一天，一只小苍蝇在我家里“嗡嗡”的飞，很吵，我尝试了好几次想抓住它，可怎么都抓不住。我趁它在窗户上休息时，用窗纱罩住，然后用手伸进去抓住了它，就在那一瞬间，我发现它在垂死挣扎，我感到一股求生的欲望在我手中跃动、挣扎，于是，我忍不住把它放生到了窗外。

张海迪五岁时就得了脊骨髓血管瘤，高位瘫痪她因此不能上学，她就开始了顽强的毅力自学知识，他先后自学了小学。中学。大学的专业课程，张海迪15岁时随父母去聊城革县的一个贫穷的小山庄，但它没有惧怕艰苦的生活，而是以乐观向上的精神奉献自己的青春，在哪里给孩子们教书，并且客服种种困难，学习医学知识，热爱的给乡亲们和孩子们看病打针让很多人恢复了健康，张海迪在聊城革县的当医生的期间她无偿的为乡亲们治病一万多次，受到了村里人们的热情。
