不足之一：社团内部成员缺乏交流。生活中很少有人会主动地相互之间进行交流以下心得，沟通一下感情。这个问题会严重阻碍社团的发展。亲兄弟之间尚不了解，怎能和别人进行促膝谈心呢?家务事尚未处理好，就想搞邦交，岂非天方夜谭?所以我建议以后我们首先要搞好内部关系，彼此之间相互了解之后，在和别人交流时才会底气十足……
