带给万物光明的太阳又升起来了,新的一天又来到。牵牛花又慢慢地张开沾满露珠的笑脸,爬到了小男孩家的窗前。

小男孩坐在轮椅上看着,他回忆起他美丽的童年生活,他和几个小伙伴在大槐树下捉迷藏;和小伙伴们一起看初升的太阳;和小伙伴们一起在沙滩上玩耍.他觉得他失去了双腿,同时也失去了自由,他感到自卑,却有很无奈,他多么想站起来啊!他的视角里转进了牵牛花,昨天被雨打得摇摇欲坠,今天,就又进行攀登比赛,他想:我也应该象牵牛花一样,不怕挫折,我虽然失去了 自由,但我还可以学习,成为椅子上学识渊博的人.挣下许多的钱,再去建希望小学,扶助有困难的家庭.他想得想得睡着了.牵牛花看见他终于醒悟了,欣慰到笑了。

我们也应该学习他那不怕困难,勇于拼搏的精神。

我敢一个人冲浪,你敢吗?

暑假的一天,妈妈带我去屏南白水洋、鸳鸯溪等地旅游,令我印象最深的就是白水洋的冲浪了。

白水洋号称万米水上广场,十里水街。来到水边,便能听见在水上玩耍的人们的笑声是一浪高过一浪,我的心也痒痒的,心早就飞到那边去了。我催促妈妈快点带我去穿救生衣好早点下水。

穿好红色的救生衣,我拉着妈妈飞奔到水中央,一眼便看到眼前那条长近百米,宽60多米的天然冲浪滑道,白茫茫的水面上浪花翻涌,我开始有些心虚,犹豫了,这毕竟是我第一次在这么宽的河道上下水,更何况是冲浪呢!我就转身对妈妈说:“妈,要不你陪我吧!”一向有求必应的妈妈今天的口气却好坚决:“不行,你不是很勇敢吗,今天是怎么啦?”“嗯,妈妈说的对!我一向是个勇敢的孩子,还常常自称为‘花木兰’呢,难道还被吓倒了不成?”我又一次整理了一下防护用品,一步一步向起点走去,学着前面叔叔的样子,先下蹲,双手扶着石壁,顺着水流方向下滑,不想前面有个激流回旋,“咕噜―吐噜―”,我呛了几口水,喉咙好难受啊!刚想睁开眼睛看看滑到什么地方了,一个激流迎面扑来,眼睛又进水了!“哇――”我顾不及面子,放声大哭起来。

妈妈已经在终点等我,急忙把我抱了起来,安慰我说:“不哭,咱们家的宝贝最勇敢,不是吗?”听了妈妈的话,再加上有了第一次冲浪的经验,我赶紧擦掉脸上的泪和水信心十足地对妈妈说:“那我再来一次,保证不哭!”我吸取了上次的教训又回到起点,紧闭牙关,略微抬头,一溜烟直冲到底,好爽啊!

站在终点等我的妈妈见了,开心地对我喊道:“于飞,你真勇敢!记住,要想成功,就是要有这样的信心和勇气!”

鲁滨孙在一次航海中遭遇翻船,同伴们都葬身海底,只有他一人幸免于难,漂留到一个荒芜人烟的荒岛。可以想象,他会遭到多么严峻的困难和挑战,他的生活是何等的孤单与寂寞。

然而,他没有被眼前的困难和危险吓倒,他用勇敢战胜了恐惧,他用智慧解决了一个又一个的生活难题。他用勤劳的双手在荒岛上建起了属于自己的家园。鲁滨孙在荒岛上整整生活了28年。我对鲁滨孙的崇拜之情与日具增,因为我感到在自己的身上正缺乏这种坚强的意义和战胜困难的信心、勇气。记得有一次,妈妈加夜班,让我一个人看家,我竟然躲到被窝里,颤颤惊惊地等妈妈下班回家。还有一次,我和我的叔叔去爬山,到了半山腰,我便败下阵来,一下子坐在石阶上,再也不想起来,最后还是叔叔替我背上背包,搀着我一步步挨到了山顶。回来时,我却只能坐着缆车下山了。

我想:我要像鲁滨孙那样,做个勇敢的孩子!人生之路还很漫长,今后会有许许多多的困难、挫折等着我们,只有向鲁滨孙那样不为艰险、勇敢生存的人,才能闯过这些暗礁险滩,迎来光辉的明天!

有一个哥哥,他还要一个妹妹,但是妹妹患了疾病,而他的父亲也已经去世了。妹妹需要输血,男孩犹豫了一下说:“我给他输血。”男孩以为自己要死了,医生说他可以活一百岁,男孩又要求把自己

一半的血输给妹妹。不久,妹妹的病好了。

哥哥把自己的血输给了妹妹以为自己要死了,但他还是把自己的血输给了妹妹。医生说他可以活一百岁,而男孩还要求把自己一半血给了妹妹。他把血输给妹妹的时候真勇敢。

从勇敢的哥哥让我想到了我的小侄子。他仅仅只有4岁还不会走路,他只会爬。有一次,他爬着爬着走了走起来,我跑过去想扶一下他,但他“扑通”一下摔倒了,幸亏那个是沙发不痛的,他竟然没有哭,站了起来继续爬,他可真勇敢!就说说我自己吧!以前去割一个不明物种的时候,站在门口就哭了,等待着妈妈买麻药来。我开始割的时候,我紧握拳头,过了三四分钟就好了,妈妈告诉我割的时候流了好多血,医生还说:“你真勇敢!”

这个小男孩其实他的内心是很害怕的,但他为了妹妹不惜牺牲一切。

一、引导幼儿正确认识困难挫折,从小培养孩子勇于克服困难的能力.

孩子成长的过程,本来就是一个不断摔倒再爬起来的过程。对于跌跤、磕碰一类的小意外,家长应当把它们当做孩子生活中非常自然的事去看待。抚慰、包扎伤口等适当的处理事必不可少的,但切不可过分紧张。因为我们的所言所行会时时刻刻影响到孩子。只要家长心中有数,淡然处之,孩子就会勇敢面对伤痛和恐惧。

二、进行情境磨练,提高幼儿的挫折承受力

为了提高幼儿的挫折承受力,老师和家长应注意设置难度不等的情境,让幼儿逐步经受磨练。如,让幼儿到暗房子里去取东西;把幼儿喜爱的玩具藏起来,鼓励幼儿自己去寻找。在日常生活中家长应鼓励孩子参加体育活动,父母和孩子一起玩。在活动中有意加入一些碰撞性活动,使孩子在活动中既学会保护自己,又能争取胜利。孩子最喜欢大人与他一起游戏,在这种气氛下他往往会不知不觉地勇敢起来,经常这样,慢慢地他们在别的场合也能表现出勇敢精神来。当孩子不慎受伤时,我们不大惊小怪,只是依情况处理伤口,并平静地告诉孩子:为什么会受伤?以后如何避免?在培养孩子勇敢的同时,一定要同时教他学会判断危险程度,学会避免危险,又不能让他产生恐惧心理。

三、树立榜样,增强幼儿抗挫折的信心

1、利用图书中或影视节目中勇敢人物的形象。当图书中或影视节目中勇敢人物的形象出现时,我们可表示出赞叹和钦佩,但这时不直接要求孩子向他们学习什么。因为孩子会从我们的赞叹和钦佩中领会到积极的东西,家长的态度和老师的态度一样会起到明显的导向作用,当幼儿面对难题或遭受失败而出现情绪波动时,成人不必急急忙忙地包办、代替,更不能埋怨和数落幼儿。正确的方法是成人留在幼儿身边给他们一种安全感,同时鼓励幼儿积极尝试,寻找战胜困难的途径,必要时给予一些指导。

2、大人的言传身教。在日常生活中每件细小的事情都能体现出勇敢精神来。例如:看见一条毛毛虫,妈妈首先惊叫着跑开,却要求孩子勇敢地对待,这是不现实的,我们当老师的就更要注意,我们的言传身教深深地影响孩子们,在幼儿眼来里,父母和老师的言传身教会深深地影响孩子们,在幼儿眼里,父母和老师非常高大,无所不能,成人在困难和挫折面前所表现出来的态度,对幼儿的影响甚大。因此,成人碰到困难和挫折时,一定要冷静、勇敢。在日常生活中的细节上,也可有意培养幼儿的勇敢精神,如有的家长在家务劳动中,有意识地让孩子帮着一起做,在处理某些家庭问题时让孩子参与讨论,通过父母对待挫折的'态度、反应、行为等对孩子进行潜移默化的熏陶和影响.

3、利用同伴的良好行为。例如,幼儿不敢在小朋友面前表演唱歌,老师在旁边鼓励说:“不要怕,你一定会唱得很好的。”或当幼儿犹豫不决时,对他说:“看谁能像××小朋友一样勇敢,也能上来大胆地唱。”这样,在榜样的影响下,幼儿就会树立信心,大胆地上来演唱,在他们一次次战胜困难后,便增添了战胜困难的勇气,这时老师的“你真行”,也就变成了幼儿心理的“我真行”。

四、大人鼓励,改变幼儿的受挫意识

幼儿只有不断得到鼓励,才能在困难面前淡化和改变受挫意识,获得安全感和自信心。一旦幼儿取得进步后,成人一定要以积极得态度给予赞扬和鼓励,强化幼儿的行为,并随时表现出肯定和相信幼儿的神态。成人的鼓励与肯定既能激发幼儿追求自主自强,使幼儿的受挫意识得以改变,又能提高他们继续尝试的勇气和信心。当然,儿童的身体素质是儿童具有勇敢特征的物质基础。所以,家长、教师应特别注意幼儿的身体健康,增强幼儿体魄。同时,通过各种途径,采取多种手段丰富幼儿的知识,训练幼儿的各种生活技能,使幼儿做好应付各种困难和危险的心理准备,逐渐形成处变不惊、临危不惧的优秀品质。
