不同的顾客购买的心理也不同。同样的价格比质量,同样的质量比价格。要因人而宜,真正使顾客的心理由“比较”过渡到“信念”,最终销售成功。在极短的时间内能让顾客具有购买的信念,是销售过程中非常重要的一个环节。
