篇11：五一劳动节日记
受新冠肺炎疫情的影响，今年的寒假时间已超过了一百天。为了度过一个有意义的假期，我给自己制定了寒假学习时间表，其中就有“百日运动养成计划”。
经过认真思考，我制定了详细的计划表。在这个计划中，七天为一个周期。星期一至星期六为“运动日”，在这六天里，每天我要坚持运动，以跳绳和仰卧起坐为主，跳绳能够让我长得更高，仰卧起坐使我更灵活。每天至少要跳一分钟的单人跳绳和十个仰卧起坐。星期日为“休息日”，在这天，可以补因为特殊情况在运动日没有完成的运动，安排得比较自由。这样，至少每周的六天里，我都在运动。
制定完计划，我就马不停蹄地开始实行！3月2日，我行动起来了。第一天，我感觉身体很重，两条腿怎么也跳不起来。在爸爸妈妈的鼓励下，我咬牙坚持跳绳，一分钟只跳了四十多个，就累得气喘吁吁，上气不接下气了。仰卧起坐我也做不标准。如果我的手抱着头，压根起不来。好不容易完成了任务，我早已满头大汗了，我有点沮丧，真的很担心计划失败。爸爸告诉我：万事开头难，坚持就能取得成功。第二天，我改进了运动内容，增加了热身运动。按照体育课丁老师教过的慢跑方法，我带着爸爸妈妈在客厅绕圈跑，一共跑了十圈，又走了三圈。这时候，我感觉身体热了起来，腿没有先前那么沉了，跳绳轻松了一些。但是，我还是觉得跳绳很累，特别是最后几秒的时候，根本跳不起来了，仰卧起坐也很吃力。
就这样一天又一天，我一直坚持运动。到3月28日，我惊喜地发现：在一分钟内跳绳跳了一百个！这对我来说，真是个了不起的成就，我非常自豪！到4月7日，我一口气连续跳了四十三个；到4月21日，我更是直接把这个数值提高到了六十八个！跳绳越来越轻松，仰卧起坐也越来越快。在4月24日，我动作标准，连续做了十个仰卧起坐，仅仅用了十四秒钟。爸爸妈妈都朝我竖起大拇指。
今天是五一劳动节，也是我百日运动养成计划的第六十一天，我还在坚持运动。运动使我快乐，运动使我更强壮。在运动中，我懂得了做事不能轻易放弃，一定要坚持到最后。同学们，让我们一起运动吧！
