I realized that many of them were hard to answer, and perhaps others could not be answered at all.
When I turned in my paper, I was afraid that I might fail the assignment because I had not answered the question, “I wonder why things are the way they are?” I had no answers. I had only written questions.
The next day Mr. Reynolds called me to the front of the class and asked me to read my story for the other students. He handed me my paper and sat down in the back of the room. The class became quiet as I began to read my story

Answer 1:
Two years ago I attended the Graduate Entrance Examination. I get a bachelor’s degree in communication engineering. But I am interested in management and I want to become a professional manager in the future. So I decided to change my major and get higher education on management. Due to the fierce competition, strong learning skill is required. I set up a detailed schedule for preparation and followed it every day. In order to promote the efficiency, I found a person who has the same goal with me and we studied together. We shared all the information and helped each other to solve the difficult problem. When my partner felt depressed I encouraged her. She also give me much help in learning Math. We both passed the examination and I got the highest score in my major.
Answer 2:
This year I attended the TOEIC test on May. I hope I can get the highest level, that means at least 860 points. But I set my goal up to 900 points, as it is said higher target greater success.
50 days before the test, I do two sets of simulating test per week. And I also listen to English online radio and read comments on news paper everyday. It was a good training that I found a useful way for my listening.
Finally I got 860 points. Working towards goal is really significative, and you could benefit from it when you summarize afterwards.
Sometimes it is difficult to keep the commitments we make to others. Describe a situation where this happened to you. Why was it difficult? How did you decide what to do? What was the impact of this decision?
Answer 1:
Working for “Challenge Cup” Business Plan Competition was really a tough matter. This April I was preparing the plan together with my team. After five days’ hard working, we were all exhausted. So I promised that we did not need to work in the weekend that we could have a good rest.
However the teacher who was in charge of this competition informed me that the dead line was changed for some reason. There was only four days for us to complete our plan and summit it. So we have to cancel the entertainment in the weekend.
I held a short meeting for the team to tell them the information. I asked them why we participated in this competition and what our goal was. Though very tired, they were encouraged by my enthusiasm. All the members decided to work hard for it. Then I announced the working arrangement.
We cooperated very well and finished it before the deadline. Our plan was so excellent that we won the gold prize in Tianjin and the national bronze prize.
Answer 2:
Working in Students' Union is really a tough matter. Last March there was our hosted football game lasted the whole month. All members were exhausted. So the president promised me my department did not need to attend the work on April. However there was a traditional activity called ”all cultures gathered in JiNan" and a dancing competition both hosted by our organization for some reasons held in the same day. We have to work.
In the weekly meeting before telling my fellows the mission I asked them why they attended Students' Union. After a round of sharing they knew their responsibility, then I announced the working arrangement. At that day They were not so cheerful but they work as hard as before.
Please describe an occasion when you received some feedback?
What was the feedback and what was your reaction? Which book impressed you most and why? Which world leader inspired you most and why?
Last year after the freshmen's push-and-pull games I hold a weekly meeting. I asked fellows to say something about our performance and work. One of them said that they did not know what they are responsible for, so they could only do works when asked to. I was astonished because I haven't met this before. I always knew my duty and did everything I should. So at the next activity I divided them into several groups, each group had their own duty and target. Meanwhile I told them this was a team work, everything should be done by every one of them. That turned out to be an effective way.
The book impressed me the most is
The world leader inspired me the most is Zhu Rongji, the former president of our government. He was willing to and working hard towards make common people live better although there are thousands of obstacles. What I learned from him is when we have difficulties in achieved our target we should do all we can to clear them off. Or we would regret the rest of our lives.

篇9:Interview Questions to Ask
During the interview, you will likely be asked if you have any questions. Interviewers expect you to have questions about the company, the group you would be working in and the job that you are interviewing for. Here are some sample questions to ask during an interview. Which questions you actually ask depends on the tone of the interview as well as the level of the person interviewing you. I have split the questions into groups based on who they would be aimed at: hiring manager, peer, and HR/Recruiter. You don’t want to bombard the interviewer with dozens of questions, but you do want to have an accurate picture of the position, as well as the company and group culture(s). At the end of each interview, ask if it is okay to follow up with them later if you have further questions. This is an excellent time to ask for a business card, which will also allow you to send each interviewer a thank you letter after the interviews are over.
