《再别康桥》作为中国现代诗歌的典范，对研究中国现代诗具有重要的意义。
一、小引

3.意美的比拟。

(3)第3节。“软泥上的青荇,油油的正在水底招摇”,两个译文辨别为The soft mud’s green grasses /Bright green, waving on the river bottom; Green weed in the river/ Dances on a silt floor. “正在康河的柔波里, 中国论文网甘愿做一条水草!”中国论文网感觉a blade of比a bit of要精确：a bit of示意“小量，小块”， 没有相符原诗的形式;并且它润饰没有可数动词，而原诗的“水草”是可数动词。 “柔波”一词，Ediard 直译为gentle waves; 合译将它解决为Vibrating to the ripple of the River Cam。“ripple”是波纹、微波的意义，由它观众群脑际中会做作闪出现一幅柔风冉冉游动, 海面泛起阵阵波纹的景色图。可见，ripple比gentle waves逼真。
(4)第4节。“那榆荫下的一潭,没有是甘泉是地下虹;揉碎正在浮藻间,积淀着彩虹似的梦。”前两行诗译文的纤细差异正在于“一潭”的译者：lake和creek相比,更贴切，因creek多指活动的水，小溪;lake是湖水。后两行Ediard 严厉直译: Twisted into floating weeds/ Precipitating rainbow dreams。但合译译为3句Printed on the water/ And inlaid with duckweed/ It is my lost dream, 且采纳倒装句式, 强调了It is my lost dream, 读来也朗朗上口。
(5)第5节。“寻梦?撑一支长篙,向青草更青处漫溯,满载一船星辉, 正在星辉光怪陆离里放歌。”Ediard的译文:Dream searching? Push a long boat pole/Upstream towards green grass and an even greener place/A boat filled with starlight / midst pointed starlight. 中国论文网感觉这节的译者像是辞藻的寻章摘句，没有快感，如green grass，an even greener place。“星辉光怪陆离”译为pointed starlight。“Pointed”是犀利，有尖头的意义，与星光点点的美妙意象相差甚远。“放歌”译为I sing to my heart’s content。比Ediard译的Let loose a song midst pointed starlight更能把中国论文网后来想放歌的心境抒发进去。但此译本也没有够意美, 能够试着改成 sing aloud in the splendor of starlight。
(6)第6节。“但中国论文网没有能放歌, 悄然是分手的笙箫;夏虫也为中国论文网缄默, 缄默是今晚的康桥。”中国论文网同意Ediard用直译法把前两句译为: But I cannot sing/ It is quiet like a parting Hsiao.然而“parting Hsiao” 没有免太chinglish。合译采意图译法把句子解决为But now, no, I cannot sing / With farewell in my heart / Farewells must be quiet, mute.《中国剧本: 古代诗歌卷》一书对于此的译者是: But I cannot sing aloud /Quietness is my farewell music.某个读物统筹直译编译而把诗歌的形式和意象都酣畅淋漓地予以抒发。后两行诗的译者，合译比Ediard译文多了一句“Knowing I am leaving”, 用作注释 “缄默是今晚的康桥”。相反多此一举，毁坏了诗歌抒发的分手的神韵。
(7)第7 节与第1节的原文简直是一样的形式，两译本思绪与后面或者许分歧。
四、序言
白文正在德国性能译者实践的指点下对于Mr. Ediard Connynkam 和丁祖馨、拉菲尔《再别康桥》的译文从“三美论”立场停止美学性能的比照综合,得出以次的论断:
1、Ediard 的译文多采纳直译的办法，保存了与原文分歧的格调,到达了许渊冲倡导的“音美”和“形美”，“意美”的表现就要略微雄厚一些。
2、丁祖馨和拉菲尔的译文多编译, 无助于于观众群更好的了解原诗，根本上也能让观众群领会其“意美”。然而译文方式没有一, 也没有严厉押韵，“音美”和“形美”略微有所完善。
