底下那些难以发现的灰尘、床底下的难以扫净的尘灰，都会被她一一消灭。有一次，她在大扫除时扫到了我不知什么时候掉于床底下的50块钱，当时可害得我一顿好找，往床底下看时根本没有看仔细，害得我被妈妈好一顿骂，如今失而复得，自是喜得不得了。
我的爸爸很温柔，有一次，考试考得不理想，妈妈自是好一顿说教，让我的心情直接低落至谷底。这时候，爸爸来了，看我闷闷不乐的`样子，安慰道:“没事，这才暴露出了你许多不足的地方，以后加以改正不就行了吗?”见我依旧心情低落，他就讲起了自己小时候的趣事，成功逗得我破涕为笑。见我心情好转，便对我说:“走吧，去分析你错的原因，这样才能更上一步。”我点点头，开始认真的分析错误。爸爸尽量用幽默的语言为我分析与讲解，避开了我的泪点。
我的爸爸不仅温柔，还很聪明。有一次，一个数学拦路虎在开始上拦住了我的去路，一问，果然不少人都没有写完，只有少数学霸才成功打败了这个老虎。回到家，我连忙将题目告诉了爸爸，爸爸让我先去写作业，他则坐在书桌前冥思苦想。过了20分钟左右，他过来告诉了我答案和过程。第二天，一讲答案，果然一模一样，我爸爸真是太聪明了!
我的这个家还有一个迷糊的我。有时候要做什么事，一扭头，或者说了一句话便忘在脑后，又过了一会，经过提醒我才又想起来。唉!我真是太迷糊了。
这就是我这个温馨又快乐的，我的家。
