健康、平安是生活赐给每一个懂得它意义的人的最好礼物，这就是幸福!安全重于泰山，它历来都是个人、家庭、集体、社会最基本的生命线，更是维系个人享受生活和集体保持稳定的最重要的保障线。然而，面对生活、学习中可能存在的隐患和潜在的意外，您是否做好准备加以防范?据统计，我国每年大约有1。6万名中小学生非正常死亡，中小学生因安全事故、食物中毒、溺水、自杀等死亡的，平均每天有40多人，也就是说每天将有一个班的学生“消失”。校园安全涉及到青少年生活和学习方面的安全隐患有20种之多，其中包括交通事故、食物中毒、打架斗殴、体育运动损伤、火灾火险、溺水、吸毒、性侵犯、自杀等等。这些都时刻在威胁着我们学生的健康成长。校园安全事故频频发生，安全事故已经成为我国青少年的最大杀手。这些血的教训对我们来说是刻骨铭心的，反映了我们学生对安全防范意识还不强，应对突发事件的能力薄弱，暴露出我们在学校管理工作方面还存在着一些明显的漏洞和薄弱环节。
无论是人身安全还是思想安全，亦或是行为安全，它们都有一个共同的特点，那就是结果的残酷性。交通事故，游泳溺水事故、体育活动意外伤害事故，课间游戏追逐打闹偶发事故，轻者可以伤及体格，重者能够危及生命，它们造成的后果是残酷的。可是思想道德的残缺、行为方式的越轨比体格不健全更可怕。臧克家先生在《有的人》一诗中写道：“有的人活着，他已经死了。”我想，那些失去健康的精神追求、迷失正确的人生方向、空有一架活着的躯体行尸走肉的人不就是思想残缺的产物吗?这种“产物”充其量只能是没完没了地吸取消化父母亲血汗的机器，只能成为社会发展长河中的废物，甚至成为危害社会发展的危险物。当前学生中相继出现了不少因思想、心理、行为上的偏差而引发的伤亡事件，暴露出了当前学生在思想上、心理上和行为上具有普遍性的安全隐患。一个个触目惊心、血泪交织的悲剧不能不叫人扼腕叹息、心有余悸，也更对我们敲响了安全的警钟。

大家好!

光阴似箭，日月如梭。转眼间我已经是一名中学生了，可是儿时听妈妈念书的情景仍然深深地印在我的脑海中，使我久久不能忘怀。

It’s my dream to have the opportunity to challenge all the foreign athletes to the championship at this great occasion: 20xx Olympic Games. Now, the dream came true. As an athlete of China, I’m here to win the gold medal of orienteering for our motherland.
I’m so proud of being one of the best players in the world. But could you believe I had been a lazy girl when I was in Junior High. I’m not kidding! At that time, running was my last favorite. I really don’t know how to describe the first time I was on the track. It was horrible. When I started to run, I was simply out of breath. And while I touched the finishing line, I really didn’t know if I was still alive. It’s so funny, huh? But it’s true, I did.
Well, something happened and changed the situation. We won the right of holding the Olympic Games in 20xx. After that, sports became a kind of game in campus. And there are many sports clubs in school. One day someone asked me:“are you gonna try one of those?”First I felt so wired.
“Try to get into sports clubs? Are you kidding?” I said. And she goes: “Why not?? I’m standing here with all my body and my heart put in sports. So do the people from all over the world to HERE at the Olympic Games. It’s the Olympic Games that make us together. 篇17：中学生演讲比赛活动方案
一.初赛：以班级为单位，班主任主持，班内学生人人参加，评出一名优胜者参加决赛。
二．决赛：学校统一进行 评出一等奖二名、二等奖三名、三等奖四名，颁发奖品和证书，并按一等奖30分，二等奖20分，三等奖10分，记入班级量化成绩。
三.比赛地点：田径场
四．比赛时间：10月18日
五.比赛要求 ：
（1）班主任要认真组织，语文教师要搞好指导。
（2）演讲内容健康向上。切合此次比赛的主题，理论深刻，内容翔实，表达流畅。要以良好的学生形象赛出风格，赛出水平。
（3）不得背诵或修改别人作品，一经发现将取消选手比赛资格。
（4）采用站立式脱稿演讲，使用普通话，有很强的感染力，能够很好的调动现场气氛，生动感人。
（5）选手须着装整洁、得体。
（6）每人演讲时间不超5分钟，并于比赛当日上交讲稿一份。
六.评分标准
比赛采用10分制，评委现场打分，去掉一个最高分和最低分，取平均分。（评委打分6--10分，保留到小数点后一位）
1、内容紧扣主题，充实生动，有真情实意（1.5分）； 语言流畅自然，（1分） 主题深刻富有感召力。（1分）
2、发音标准（1.5分）； 语调准确（1分）；节奏优美，富有感情。（0.5分）
3、表达生动，动作恰当（1分）； 感情处理得当（0.5分）；感召力强，富有创意。(0.5分)
4、仪表上下场致意、答谢（0.5分）； 服装得体，自然大方。（0.5分）
5、演讲时间不少于5分钟，不超过8分钟。（0.5分）。
