感谢学校领导对我的信任，把我留在高三教补习班。使我的教学生涯增添了浓厚的一笔。填补了我教学方面的空缺。教补习班和教实验班以及平行班有很大的差别。教学中感觉心理压力更大一些。毕竟他们又下决心再来一年，所以真的输不起了。还有，大多数学生都来自于不同的学校。俗话说得好，“众口难调”.因此，如何让学生真心接受你，是最先应该解决的问题。 第一，教师应该做到的是要精心备课，精心传授。不只是备课，还要备学生。因为学生的水平参差不齐。 第二，上课的时候先立好规矩。因为这些学生都是不同的教师教授，每个教师的要求和教学方法都不尽相同，所以，必须让学生了解我的上课要求，第一节课，我对学生提出上课要求，哪些上课时是不应该犯的错误。刚开始可能感觉麻烦一些，但是这个环节绝对不能少。也正是应了那句俗语， “磨刀不误砍柴工”.还有，在授课的时候，发现学生上课犯错误，一定要严厉指出，不能迁就。因为，其他同学都处于观望的态度，如果你不较真儿，他们会感觉老师的要求并没有真的落到实处。他们在你的课上，也就敢犯错误了。树立好规矩，他们就知道在你的课堂应该怎么做了。这能为今后的教学节省许多不必要浪费的时间。

第五，调研学情。刚接过这两个班的时候，对两个班的学生进行学情调查。学生们普遍反映语法是最薄弱的环节，因此，我利用晚自习的时间集中处理语法专项。先从句子成分讲起，让他们了解语法的大体框架结构，然后分项讲解练习，效果不错。虽然老师可能会累一些，但是，这个环节是必不可少的。
第六，针对不同班级采取不同的教学方法。刚接这两个班的时候，我认为十九班是理科班，学生上课气氛可能会沉闷一些，二十班是文科班，上课可能会活跃一些。但是，在实际的教学中，结果却恰恰相反，因此，在十九班上课时，采取发泄法。课前，让学生们准备一个小节目，全班同学站起来，听前面同学的指挥，大家一起表演，大家对这个环节特别在意，准备都非常精心，受到全班同学的欢迎。从教学的.角度，大家课前动起来，上课就不那么疲劳了。在二十班授课的时候，我注意调动学生们上课的积极性，比如，下午课困的时候，给大家讲个笑话，出个脑筋急转弯。翻译阅读的时候，扩充一些和阅读内容有关的知识。这样有针对性的教学，起到了不错的效果。

最后再来说说巧于坚持原则。要想做到巧于坚持原则，需做到两点：第一，有计划；第二，善于应变。有计划就是在遇到阻力（所谓“巧”也就是指在原则不被人接受是，通过自己的努力而坚持了原则）时，能够有节奏。有计划地让自己坚持原则而使反对者不察或者让反对者反过来支持自己。善于应变，就是要有平静的心态。善于应对的头脑，能够应对各种突发状况而使自己坚持原则。
总而言之，就是要有方法、有技巧地坚持原则。
