张老师执教的是一节小学四年级英语课。教师以新的课堂教学理念为指导，大胆实践我校“学---展---练---清”的教学模式，把教学重点定位在学生扎实的基础上，提高了学生的综合语言运用能力。整节课学生参与率高，课堂气氛活跃。
下面我从以下几方面来谈一谈自己的看法。
第一、学生在玩中学，在学中玩。
课标一级目标要求学生喜欢听他人说英语，体现在教师展示自己一日生活时，学生们认真倾听，初步感知了描述一日活动的短语。自主学习时，学生们大声朗读自己会的短语，并通过对子交流，巩固自己所学的短语。在班内展示时，一个学生做动作，其他学生说短语，学生在快乐的玩耍中学会了短语，体现了用英语思维的水平，落实了课标中能根据简单指令做动作的要求。在要求学生根据提供的短语记录时间时，并进行对话练习时，学生用拍节奏的形式展示自己，思维水平及自学能力发挥得淋漓尽致。在他人展示，自己倾听时，学生们在用心学，在真正的学习。整节课，学生们在玩中复习了旧知，在玩中学会了新短语；在练习目标句型时，学生们用多种形式来巩固自己的学习，在学习中又有玩耍的快乐。
第二、教师个人素质较高，课堂驾驭能力强。
从课前热身活动开始，教师便以参与者的角色融入课堂中；通过图片及教师自身的一日活动创设情境，将学生带入句型学习中。标准的课堂教学用语，全身心地投入课堂，课堂之间穿插“Areyouready？Go，go，go！”“One，two，three.Three,two,one.”以及激励性评价等，吸引了学生的注意力。通过设计一日活动的表格及描述一日活动的小练笔，教师将语言学习、信息整理等技能巧妙结合，促进学生多技能发展，也增强了学生对合理安排时间，尊重他人的体验。整节课，张老师很好地贯彻了“在用中学，学中用，学用结合，学以致用”的原则，教师的`正确引导在课堂上功不可没。
第三、教学活动多样，教学效果满意。
英语课程标准指出，在英语课中，活动的设计和开展应该有利于学生学习英语知识，发展语言技能，从而提高学生的综合运用语言的能力。英语课堂的活动应该以语言运用为落脚点。本节课上，从对子练习读短语，到小组做动作，巩固短语；学生们在全身心的投入课堂；再到后面练习目标句型，介绍自己一天生活的小练笔，可以看出课堂效果令人满意。从领读短语，到抽查个别学生单独读短语；从自己介绍不同时间的活动到对子练习目标句型，并当堂展示；从真实介绍自己不同时间的一日活动，转为课本中Kitty的一日生活,感知主语是第三人称单数时，句中动词的用法。在这样的一个学习过程中，体现了以学生为主体，教师为主导的新课程理念，学生不断地在学习和使用语言，学和用每分每秒都和谐地交织在一起。教学目标中的短语及句型从听、读、说、写各方面都得到了练习，教学目标的达成度较高。
总得来说，这节课学生学得开心，教师教得用心，教学成效显著，是一节成功的课。当然，再成功的课堂也会存在一些不足之处。我认为值得探讨的地方：
1、对学生的小组活动需加强指导，所布置的任务不够明确，小组活动合作性不强。本堂课中，张老师在布置任务前或句型操练前，未能起到很好的示范作用，导致学生操练时场面有些混乱。
2、教师课堂教学语言不是很丰富。老师有足够多的input（输入）的时候，学生才能有output（输出）。这需要我们平时多多进行阅读，丰富自己的课外知识。
纵观全课，在教学设计和组织上注重了以下几个方面。
1、导入自然，新旧知识连接紧密。良好的开头对一堂课的成功与否，起着关键的作用。本堂课一开始，教师就说：Whatcanyouseeinourclassroom?使学生的注意力在最短的时间里被激活。紧接着教师利用游戏saytime,在活动中复习了时间的表述，使新旧知识自然有效地连接在一起。
2、关注教学方法，体现了一个活字。教师的教学方法灵活，新单词呈现形式多样。应该说整堂课中，教师在引入新词时，都是比较新颖而又自然，而且具有生活化的。教师还注意利用多媒体课件、图片、身体语言等作为教学资源，创设讲解、操练和运用英语的情景。张老师能贯彻以学生为中心的原则，关注教学过程，尽可能发挥学生的主体作用，让学生真实的去感受知识，体验知识，积极参与，努力实践，在活动中学会用语言表达交流，较好地体现了从不懂到懂，从不会到会，从不熟练到熟练的过程。整节课的教学自然有效，分散了本课的难点。老师教得容易，学生学的轻松，提高了实效性。
3、教学活动的设计丰富多彩、有效，训练方式多样。有个人活动、对子交流、小组讨论、师生互动、全班交流等，在活动中突破难点，在活动中发展能力。教师为了巩固本课的内容，精心设计了多个活动，不但使单词、句型的操练面广，练习次数多，而且还调动了每一个学生的参与热情，将热闹的形式与有效的语言实践有机结合。
4、设计练习形式多样，梯度练习由浅入深。读短语，巩固短语，练习目标句型，进行一日活动的小练笔，使学生由易到难地掌握和运用了所学的知识。这样充分发挥了学生想象力和创造力，很多学生不仅很好地操练了新学知识，也有意地使学生回忆起以前学过的知识。

Unit3 Myday小学四年级英语下册教学反思
本单元的教学内容主要是帮助学生学会表达自己在什么时间做的什么事情。在导入的时候，我以自己为例，阐述了一下自己的一天，并且将所做的事情与时间统一的板书在黑板上，让学生一目了然。
然后，我让学生根据我的格式将自己的时间表也写在黑板上，两者之间进行对比。同时注意介词at的用法以及位置的介绍。然后引出本课的主人翁Mike,非常的顺利，学生也都能较好的理解。
在第二课时的时候开始渗透句型when do you …?并结合板书，采取教师示范演说，学生逐个模仿的'形式来操练句型。为了帮助学生记住句型我总结出：看到when 我们要到答句当中去寻找at.同时补充介绍when 与 what time之间的区别与联系，在做题的过程中给予一定的指导，后来发现学生对于when的理解比较深刻，而对于what time 的运用缺乏一定的意识性。经过几次的练习反馈，在这方面还要增加一定的练习。
本单元我们也开始接触到第四单元的重点句型，在内容的渗透上要把握好一定的度，不能喧宾夺主。
总的来说，学习完这一单元之后，学生大多数能够正确的阐述自己的日常生活，但是词组的记忆仍然是一个难点，虽然读音不是问题，但是单词的拼写对于四年级的学生来说，相对较难。可能需要很长一段时间的不断训练，不断听写，才能取得比较好的结果。

今天，是一个令我高兴的日子，因为今天我第一次去学英语。
早上，我来到学英语的地方。同学们早已到了，我进去以后，老师让同学们把名字、几岁、在什么学校上学、喜欢什么、不喜欢什么向我和姐姐介绍一下，让我们认识他们。他们有的叫路易斯，有的叫凯帝，有的叫杰克，还有一个叫“老虎”(这些都是他们的英文名)。
第一堂课就此展开。老师为了挑起我们的兴致，便和我们做了两个游戏，第一个游戏是:传单词，游戏规则是，第一个人告诉第二个人是什么，第二个人再告诉第三个人，就这样依次告诉最后一个人，哪一队最后一个人先说出来，并说正确，哪里一队就得一分，结果我们队得了2分，另一队只得了个一分。第二个游戏是老狼，老狼几点了，规则是：两个老狼，其他都是小羊，小羊问几点了，“老狼”说几点了，“小羊”就走几步，当小羊走到老狼的地方可以拐弯，但不能后退，到了最后，我们队的杰克被老狼抓到。
最后，老师说：“我指什么，谁说对了，谁走一步。”结果我们队的路易斯最后回到座位。
老师今天给我们讲了教室里的东西用英文怎么读、怎么写。比如：铅笔、记号笔、桌子、椅子、书、本子、书包-----------

上周日2：00的时候，我以一秒的时间，赶到了大名鼎鼎的英语学习班——新方向英语。
我一进新方向的大门，一股像雪山寒气一样的冷气向我扑来。
开始第一节课了，老师给我们讲上节课布置的作业，老师书：“这道题的答案是Thank you。”我半信半疑，因为我写错了这道题的答案，我改正了过来。老师讲了很多道题……

上第二节外教课，以前我一句也听不懂，现在，我可以和外教老师对话了，可我的英文字母还是写的龙飞凤舞。老师让我们用他手上的英文单词造句，问句是：How can i learn to do？答句：I can learn to……外教给答对的人一个小沙包，让我们投个飞叠杯搭起来的一座“堡垒”，我先抢答对了，老师给我沙包，我用力一投，只剩下四个飞叠杯，后面的同学也一样……

最后一节，老师让我们做练习，虽然我不喜欢做练习，但是我还是死硬着头皮去做了，还对了很多题。

后来我又发现女儿在拿着课本读的时候，读得很流利，可以说是琅琅上口，有的几乎都会背了。无意间我在搞纸上写了她学过的其中一个单词，问她是什么？怎么读？她定静看了一下后，默不做声了，摇摇头。于是我又让她拿出课本，找出这个单词，她就很熟练得说了出来，这样光会说，不认识可不行啊？将来考试怎么办？本来很自信的她，如果这样是考不出来好成绩的呀？于是我打电话咨询朋友、老师，都说得让孩子记单词的拼写、字义，不过不能急于求成，慢慢来，每天就记一、两个单词，孩子既感兴趣，也不厌烦。我试过，方法很好，很奏效，大家也不妨试一试，看看怎么样？
