（二）总结经验，指导论文写作
一切认识都来源于实践。在专业实践中，通过观察现象，得出的理论总结对我毕业论文《公共部门组织文化建设研究》具有实证意义，第一，是组织文化建设主要靠以下三个方面推动：
一是要靠部门领导重视才能推动。更多的时候，部门成员不畏制度，而敬畏上级，因此，部门领导的自身素质和对组织文化建设的重视程度，对组织文化建设起着关键作用。组织部的领导对组织文化建设非常重视，亲自指导策划组织文化建设工作，并带头参与其中；
二是要抓载体才能推动。组织部以创建学习型组织为契机，积极探索和创新促进学习的平台及载体，现主要有以下活动载体：一是每周一上午开展集体学习例会，每名组工干部轮流上讲台讲授业务，认真学习理论知识、时事知识和业务知识。二是邀请老部长、县纪委书记等领导讲党课、讲纪律。三是组织人员外出学习培训。四是协助组建部学习兴趣小组，每周一晚上举办“悦读荟”学习兴趣小组学习，观看“国学大讲坛”等视频，集中学习《弟子规》、《论语》等中华优秀传统文化，坚持读经典、学国学、品书香、修德行。把组织文化建设寓于具体活动之中，如在党员责任岗活动、党员志愿服务活动、学习参观活动、建设模范

第三，组织部行政效能比其他公共部门较高。公务员的素质的高低直接关系到公共部门作用的发挥和整体形象，通过加强组织文化建设，组织部扎实抓好部门队伍的思想、能力、作风和廉政建设，开展政治坚定、公道正派、模范表率部风传承教育活动，培育阳光、向上、豁达的新时代组工精神，也注重行为文化建设，在部机关走廊墙壁开辟主题鲜明的“学习园地”和“组工风采录”，对部门成员的行政行为产生了正面影响。因此，我发现，组织文化建设形成的核心价值体系对部门成员的行政行为、绩效有着紧密联系，科学的核心价值观对部门行政效能发挥产生促进作用。

一、前言
依旧是一个夏日炎炎的暑假，但这个暑假注定不平凡，这个暑假是我上大学的第一个暑假，也是过的最有意义的暑假，因为很荣幸并且很高兴参加了学校的暑期实践活动，成为20xx年财管专业“三下乡”社会实践服务团体的一员，虽然只是短短十几天，日子也过去良久，但回顾起来，至今仍历历在目，感触颇深，在这次实践中，其活动内容之丰富，场面之感人，孩子们求知的热情，让我们每个志愿者都难以忘怀。
二、社会实践过程
如果说经历是一种财富，那么我一定很富有。在短短的十几天里，我经历了很多，成长了很多。但是我们的活动不是去施舍同情，不是去猎奇痛苦，也不是去享受青春……我们是抱着一种去学习而不是去恩赐的态度过去，去感受同一片蓝天下不同的生活。我们能做的就是在他们心里播下一粒种子，然后用我们的爱心、祝福和能带去的那一点点东西帮助它发芽。
还记得20xx年7月8日，这是我们来到实践基地——清徐东于镇中学的第一天，我们对它无比地憧憬与期待。那天下午经过两小时的车程后，实践队终于到达了学校。在学校老师的帮助下，我们搬进了学校领导安排的宿舍，当天下了漂泊大雨，我们到宿舍放下行李就去布置了教室。真正的活动从第二天早晨开始，队员们怀着对孩子们的期待，都早早地起了床，希望能给小朋友们留下美好的第一印象。这是我们走上讲台的第一天，我们作为教师的经验几乎没有，带着一丝紧张初上讲台，我们介绍了此次的活动并为孩子们唱了本次活动的主题歌《最好的未来》。课堂上一些状况，使得课堂的氛围还达不到我们预期的效果。像普通话，孩子们的语言基础比较薄弱，加上小孩子天性活泼好动，给我们的教学带来了一定的挑战。相对于一些同学的活泼，另一些的同学们显得有些低调，胆怯。因此我们在师生互动环节下了不少功夫。可以说第一天我们通过初步的教课去了解孩子们在学习方面所需的，以后的每天下午，为了消除孩子们的陌生心理，我们组织了知识竞赛，以六人小组为单位，我们实践队分组的组长还对每位学生通过聊天来了解学生，后根据结果进行不同程度的教育，以便使我们的学习更有效果。接下来的几天中，队员们对这里的孩子们做了充分地接触与了解，按照计划规律地对学生们进行不同形式的教学，并在课余时间和学生们互动，使学生们在快乐学习的同时快乐生活。期间，我们实践队的指导老师们也不时地来到教室对我们表示鼓励与关心，希望队员们在“授人渔”的同时，悉心体验，感受“为人师”的快乐，并且收获更多的成果。

对自己的认识。最了解你的人是你自己，拿备考来说，同样的复习内容，有的人可能半年才能搞定，但有的人，学一个月就够了。所以一定要打好提前量，因为对于我们这些在职的人来说，真正能静心学习的时间很短，而且说不定有什么突发的工作任务，加上自己的懒惰，所以一定要提前准备复习——我的复习时间是一年!
一、各科分析
(一)、英语
总分100，对话10道题*1.5=15分，语法词汇20题*0.5=10分，阅读20题*2分=40分，完型填空10题*1分=10分，翻译10分，作文15分。
首先说一下，英语对于大部分人来说可能是最难的，今年我有2名同学一个因为英语小分不够(小分45)而调剂，另一个别的都够，因为英语太低没考上，很可惜。我们大都是大学毕业几年了，没有英语的语言环境，所以都扔的比较彻底，再捡很难很难。我大学英语四级过了5次才过级，工作3年根本没看过。捡起来在学确实很痛苦，在考试中我打了70分。我是这样复习的：
(1)、分析个个题型的分值比列，在复习中做到有的放矢，时间精力有限，挑最能拿分的重点攻破。对话，10道题15分，可以说是最简单的了，高中初中有点听力底子的，都能答对10分以上，所以这部分要拿分简单，但全对很难，因为在习题和往年真题中你可以看到经常有1至2道题是很陌生的习惯用法，没办法，只有多做题，多积累。你可以不全对，但这部分一定要拿10分以上。并且，还有很重要的一点：因为很简单，所以做题速度要快，要在5分钟内作完，这样可以为后面的阅读理解争取出10分钟的'时间，这非常非常重要!
语法词汇，20道题才10分，这部分始终是我的一个弱项，涉及的语法、词汇很多，无论是自己学，还是上辅导班，抑或是作真题，能打5分都是高分了，所以个人建议大家不要太较真，你付出的时间精力很多却未必能见效果，最后自己会很郁闷。所以，买来单词手册我只是看了一遍(注意，是看，不是背!)，包括考试时是靠感觉答得，20道题，蒙也能得点分。
阅读，20题，4篇文章，40分，英语的重头就在这里了，你能得30分以上，则英语可保也!
一定会有人问：你单词不背，语法不会，阅读要得30分谈何容易说得好，单词和语法确实是阅读的基础，但我要说的是熟能生巧的一种“感觉”，在复习之出，我就买了白洁的《英语阅读理解200篇》，加上英语综合指导和模拟题的阅读，我每天2篇，做了400——500篇。做多了你的感觉自然就来了。阅读，不要一个个的扣单词，没意义，因为你不会的太多，是吧，要先看题，带着问题去阅读，找到和问题相关的部分，选出你的正确答案，另外，说到单词，你确实应该背一些常用的，打个比方，有很多题会问作者的观点：赞成的、反对的、客观的、漠不关心的。这些一定要背，否则蒙都没法蒙。还有，最重要的一点，做阅读时一定要计时，要把每篇的时间控制在10分钟之内，有很多人，不限时做题，正确率很高，但别忘了，在考场上，正确的分配时间至关重要!完型填空——十个空，一个一分，要比单选值钱，所以应该正确率在6个以上，这部分主要是考介词连词习惯用法和少部分单词，没捷径我是每天一篇，应该练了百八十篇翻译，10分，的考试中，翻译十分简单，是高中英语水平，应该打8分以上才合格吧。做翻译有几点心得：
(1)、翻译是按句给分的，要一句一句来，每句都有自己的得分，不要因为上一句不大懂就把下一句也放弃了
(2)、不要死扣单词，还是那句话——找感觉!一句话如果有一半认识就够了，剩下的你可以凭感觉编，练多了，你会发现，你编得很准!
作文，也是练，我从上辅导班后(7月份)开始写，2天一篇，写完了让老师和老婆给我改。心得：
(1)、一定要动手写!!不能看了题目后在心里构思后，就放弃了真正动笔写写的行动，那是自己骗自己
(2)、作文可参考的东西很多如“十句作文法”，还有各种模板等，有些词是固定的，如：WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF .分段式
FIRSTSECONDLAST....IN MY OPINION没别的，你要写，写多了你就会发现作文都一个样，你有了自己的一套东西，什么作文都能用上
(二)、综合
我的综合打了61分，这61分是如何打得呢逻辑30分，语文31分，数学，应该是0分。
首先说数学，我的数学很烂，自己非常的不愿意学，看别的都行，尤其是看语文逻辑，觉得简直是一种享受，一看数学，脑袋大了，所以从自己复习开始就没重视，上辅导班听得很认真，老师讲得也很好，但就是学不进去，后来一分析——扔了!
语文，大家都是公务员，语文天天用，公文天天接触，应该分都不会太低。我高中时语文还可以，但真做题时，发现很生疏，尤其是字词，拼音，还有公文改错，因为很少接触，也是现学的。心得：(1)语文建议平时积累，看别的科目看累了，做点语文调剂(2)字词拼音的题，看着不难，但要做对不易，建议看《高分突破》前面归纳的部分，尤其是在临考前两天，那东西看早了也记不住。
(2)阅读，分值很大，每道2分，千万别丢。这东西很难说怎么复习，凭感觉吧。
(3)作文，今年的题目出的很大《和谐》，在写法上建议以小见大，否则很难把握。
逻辑，最有意思，今年的逻辑太简单，没有难题，连一道做完让我犹豫不决的题都没有!可以说出的很失败。但在平时的模拟题中应该达到26、27分以上才合格。
(三)、公共基础
今年是第一年改革，原有的行政和管理合并成一科，变为总分150分，我打了122分。说真的，改革后简单多了、内容也少多了。因为我已经在未改革前，将管理和行政复习一遍了，感觉很头疼。但改革之后好多了，值得庆幸!
二、资料的准备
由于改革，以往的资料，尤其是原有的管理行政，你一概用不上，买新的吧。总的说一句，我个人觉得，我不建议大家使用二手资料，但不反对借鉴。怎么说呢
(1)、新买的书，你可以用自己的风格标注、划题。这点对记忆很重要。因为我觉得，我的记忆实质有一部分就是在将书上的内容用眼睛像照相机一样记下来，当需要调出来时，你会在脑海中形成那一页书的图像，并加上你的理解一起输出，从这一点上来讲，别人用过的书，画得很多很乱，会干扰你的记忆形成，非常不利。
(2)有很多书是练习册，别人做过了，你只看答案和你自己做一遍的差别是天壤之别的!
(3)买新书，可以根据你自己的学习水平“择优录取”，是和别人的未必适合你自己。
好，下面讲各个资料的特点：
(一)、英语
1、单词。白洁的专门为在职联考出的单词册，个人觉得可以用大学英语四级但此书替代。
2、《综合辅导》，像教科书一样，必须必须买!!辅导班就是用这个书讲的。
3、《阅读200篇》，难易适中，要买!!上面分基础篇、提高篇、冲刺篇。非常好，我就是用他练的!
4、完型填空、词汇语法两项各有一本书，不建议买，性价比非常不高，作综合辅导里的练习就够用了。
5、《历年真题详解》建议到后期买，有计划的再考前一个月，计时做，并且对照答案判分。
6、《模拟考场》，建议题不够做得买，也是计时计分，但本书照真题比偏难一点点。
(二)、其它
分别由成套卖的《高分突破》和《题库》应该都买，高分突破既有讲解又有练习题，《题库》是练习用的，因为《高分突破》的题根本不够做!!《讲义》，就是教科书，不买你学什么

《高分突破》系列：叫做“高分突破”，其实就是非常非常根本的东西，呵呵。
数学，根本没看，不说了!
语文，非常好，比讲义归纳的细致，是她的延伸，拼音字词、公文改错就是看它!
逻辑，也是对讲义的细致归纳，还有难度适宜、分章分节的习题和真题，一个字——好!
