坦白告诉我，
你怕过吗
有时候恍惚觉得自己似乎透明了，身体慢慢轻浮着。很难受。我不知道该怎样描述这感觉。好像手指触不到一个实物，触不到任何一个温热的活生生的生物。自己仿佛一缕薄烟，马上便可消散。
我知道，是我封闭太久了。情绪在体内波澜壮阔，被死死禁锢，找不到发泄的出口。很难受。
我知道是我把自己封闭起来。其实坦白说，就是希望别人的关心，却又表现得正常得不得了，给别人一种“我很好”的感觉。像一座围城。
可我害怕，害怕在别人面前喜形于色，害怕别人知道我所有的情绪。那让我觉得好像赤身裸体站在别人面前，暴露无遗。我一直说我要变得强大，内心
要强大起来。要知道什么该做什么不该做，什么该想什么不该想。我只是说到了，并未做到。即使做也仅做了部分。
我不喜欢这样的自己。
我也想做个明媚的人，明媚的孩子。但我终究是太没有安全感。和陌生人聊天时，陌生人的一句话或许会感动我很久，然而相似的话从身边的人说出来时却被我自动忽略。以前并未察觉。如今才发觉。是因为我把自己太多的需要当做他们的理所应当了吧。
现在的自己越来越需要关怀和温暖来填补心里的黑洞。这黑洞深不可测会卷走所有靠近过来的温暖和明媚。这样对关怀无止境的需求让我不知所措，更不知应向谁去索求。
所以越空洞越空洞。终于沦至今日。
别劝我走出围城，我不会，也不敢。我总以为所有人都会离开，没有一个人会留下来。早晚有天我要独自面对一切。我怕到时我仍不敢。
这生活欠我的太多。别让我和那些比我更悲惨的人比好吗？别跟我说“知足吧”好吗？让我控诉一次任性一次放纵一次好吗？这生活欠我的真的太多。
觉得自己有些可悲。其实有时候觉得，自己很多余。我不是在期待和祝福中降生的'。我想是的。从童年到现在我的生活都不是完整的，从来都不是！
他们以为他们给我的爱够多，他们以为我该很幸福。可是我不幸福。从十一岁到现在，我没有完完整整幸福过一天。
原谅我没有控制住情绪。许是受了陆励成的刺激，让我觉得我从没如同此时，如此渴求深沉的无尽的关怀。即便溺死在关怀化作的深海，也心甘情愿。
我又在角落独自舔伤口是不是？养成这个习惯很久了很难改我也不想改了。

在钢筋水泥的城市中待久了，在昼夜不明的快节奏生活中厌倦了，所有的一切都好像扼着喉咙，你哭喊，你呼唤，要逃离这个一切以数字计算的现代。
接着，便是带好手机、电脑、照相机或是别的高科技产品，奔赴山清水秀，远离城市的自然之地。到达之后，你疯狂地摄影发各种朋友圈，炫耀你逃离他们还在挣扎的鬼地方，然后欣赏他们的艳羡评论，山与水从你拍完照之后便与你无关了，这便是上层人的“逃离城市”。
这怎么看都是一个天大的讽刺。人自有了网络，有了手机，便再也离不开其形成的怪圈。没有他们，甚至不知道怎么生活，我们用手机代替眼睛欣赏美景，用手机代替味蕾品尝食物……别人的看法决定了我们的看法，人们上了瘾，就像是吸食毒品，陷入了其中的漩涡，无法自拔，而我们原本也未曾挣扎。
我们朝着手机叫：“我们要逃离城市。”其实一切与城市都没太大的关系，人必然要进化，城市必然要发展，城市没有错，错的是人心。
有多久没有用心看这个世界了，我们用机械的手段感知一切，心灵的意识与大脑的认知离得越来越远，表象的肤浅通过手机直接灌入大脑，我们的思考就此终止，不再深入，手机就是人们获取信息的主要途径，我们离不开它，但我们可以在其中改变。
我们其实早已离不开现代，融进骨血，不要再说什么远离，科技充斥着生活，我们不能真的去过“采菊东篱下，悠然见南山”的日子，但是我们可以在闲暇的日子里，放下手机，三五个朋友聚在一起，聊聊家长里短，活在自己的天地中赌书泼茶，远离尘嚣，做心灵上的陶渊明。
所谓窒息着的现代，是指被科技压迫，却依然沉溺于其中，科技不过是死物，活的是人类，我们不抵抗，却怪他们的侵入，我们将心灵置入其中，其实，与其说是科技扼我们的喉咙，不如说是我们自己压制着自己，压得喘不过气。
我们从古时候的精神世界，走入物质的天地，像云一样，走过痛苦，走过痛苦的高山，跨过欢乐与死神吹来的微风相遇，终于回到心灵的圣地。
