篇14：医德考评自我评价
让彼此存在利益联系的双方进行，构成监管与被监管的关係，不过是自己既当运动员又当裁判员。这种关起门来自说自话，左手监督右手的内部评议，不仅荒唐，而且实际作用让人怀疑，最后的结果就是互相包庇造假的“医医相护”，变成你好我好大家好，互相吹捧，共同愉快。所以，卫生部的这个医德考评制度除了浪费纸张、增加一些会议、浪费纳税人钱财之外，并没有什么作用。
但可笑的是，卫生部这个看起来很完美的考评，却堕入医医相护的'怪圈。看了有关这方面的报道得知，这医德考评分为、科室评价、单位评价等三个步骤，其内容涉及全心全意为人民服务、为患者保密、不歧视患者、廉洁行医、因病施治等方面。考评结果与医务人员的晋职晋级、岗位聘用、绩效工资等直接挂。
老琴看来，医生自我评价可以说是与虎谋皮，一个人要是干了不道德的坏事，谁也别指望他自我承认；医务人员、所在的科室包括医院，关起门来是一家人，是一个利益共同体，评价结果越差，科室与单位的声誉也越差，所以，同样不能指望科室与单位对医务人员的医德考评能说真话。如果根据利益共同性这个角度而言，那科室评价和单位评价其实也就是自我评价。
医德是医务人员应有的职业道德，它的受众是患者，医务人员的职业道德品质与广大病人的切身利益密切相关。因此，要使医德档桉真正反映医德、监督医德，该把患者评价列入考评项目，把医务人员医德优劣的最终评价权归还给患者。因为患者的评价最具客观性、最有发言权，也只有由他们对医务人员的医德进行考评，才是真正可以信赖的。
从考评的标准来看，那些诸如“全心全意为人民服务”、“严谨求实”的话，只是些大而空的口号。多少年以来，医院高喊“全心全意为人民服务”的口号还少吗？可结果是什么？这些年来，又有多少医院的训示没离开过“严谨求实”之类的话？可现实又如何呢？透明和公开是最好的防腐剂。医生的医德档桉要真正发挥作用，关键是要将其置于阳光下，接受患者和患者家属最大限度的监督。
医德问题是中国医疗体制的顽疾，卫生部出台的这个考评制度，与其说是端正行业之风的举措，还不如说是自欺欺人的做法，让人感到可笑。日益败落的医德问题，是医疗机构长年惟利是图的积弊，若不能在这个问题上对症下药，卫生医疗管理部门自身也只是一个庸医。医德医风自我评价工作态度自我评价工作自我评价

本人在行医过程中，始终牢记为人民服务是关键，其核心内容是尊重、关心病人，营造出文明、和谐的就医环境，形成平等、相互尊重、理解的医患关系。作为一名医务人员，敬业精神至关重要，就是要忠于职守，热爱本职工作，以病人为主，全心全意为病人解除痛苦，对工作精益求精，对病人认真负责，淡泊名利，关爱病人，甘于奉献20××。
作为一名医务人员，工作是辛苦的，身上时刻背负着巨大的精神压力，而且还常常受到病人及家属的责难和不理解、不配合，只有我认识到自己的生命价值，才会体会到平凡中的快乐。
一年来，本人认真学习《医务人员医德规范及实施办法》、《广东省医务人员医德考评实施办法》等内容，使我从思想上充分认识到加强医德医风建设的重要性和必要性。医德医风建设是精神文明建设的重要组成部分，是建设有中国特色社会主义必不可少的精神支柱。社区医务人员是人民健康的守门人，又是党和政府联系群众的窗口，医德医风好与不好，与广大人民群众密切相关，是关系到党和政府威信的大事。

篇16：医德考评自我评价
诚然，医院的基本职责和业务工作就是救死扶伤，为人治病，靠医技低劣的“庸医”是办不好医院的；医院的发展也要靠取得经济效益，长期亏损的医院将无法生存。因此，激励医务人员刻苦钻研业务，提高医技水平，合理合法增加经济效益是完全必要的。事实上，这在目前各医院的激励机制中普遍得到了重视，还作了相应的量化。我们提倡的“优化”，并不是要去掉这些激励内容，而是要增加医德、医风方面的内容，提高其在激励机制中的地位与分量。
医德医风方面的内容非常广泛。要确立优化激励的内容并不难。关键的问题在于如何实现公平、公正。而公平、公正的实现，需要有一套科学合理的办法。综合目前一些医院的做法，实行量化考核加综合考评再加公众参与的办法，比较切实可行。首先，对能够量化的内容要尽量量化，便于操作。其次，实行医德考评制度，是加强职业道德和行风建设的治本措施，是构建和谐医患关系、纠正行业不正之风、文明医院的有效手段，是优化激励机制的重要之举。第三，行之有效的监督机制，是与激励机制相辅相成的两个方面。既要有医院领导和员工的监督，更要有社会公众监督与媒体的舆论监督。
有目的、有计划、有组织地形成医德医风宣传和舆论监督氛围，表扬先进，批评不良行为，在导向上起着重要、积极的作用。医院领导人要及时发掘医务人员中的好人好事，在媒体上进行报道。对于媒体的批评，只要事实存在，就要持欢迎的态度，积极配合整改，并将其作为考评制度实施的一个重要依据，以保证医院的生存发展与和谐医患关系的建立。
