My name is Xie Dong. I was born on August 25, 1965, in Hengyang, Hunan Province. In 1977 I graduated from Harbin Technical Institute where I majored in electronic engineering, and then I was assigned to work in an electronic apparatus factory as a technician for nine years. I was born in Beijing, China in 1945. In my early school years I attended Lao Song Primary School. In addition to my primary interest in chemistry, I have always been interested in Chinese literature and painting. While I was at the university, I took some painting and art courses. 毕业生如何写个人简历

投递简历是大学生在求职路上迈出的第一步，也是非常关键的一步，因为很多时候，简历的情况会决定求职者能否得到面试机会。所以，现在的毕业生都非常重视简历的设计。在招聘会上，经常会看到一些厚如书册，包装精美华丽的简历。但是，大学生们精心制作的简历却未必能得到用人单位的认可。那么，什么样的求职简历才是合适正确的，才能得到用人单位的青睐呢本人暑期在外企实习了两个月时间，参与了简历删选的工作，以我的工作经历，在此浅谈一些体会。在我看来，内容就是一切，仅有漂亮的外表而无内容的简历是不会吸引人的。关于简历的内容，特别要注意以下十个方面：

1，真实。

简历首先要真实可靠。一定要按照实际情况填写，任何虚假的内容都不要写，不要含有水分，做到真实而客观。不要虚构日期或职务名称来蒙蔽你未从事过社会实践的事实。要知道，用人单位要想获知你的真实情况并不困难，因此许多单位都将诚实视为第一重要的品质。一旦单位去做背景调查或通过与你的面谈发现你在弄虚作假，那会比你没有从事过该项工作更加糟糕，那时候，即使才华再出众也不会录用。所以，即使有的人靠含有水分的简历得到了面试的机会，但面试时也会露出马脚。事实上，企业选人都非常慎重，弄虚作假是过不了一轮轮的面试关的。

2，简历的内容尽量简洁。

我所在部门的HR主管感到，大学生的简历普遍都太长，他看到的最长的简历有17页。其实简历内容过多反而会淹没一些有价值的闪光点。而且，一个企业，尤其是大企业每天会收到很多份简历，工作人员没有这么多的时间和耐心来对每份简历都仔细研读，一份简历一般只用30秒到1分钟就看完了，再长的简历也超不过3分钟。所以，简历尽量要短，一两页纸就足够了。若你的经历能有效地在一页简历中表现出来，就请不要用第二页。当然一份有二页内容的简历也不是完全不能被接受，即不要以为一页型的简历永远是最合适的。因为如果仅仅为了要做一页型的简历而压缩了一些能反映你能力和成功经历的内容，那就是不可取的，所以可以根据实际情况适当添加页数。一般来说，在简历中说明你最想说明的东西即可，不必面面俱到，对每一项内容都详细地一一列举。学习经历应该从大学开始写起。除非你中学时代有特殊成就，比如在奥林匹克竞赛中获过奖。很多学生的求职简历都附了厚厚一摞成绩单，荣誉证书的复印件，其实根本没有必要，只需要在简历上列出所获得的比较重要的荣誉。如果企业对你其中说明的某一项内容有兴趣的话，会要求你在面试时把这些带去，或者通过邮件及面谈向你进一步获取详细的信息。记住，简历要达到的最佳效果就是让用人单位在最短的时间获得关于你的最多信息。

3，简历的内容要有针对性。

许多同学习惯于采用这样的做法:他们往往制作一份“比较通用”的简历，然后给每个收简历的公司发送一份，结果这些简历最有可能就是泥牛入海无消息了。要知道，面对不同的公司，不同的岗位，永远只投递一份简历，这样的简历是最不受招聘单位欢迎的。比较好的做法是，在充分了解每一个公司基本情况以及每一个职位具体要求的前提下，针对不同的公司和申请职位的不同而对简历进行修改，适当表达对招聘单位的关注和兴趣，以及对企业目标及职位需求情况的了解，这会让别人感到你的诚意和坦白，引起招聘人的注意和好感，你的简历一定会自然而然的鹤立鸡群。也许改动的仅仅是几句话甚至于几个词语，但给用人单位的感觉却是，这份简历是你专门为他们而制作的，由此被选中的几率会大幅度上升。

越是针对性强的简历越容易受到认可。求职简历上一定要注明求职的职位。每份简历都要根据你所申请的职位来设计，突出你在这方面的优点，不能把自己说成是一个全才，任何职位都适合。不要只准备一份简历，要根据工作性质来有侧重地表现自己，如果你认为一家单位有两个职位都适合你，可以向该单位同时投两份简历。一份合格的求职简历应该是目标填写清晰明确，所有内容都应有利于你的应聘职位，无关的甚至妨碍应聘的内容不要叙述。

4，突出你的实习工作经历。

对于大多数公司来说，看重的并不是你在学校的历次考试中取得了多么优异的成绩，或者发表了多少篇文章，他们更看重的是你是否有过从事与所应聘职位相关的工作经历。因为如果你只是一个刚毕业的学生，你就可能正在与那些有相同学历但是有更多工作经历的人竞争。如果你没有相关职业的丰富工作经历，那么你需要强调你最近的教育或培训情况。这可以包括那些与应聘工作最有直接关系的特别的课程或活动。毕业生们可以把他们的实习工作做为相应的工作经验。再次，可以简历中的工作技能部分强调“勤奋苦干……迅速掌握新技能”，这样就可以给你未来的雇主留下较深的印象。

5，推出你的长处。

为了显示你比其他竞争者更有优势，你需要的不是简单地列出你所从事过的每个职务名称，除此之外，列出你所完成的特殊贡献会更加吸引人事部经理的注意。因为很多人力资源的主管感兴趣的并不是你有多少证书，你的社会活动有多丰富，他们最感兴趣的'是对于每份工作你具体做了什么，看重的是你所从事过的工作是公司所需要的，所以他们想要你的证据证明你的实力。记住，用事实和数字说明你的强项，证明你以前的成就，强调成功的经验。不要只写上你“善于沟通”或“富有团队精神”，这些空洞的字眼招聘人已熟视无睹，应举例说明你曾经如何说服别人，如何与一个和你意见相左的人成功合作，这样才有说服力并给人印象深刻。

6，陈述你的才能。

很多人的简历只包含一个信息:通过以前的经历告诉用人单位你是谁，你从哪来的，你以前做过些什么。可能还有一些对你新工作有关或无关的技能。但却没有告诉用人单位你可以为他们做些什么，而让用人单位来为你做判断，这不是推销你自己的好方法。但百分之九十九的简历都是这样写的。所以许多求职者都吃了用人单位的“闭门羹”。给很有希望录用你的公司一点“东西”，展示你可以为他或她做些什么。这样做，可以引起用人单位的注意力，并且可以证明你的目标是做这项工作，而不是得到这项工作。若你给你的简历加上你的价值所在，你就会是招聘者眼中的明珠。

7，不要过分谦虚

简历中不要注水并不等于把自己的一切，包括弱项都要写进去。有的同学在简历里特别注明自己某项能力不强，这就是过分谦虚了，实际上不写这些并不代表说假话。有的求职学生在简历上写道:“我刚刚走入社会，没有工作经验，愿意从事贵公司任何基层工作。”这也是过分谦虚的表现，会让招聘者认为你什么职位都适合，其实也就是什么职位都不适合。记住，自信但不自夸，充分准确地表达你的才能即可，不可过分浮夸，华而不实。

8，简历言辞要简洁直白，不要过于华丽现在大学生的求职简历很多言辞过于华丽，形容词，修饰语过多。“我希望这样一个人生，它在经历了无数场风雨后成为一道最壮丽的彩虹……请用您的目光告诉我海的方向……”这样的简历一般不会打动招聘者。建议简历最好多用动宾结构的句子，简洁直白。

9，简历的修饰。

在使用文字处理软件时，不妨使用拼写检查项并请你的朋友来检查你可能忽略的错误。

尽量保证在文字，排版，格式上不要出现错误。因为据我的感觉，用人单位最不能容忍的事是简历上出现错别字或是在格式，排版上有技术性错误以及简历被折叠得皱皱巴巴，有污点，前者说明你的个人素质不够高，而后一种情况会让用人单位认为你连自己求职这样的事都不用心，那工作也不会用心。另外，关于字符的大小。千万不要为了精简纸张而压缩版面，把字体缩小到别人难以阅读的程度。

10，简历不必做得太花哨

现在学生的求职简历普遍都讲究包装，做得很精致，华丽，有的连纸张都是五颜六色。实际上，除非应聘美术设计，装潢，广告等专业，一般来说简历不必做得太花哨，用质量好一些的白纸就可以了，建议尽量用A4的纸。简历过分标新立异有时反而会带来不好的效果。曾看到过的一份简历封面上赫然写着4个大字“通缉伯乐”，给人的感觉就像是在威胁用人单位。对于现在学生简历中比较流行的做封面的形式，几位人力资源经理也都认为没有必要，因为这会增加简历的厚度。

除了以上10点之外，还有一些需要注意的小问题。

1，如何看待自己可能被认为“太年轻”

年轻人需要展示他们的年轻，以此作为优势而非劣势。认真考虑你的哪些年轻特点会被视为优势。例如，可能你愿意接受较低的薪水，不起眼的工作任务，长时间或在常规工作时间外工作，或者能够胜任那些更有经验的人不能做的事。如果有，就表现出来。年轻人需要意识到许多雇主更愿意使用那些与工作职位相关，更有经验和工作能力的人。但同时，有效地，充分地表现自己长处的年轻人也易于被雇主接受。

2，关于简历的照片问题。

很多同学会问到简历上是否需要照片。对此，我的感觉是，贴不贴照片影响并不是太大，当然，有照片会更容易让招聘者对你有一个直观的第一印象。但是即使贴照片，也要本着朴素，自然的原则，一寸的大头照足以，千万不要为了吸引招聘者的眼球而摆上艺术照什么的。因为不同的招聘者有不同的审美口味，不同的工作对一个人的形象也有不同的要求，在你对这些没有十足把握的情况下，盲目的粘贴艺术照其效果可能会适得其反。

3，对于通过邮件发送的简历，还有一点必须引起注意的是，邮件的题目要清楚，让对方能够一目了然。要知道，大公司每天通过EMAIL接收到的求职简历少说也有几百封，多则上千封。他们不可能把每一封简历都打开看过。第一步删选简历的依据便是邮件的名称。尽量在标题中简要地写清楚你的姓名，所在学校，学历和应聘职位。有些同学费尽心思想了一些比较花哨的题目，例如，“我会是你不错的选择”，“相信我是最好的”等等，殊不知，这些简历最可能首先被当作垃圾邮件而删除。

4，请不要寄附件。这一点已经被强调过很多次了，在这里就不再赘述。那么，简历究竟应该怎么写呢我认为，一份合格的求职简历应该包括以下内容: 姓名，电话(或其他联系方式)等个人资料应该放在简历的最上面，这主要是为了方便用人单位和求职者及时取得联系。紧接着是毕业的学校，专业和时间。对于所学课程，可以列上几门最主要的，有特色的专业课，一些公共课，基础课不必写上。

下面应该注明应聘的职位和目标。

接下去就是简历上最重要的部分:工作经历。对于初出茅庐的大学生来说，这部分包括勤工助学，课外活动，义务工作，参加各种各样的团体组织，实习经历和实习单位的评价等等。这部分内容要写得详细些，指明你在社团中，在活动中做了哪些工作，取得了什么样的成绩。用人单位要通过求职者的这些经历考查其团队精神，组织协调能力等。

兴趣爱好也最好列上两三项，用人单位可就此观察求职者的工作，生活态度。如果应聘外资企业，大的跨国公司一定要附上英文简历，而且要把最近的经历放在最前面，简历前面最好附一封推荐信。写完简历后，有必要对其进行最后审核。记住，你的简历应该回答以下问题:它是否清楚并能够让雇主尽快知道你的能力是否写清了你的能力是否写清了你要求这份工作的基础有东西可删除吗尽力完善你的简历直到最好。用人单位第一眼接触到的就是你的简历，这第一印象很重要，甚至会关系到找工作的成败。用心去做简历，体现自己的特色。针对自己想去的用人单位，制作出能够吸引他们的简历，为你的求职增加很大的成功系数。
