2.寒假前，各校要对校舍（含在建校舍）进行一次全面的安全检查，消除安全隐患，严防意外事故发生。
3.进行年终财务审计，认真进行自查、自纠，代办费收入情况应向师生、家长公布，多还少补。要做好清财核资工作，实验仪器、电教及图音体器材、图书等校产要清点归仓，妥善保管，严防校产流失。
（四）抓实离校前后的有关工作，确保假期前后对接高效有序
1.农村“改薄”项目校及其他项目校要抓紧做好建设项目的相关工作，确保项目建设工作进度。
2.各校要针对“义务教育发展基本均衡县”国检发现问题跟踪督查暨教育工作“两项督导”XX市级核查存在的问题，充分利用期末和寒假，抓整改、补短板。
3.寒假前，各校要集中对学生进行《行为规范》教育、法纪教育和安全教育，并印发“寒假须知”或“给家长的一封信”。教育广大师生遵纪守法，不参加任何封建迷信活动、不参加“xx”等赌博活动、不乘坐无牌无证的车辆和私自外出、不乱放鞭炮、不酗酒等，做好防疾病和饮食安全工作，积极参加文明健康的活动，过一个安全、健康、愉快的春节和寒假。校园大门，插上彩旗，布置张贴迎春对联及欢迎标语。
4.学生离校前，要求各学科教师布置适量的寒假作业和社会实践活动，使学生安排一定时间温习功课；引导毕业班学生做好复习迎考工作。
5.认真抓好“控辍保学”工作。落实学额巩固责任制，确保学额巩固达标，对可能产生辍学的学生做好动员等跟踪工作，预防新学期产生新的流生。各校要对各班级学额巩固情况进行检查。学期结束前要对本校学生学籍进行一次核对清理，及时做好电子学籍管理系统的异动处理。充分利用寒假时机，做好“取证”工作。
篇16：寒假假期学习计划
在放寒假的第一天，我就给自己制定一个严密的学习计划，希望自己可以度过一个充实的寒假。
我的学习计划把我的寒假安排的满当当的。我计划在放假前把所有的作业都一扫而光，在过年后用三天的时间把上册的知识复习一下，我们的圣人孔子说过“温故而知新”嘛！剩下的时间就要来预习下册新的知识，要不然怎么能在高手如云的学校有立足之地呢？我把我的这些学习计划写在一张纸上，贴在我的学习桌前，让它小小的纸张发挥大作用，它可以起到一个提醒督促的作用。
说与做是两码事，在我的寒假学习计划上可真是体现的淋漓尽致啊！我每天早上等到太阳姐姐晒到被子上才起床，一整天手中的笔写写停停，总是禁不止电视与电脑的诱惑，放在学习桌前的寒假学习计划表成废纸一张。我的作业到大年初十才全部完成，复习计划用五天的时间，预习计划更是完成的不堪入目，数学只预习老师必须让预习的前两单元，其他的学科几乎在原地踏步走。我的自制力与效率也太差！
我的寒假学习计划就完成得这么不尽人意，原因是什么？我自己觉得是有点懒散，没有想学习的那股劲头，自制力太差，学习效率太低。我一定要认真改正，让自己以后所有的计划成为现实而不是泡影，希望在下一年寒假能够过得充实快乐些！
