城市交通堵塞心得体会及建议近几年来，**的市政道路建设一直未停，二环改造提速、绕城高速开通、三环即将闭合，打通断头路、开建地铁等等，可以说是天天在施工，年年大变样。我作为**的一位普通市民，感受很深，打心眼里感到高兴和欣慰。但众所周知，**市拥堵的通病也是**市区交通的顽疾，大有愈演愈烈之势，二环的几个路口特别明显，铜盘路口便是其中之一。
傍晚19:30，天气晴好，炎夏的高温尚未退却，因有事要办，便临时叫车去一趟白龙路的省军区老干部活动中心。一出省军区大门，只见“车如流水马如龙”，一公里多的路面“竟成车国”，估计“堵车”已经好久了。

3、加强驾驶人员的管理教育，严处逆行等违章行为；
