专业以就业面向的岗位所需的素质和能力要求为依据来组织教学,采用以学生为中心,实施任务驱动、项目导向的“做中学、学中做、做中教”教学模式;运用案例导入、理论讲授、小组研讨、情景模拟、课外实践等多种教学手段;实践教学包括课程实践学习、顶岗实习和毕业实习等环节。

经过老师们的努力,本专业已经与五十多家用人单位建立了长期的校企合作关系,同时将校企合作的职业资格(劳动关系协调员三级)考试融入到教学计划中,提高了专业人才培养质量,增强了毕业生的就业竞争力。
