We take it for granted that we must warm ourselves in winter times, yet we seldom realize the burning away of precious natural resources.
We appreciate all the prosperity from the development of modern industry, yet few would give the slightest consideration to the global air and water pollution caused by industrial wastes.
Our ruthless exploitation has permanently impaired our mother earth.
As we tragically learned from last summers floods.
We cannot continue our carelessness.
Finally, standing here at the threshold of the 21st century, ()we cannot help thinking of our posterity.
Nature is not only the mother of the present generation, but also the mother of the generations to come.
How severely our descendents will criticize us if we leave them a barren and lifeless mother? how much more they will appreciate us if we give them a world of harmony to inherit? let us start respecting and caring for nature from now on.
Let us start the campaign of creating a mutually beneficial relationship between people and nature right from this moment.

各位年轻的朋友：
大家好！
如果有人问你：什么是精彩？你会怎样回答？战争年代的踊跃参军，八十年代的文学热，还是九十年代的出国热？对，它们都是精彩。每个时代有每个时代的精彩，每个时代也造就了不一样的精彩，但无论怎样，精彩总是与青春紧紧相连。
记得走进大学的第一天，辅导员就告诉们，老狼校园民谣里简单自如的大学生活在这个年代已经一去不复返了。九十年代宣扬的“读书无用论”也早已被热火朝天的“考研”、“考证”热吹得无影无踪。时代已经将新一代的青年推向了社会的最前沿。因此，要寻找属于这一代人的精彩。
为了活得精彩，要拥有目标和信念。目标是心头的一盏明灯，信念是鼓舞你向着目标迈进的力量源泉。目标可能飘渺，路途可能坎坷。然而只要确定一盏明灯，就能让你顺利地泅过危难的海洋！传说中的火凤凰，它迎着太阳飞翔，为的就是将自己的身体点燃，正因只有燃烧才能重生。这多少有一些悲壮。但又确是一幅壮美的画面。正因奋斗拼搏的过程无比精彩！
为了活得精彩，务必拥有知识和技能。知识是成功的基础，技能是实现成功的工具。人类步入二十一世纪，世界多极化，信息全球化，知识信息量在以百倍的速度递增。应对这样的现实，昔日象牙塔里简单自在的场景早已不见，取而代之的是寻找精彩的一双双炽热的目光。社会将竞争的残酷带到了的身边，从而也造就了新一代青年的自强和向上。有一句话说“机遇留给有所准备的人”，那么，年青的朋友们，让早早准备。
为了活得精彩，还要有不断超越的精神。鲁迅先生曾说，“不满是向上的灵魂”。时代的进步使新事物以让人难以置信的速度发展。没什么铁饭碗，没什么保质期。无论什么时候，都务必以起跑线上的姿态去迎接挑战。只有不断地学习和提高，才能跟得上这个精彩的大时代。
永远究竟有多远？没有人知道。只是历史长河中的小小一滴水。然而既是青春的拥有者，就没有理由不为自己喝彩，没有理由不活得精彩！都将老去，但不是为了永远的青春而来，而是为了感受和不一样的青春而来。从此刻开始，让活得精彩！

感恩父母
尊敬的领导，老师，同学们，大家好：
这天我要演讲的题目是感恩父母。
大自然中的动物千奇百怪，各种各样。此刻我向大家说一种动物，它跟我们人一样，有着对后代强烈的爱，它是一种微不足道的蜘蛛。但它的牺牲确实为了幼蛛的诞生。蜘蛛在生下幼蛛的那一刻开始，已注定了要面临死亡的命运。蜘蛛一天大约能产下5000个卵子，这些卵需要经过12-14天方可出生。刚出生的蜘蛛仔体内有毒液，只有蜘蛛仔把体内的毒液都输给母蜘蛛，才不会受到影响。因此，母蜘蛛的肉体被毒液侵蚀，从而慢慢死去，最后只剩下残壳。它们是伟大的母亲，我们的父母又何尝不是呢?
蜘蛛能为子女舍命，我们的父母更能为我们献出自己博大无私的爱。
我们生活中的一点一滴都有父母的照料。如今，我们长大了，假如我们也能为他们做上一些力所能及的事情，他们将会感到欣慰，自豪。或许，父母在遇到困难，感到不适时，都不与我们诉说，但同时，却还要为我们的而操劳。此刻我们已经开始独立了，假如，我们也能多与他们谈说自己校园生活中的快乐和童年的往事，他们也会很高兴，在紧张的工作之后，精神获得放松，不为我们操心。在父母误解我们时，不好烦恼，任性，甚至冲父母发火，我们就应体谅他们，主动与他们倾谈，把误会解开。
其实，很多时候，父母也不是万能的，对有些问题，他们也很无奈，但是，要坚信，他们所作的一切都是为我们着想。
说到那里，我要提一下我的父母。我们家一共有五个孩子，只有大姐和哥哥已经工作了，我们其他两个姐姐还在上学。爸爸在北京开了一家小店维持家里的生计。妈妈是一名人民教师，在老家教书。
今年春节前夕，大姐正因事业上的打击，得了自闭症，从那以后，她就不说话，不出门，不与人沟通，也不知道吃饭洗澡。妈妈很是着急。于是跟大姐在北京就医。但祸不单行，在青岛舅舅家的姥姥却正因心脏病发作也住院了，医院里给下了病危通知书，妈妈不得以务必去青岛伺候我姥姥。期间，每一天都会给我打电话问大姐的病情。但是，幸运的是，姥姥在两星期后转到了普通病房，脱离了危险期。得到姥姥的允许，妈妈连夜赶到北京。正因我平时要打一些零工，赚点生活费，因此，通常都是把饭送到大姐房间，然后去干活，也没注意她吃没吃。等妈妈回来时，大姐都瘦了好多，妈妈心疼的掉了眼泪。于是，妈妈跟学校请了假，开始专心的照顾大姐，跟大姐住在一个房间。每一天看着大姐吃饭，跟大姐说话，妈妈跟大姐的对话相当于自言自语，大姐不但不与人沟通，而且，很反感有人打扰，有时候，甚至把正在跟她说话的妈妈赶出房间，但妈妈还是在坚持着。
大家可能不了解，自闭症也需要药物治疗，如果治疗不及时，病情加重，病人会有轻生的念头。但大姐拒绝吃药。每次都把爸妈买回来的药扔进垃圾桶里。医生说没有办法只好打针，但是费用很贵。爸爸问多少钱，医生说一阵1100，爸爸就直接去医院收费处交费去了。其实，当时正因临近春节，爸爸生意十分惨淡，连房租都交不起。
功夫不负有心人。在爸妈的照料下，最后在上个月出，大姐说话了，虽然她说的第一句话是我饿了，也没叫妈妈，但妈妈很高兴，给我们兄妹几个发信息，告诉我们这个好消息。这个月初，大姐找了份简单的工作，开始上班了。我们全家人都为她高兴。爸妈也最后放宽了心，能够安心的为五一哥哥的婚礼做准备了。他们所作的一切都是为了我们兄妹几个。虽然，我的父母不能算是世界上最伟大的父母，但他们愿意是我最崇拜最亲最近最爱的人!

大家好!
这天我演讲的题目是《扬起自信的风帆》
在漫漫的人生旅途上，我们哭过、笑过、成功过、失败过。当种种情形摆在我们眼前时，我们又该如何抉择呢?是的，人生并没有人们所期盼的一帆风顺，应对成功，人们总是欣喜万分，正因它是我们发奋的认可;应对失败，人们总是黯然神伤。但我们真的没必要正因失败而心灰意冷，不是有句付出总会有回报的话吗?因此挫折是难免会有的，但自信却是我们不可遗弃的。
人生的航程本来就是有波浪，有涟漪;人生的道路上一样也会有坎坷，有崎岖。我们就应坚信付出就会有回报的真谛，同时既不好因成功而沾沾自喜，也不好因失败而闷闷不乐，要以一种用心向上的生活态度来应对成功与失败，从而以成功或失败作为契机，并以此当成新的开始。
在我的记忆里，曾有一个人令我钦佩不已。他从小热爱音乐，在他的世界里到处充满着悦耳动人的旋律。但天不从人愿，偏偏让他成了聋人，使他向往完美世界的道路上又增添了一堵厚重而严实的墙。难以想象的是他并不是正因前途困难而退缩，而是以用心的态度理解命运的挑战，坚持不懈的创作，最后，他的发奋得到了人们由衷的赞赏，他也因此成为了闻名世界的著名音乐家。也许你们早已猜到，没错，他就是为世界创出无数动人乐曲的伟大音乐家贝多芬!从他的人生中，我明白了人生并不是那么不堪一击，阻碍我们的是在于我们是否有坚强的意志和信念。我坚信，只要我们真诚地付出就没有任何事能难倒我们!
同学们，让我们扬起自信的风帆，越过波涛汹涌的大海，抚平微风荡漾的涟漪。你会发现，成功的彼岸就在不远的前方。笑对人生，以自信来应对我们可能遭遇的挫折与痛苦。生命是一张白纸，当自信为他披上五颜六色的新装时，生命才充满活力!
