国庆7天长假，不少家庭会选择外出旅行。旅途虽然愉快，但是如果不注意，外出玩耍的孩子们就非常容易生病，每年国庆之后，因为腹泻、皮肤病和意外伤来看病的小孩会明显增多。
预防腹泻 不要一味“尝鲜”
国庆长假后，因拉肚子来医院就诊的小孩往往最多，原因有三点：第一，许多家庭带小孩出去旅行，害怕小孩路途中会饿，一般会准备许多吃的;路边和景区通常有很多特色小吃或当地水果卖，家长心想好不容易来一趟，也会买来给孩子尝尝;旅途中吃饭时间不规律。
儿童与成人不一样，他们对外界的环境变化适应能力较弱，儿童比成人更容易对陌生环境产生水土不服的情况。最常见的表现就是胃肠方面的不适。因此，有时大人和小孩吃了同样的东西，大人没事，但小孩就会出现腹泻的症状。

如果不幸发生了脊柱外伤，应固定头部，头和躯干同轴转动，原位搬运，应固定在硬木板担架上搬运，且固定伤员不能移动。不能采用一人抬腋窝部、一人抬下肢的方法搬运。
