你要问我为什么喜欢来小荷，怎么回答呢？理由很多哎。不仅喜欢小荷的自由，也喜欢小荷的老师，可以直接喊他们外号，可以没大没小。除了这些，当然还很喜欢里面种类繁多、奇形怪状的小荷课啦。
课程很重要的，就像一个五星级大厨，光有很好的手艺，没有素材，怎么能做一桌漂亮的满汉全席呢，简直巧妇难为无米之炊嘛！所以，教材、课程是老师的辅助。有创意的课程加上有心设计的老师，何怕学员不被吸引呢。
在小荷上课，几乎每节课都不一样，我来一一介绍，我最爱的就是《美文/彩图赏析课》，老师带着我们用带来的秘密武器，剪刀、胶水等，一起做将手工、看报、设计、写作，最后我们自己设计出专属自己的专刊，有绘图，有文字，还有自己的个性设计哦。每次我也都是设计的不一样，完全释放出我可以成为技术师的天赋。接下来就是有趣的《九百秒交换写》，和同桌合作，一起完成一篇文章，团结合作，互相引爆，培养语感，字句练习。其中就是每次我写的比较快，都要等我的同桌，老师说一定要合力完成，所以每次在我的唠叨催促下，他的速度也变快了。最害怕的就是紧张刺激的《六百秒快写课》，10分钟可以用来干嘛？看部动画片？打一局游戏？好像都不够，可是，在小荷课堂，我们用十分钟的时间写出一篇作文。
如果这些都不算什么，那还有耗时很久，需要持久战的《万字写书》《万米写书》。虽然是一节课，但是耗时一个月呢。我最爱的是《万米写书》因为它的本子比较独特，像圣旨一样。而且还要发暗号，只有我和xx（坦克车）能懂得暗号。还有米尺，有时候不想写了，灵感枯竭了，我就把尺子绑在头上。最最值得期待的是，每周我都会得到奖品，这两个活动期间，大奖不断啊，每周都要发下源源不断的奖品，我爱奖品。
荷香四溢（活动篇）
十五年来，小荷在古城苏州成功举办了很多活动，取得了广泛的社会影响。其中，规模最大、举办时间最长的，是当场作文大赛，目前已经举办了12届，每届平均有4万多个孩子参加。说到出书，小荷一直在做小荷教育集锦。小荷给了孩子很丰富的出版平台，迄今为止，小荷正式出版的图书已有几十种，如《长大》系列，以及小荷学员或小荷总部老师的作品，如薯条老师《坠落3的陨星》，小荷学员写的小说《魔法女孩》等等。
在每年的秋季班和春季班，小荷都会举办一个为期一个月的小荷“万字（米）写书”活动，活动要求孩子在一个月的时间里，写出一本书来，让学员“挑战个我极限，引爆创造潜能”，解决的是学生“写不长、写不活”的问题。
在小荷每个学期，都会进行一场网写大赛，名字叫做河马校长奖“一小时《图文赏析》”大赛。在小荷网站公布题目，学生们在家完成，并把文章发到指定邮箱。
旅行团的形式很多样，有与爸爸妈妈一起的小荷文学古装秀“亲子游”，到具有江南韵味的甪直古镇，参观古色古香的甪直冯斌作文博物馆，跟父母一起进行文学古镇摄影，品尝古镇特色美食，游玩古寺，还可以听小荷名师作文的'讲座，与小荷创始人河马国王进行面对面的交流。

In most common law jurisdictions, the jury is responsible for finding the facts of the case, while the judge determines the law. The underlying issues are the complexity of the personalities of the jurors and the reasons why they have the motivation to feel and act the way they do.As the case unfolds further,more is learned about each juror individually.The personalities range from being a short-tempered loud mouth to a straight- laced accountant who never breaks a sweat.As the movie progresses much more is learned of the characters that exposes the intricacy of human nature and people's different personality traits.
This film is an excellent example of movie making that does not require elaborate sets to entertain the viewer.The majority of the film takes place in a jury room with the men never leaving the room from their deliberation responsibilities.The cast and dialogue make this film memorable and the film has some clear moral issues that are addressed.The main issue is that not everything is as it seems.With further analysis the understanding of a situation becomes more concrete enabling the men to make a solid decision that affects a young man's life.12 Angry Men is a classic film that should not be missed.

行政部在最近几个月结合工作实际，认真履行工作职责，加强与其它部门的协调与沟通，使行政部基础治理工作实现了规范化，为公司各项工作的开展创造了良好的条件。
一是建立了员工人事档案、业绩考评档案、培训计划、培训流程和培训档案等，出台了《员工手册》、《新员工培训方案》、《各岗位人员职责》、《员工花名册》、《消防安全紧急预案》等各种大小方案和制度，日常工作基本能落到实处，但在某些方面还是没能做到为领导和员工创造一个良好的工作环境。
这几个月以来收发文件20几件，并对领导批示的公文做到及时处理，从不拖拉;及时完成各类报表及总结;办公用品领用与办公用品采购坚持精打细算的原则，办公用品领用从节省出发，减少公司不必要的开支;组织和协助组织召开各种会议20多场，做到会前有准备，会中有记录，会后有总结;组织全体员工户外活动1次，做到活动前有方案，活动后有总结。
二是健全了人事资料，各类报表及总结。
三是完善了部门组织职能，入职、请假、离职、领料等一系列工作程序以及报表等工作。
对南北方分公司返货管理、对账也进行了规范;对返货监督实行人人监督，奖惩分明。
当然，之所以取得这些好的成绩，主要得益于孙总和刘总的有力领导和大家对我工作的支持。

在行政工作取得一定成绩的同时，行政工作还存在着诸多问题:一是在公司原有的企业文化中，工作开展得不是很顺畅，工作开展难度是时出不穷，甚至在某些时候没法主动性去开展工作。
二是深层次的企业文化尚未取得显著成效。
三是各职能部门未执行到位，不能发挥各部门职能作用，导致工作起来没有层次感，没有执行力度，没有工作效率。
工作难开展、问题难解决、工作效率难提高。
针对行政工作的种种问题，行政部门将在来年积极、主动加强与各部门领导沟通，协调好组织工作，起到承上启下的作用，解决“三难”问题。
