二、面试流程与内容
1.入场
要注意礼节，基本的礼仪千万不要出错。例如敲门征得许可后再进入，先向各位老师问好，鞠躬幅度要适宜，得到老师同意后入座。
2.自我介绍
做好准备，表达清晰流畅、简明扼要，给老师们留下好的第一印象，也会使你在之后的面试中信心倍增。切忌机械背诵，要饱含感情，适当放缓语速，加以谈笑。
3.回答问题
回答专业相关问题切忌死记书本，要结合导师的项目或论文，突出自己的优势，让老师觉得“我需要你这样的研究生”。
如果遇到不熟悉的问题不要立即回答，先思考一个大概的思路，放缓语速，尽可能清晰流畅地表达，擅用“第一、第二”，显得自己的表述很有逻辑。

1.忌夸夸其谈

英语面试
首先进行的是英语面试，大概就是先三分钟的自我介绍，然后就是从自我介绍里面挑了四个问题去问的，所以建议大家自我介绍里面一定不要写那些空的东西，要不被抓着就不好了。
专业面试
对于专业面试，老师主要是拿着你的成绩单，问你学过的那些专业课的基本知识，尤其是分数高的和比较低的，最容易问这门课程的相关情况，当然老师不会问的特别深入，你只要记住一些基本概念就好。
由于我是考的物理化学，但是老师从始至终都是问的关于材料方面的东西，所以希望考物化的同学提前看一下材料科学基础的相关知识点。大概问题如下：
1、毕业设计相关问题：为什么要研究这一课题，这一课题创新点在哪里?是否有着实际应用?(这个是必问环节)

4、材料成型的方法有哪些?
5、腐蚀的`基本类型、影响腐蚀的因素以及各自的解决方法，
6、冶金的三传是什么?
7、C在奥氏体和铁素体中的溶解度不同的原因?
8、Mg的加工方法以及Mg在加工时的注意事项。
9、材料强化途径的基本机制(细晶强化、固溶强化、位错强化、析出强化)。
还问了些家庭方面的问题，就和聊天似的，具体记得不清楚了。我去年是带简历过去的，首先简历里面的东西很可能会成为老师提问的话题，所以自己不确定或者虚假的东西最好不要写进去。
其次，一般老师都是会用成绩单看你学过哪些课程来问这些课程相关的知识，这样如果你递交简历并在简历里面写到你本科学过的课程，那么就要写那些你熟悉的课程，那些不熟悉的千万不要写，这样可以避免问到你不知道的，因为你给老师简历后他一般就会把注意力集中在简历上了。当然了，先打听清楚面试几个老师，简历一定要带够。
建议
其实进去没必要紧张，老师都是还不错的，最好微笑面对，能给老师留个好印象。由于我初试分数相对高些，老师问的比较多，面试用了20多分钟，一般的都是十分钟左右就结束了。这些问题中大部分都回答出来了，有一个回答错了，老师也没说什么。还有，如果老师问你打算读博不，你就说读，我当时说不读，老师看了我一眼，好像不太高兴吧，不过最后成绩还不错，笔试135，面试130。

昨日复试全部结束，大连理工大学计算机技术专业，学硕调剂为专硕。整个考研过程是一年的时间，去年三月份开学决定考研，开始着手准备的。我考研的初衷是对自己的学历不满意，本科211院校，不良门第观念，一向觉得还是985的高校更好一点，所以下定决心考研。
初试
考研基本上是自学，就在最后的时候报了一个政治强化冲刺班，说实话，这个课程对于提分没什么用处，但是对于节省时间又不想在政治上拖后腿拉分倒是值得的。
数学主要是做题，汤家凤1800，张宇的1000题、闭关题180、八套卷、四套卷，还有知识点讲解的习题册，真的是做了不少题，但是分数不高不低105。
总结来看，题不再多，主要在于掌握好知识点，但却不能仅仅局限于知识点的理解，而是运用，然后积累经验与思路。因为正规考试遇到原题的几率微乎其微，主要是有思路有感觉，这题才容易。到最后如果你一看题就明白这题要考什么知识点，就算你不是很会，但是有很好的思路，想做出来不难。
在最后一个月，按照考试时间严格做完一套完整的卷子是至关重要的，历年真题仅供参考，答出高分也不要高兴，因为实战的时候减去30分大约是真实考研数学成绩，还是在正常发挥的前提下呢。
考研英语花费的时间不对，也没看语法书什么，就是做了新东方的一下列按题型分类的参考书。着重放在了阅读上，真题的参考价值很高，弄明白里面的生词，注意掌握多重意思很重要。考研英语和四六级不一样，它确实需要你看懂，能理解，而不是找到出题点直接套用原句就能够的，还要注意陷阱，真的单词一样的多的不必须是正确答案阿。
考研政治就跟着辅导班老师的讲义背重点知识点，做做肖四肖八，看看主要的知识点状况。大题基本上是根据自己背过的知识点来回答的，不然根本没话说，重点就是要背熟练，知识点要是忘了就凉了。
但是大题就算都答得上来得分也不会拉开较大的差距，主要还是在选取题上，尤其是多选，真的要保证准确率，选取答得好，分数自然就好一点，最后友情提示：不要把宝全放在肖老的押题上，踏踏实实才是真，如果实在没时间那就背背肖四肖八吧，就应是能过国家线的。
专业课就要根据自己报考的校园自行准备了，要时刻注意相关校园给吃的考试大纲参考书，最好是能弄到校园的历年考题，参考价值大大的高阿。这个时候不要害羞，能找谁就找谁，这但是自己的未来阿。校园一般都会注重专业课成绩的，必须不要让他拉后腿，尽量考得高。初试大约就是这样。
复试
复试可操作的余地就比较大了，我的经验是出分之后一方面要认真准备复试，另一方面必须要用心的联系老师。必须要多和老师沟通，向老师展现你是有多么的优秀，当然要实打实阿。这就需要你在大学期间多参加一些比赛阿，项目阿，多拿奖，这样有话可说，能够推荐自己。
最后一点要联系靠谱的老师，用你的优秀征服老师，让老师松口答应理解你。运气好的话，如果你联系的老师是面试老师而且十分愿意理解你，那么恭喜你成功了一大步了，因为老师会在面试环节为你加分的，但是你要是表现的很差那也是要完蛋的。不要高兴的太早，没有到最后一刻千万不要沾沾自喜，所谓乐极生悲不是没有道理的`。
这要说点现实的问题了，你报考的校园当然更愿意理解本校的学生。虽然你的初试成绩可能会更好一点，但是老师喜欢他也是没有办法的事情。确实可能会有歧视有黑幕，这就是很现实的事情。但是你要是自己本身足够优秀，就算有黑暗，也不会淹没你的，不要觉得心里不平衡，还是要多充实自己，多丰富自己。
最后

今天去亿力吉奥复试了，
上周五六点多的时候，公司打电话来让我今天九点去复试，第一次面试完就觉得没什么希望，结果还是有复试的机会，高兴！
在上次面试前，我做了一个梦，梦见我进了这家公司还是什么的，总之就是梦到一个月有3500的工资，所以上周去初试的时候要求薪资那我就写着3500左右，人事面试的时候也没提到这个，当时还觉得庆幸。昨晚又梦见今天去复试的情景，只记得有一个女的来给我面试。今天去了还真有一个女的。真是有点神了。呵呵……
说是九点到，但我都习惯提前到，所以8：35就下车了，慢慢地走到公司，也才45分吧。可能是SQA主管有点急事要先忙（说是这次由SQA主管来面试），于是等到9：10出来了三人，一起到会议室“审问”，挺紧张的。
又问了我在现在公司具体工作是做什么，QA多少人，怎么分配工作的.。最尴尬的是问我怎么把目前掌握的知道运用到他们公司上，这个问题我还真不知道怎么回答，一直卡在那……最后还是没答上来，另一个面试管就打断了，问了另一个问题“你对如何更好的过CMMI有没什么建议？除了需要咨询师，EPG等这些本应该要有的就不用说了。或者说如果你作为公司的EPG组长，那么应该要怎么做才能把CMMI执行的更好？”。我简单的回答了：加强培训，推广，SQA在工作过程中多加指导。最后还是没办法回避金钱问题，问了我希望多少薪资，我说现在说这个有点过于早了，毕竟贵公司还没录用我，他就说，这不是录用不录用的问题，而是要看看你这两年的经验自己感觉值多少薪酬？真不知道怎么回答了，所以就直接说3000多吧，他们尽然问这个是不是指年平均工资，天啊，国营企业那么小气吗，要是加上过节费和年终奖再平均的话，我现在的工资都快到这个值了。还说要经常加班，加班也没有加班费，真是不可思议。又说到目前SQA在国内的现状，也就是说，现在国内SQA还不是很被重视，工资，奖金什么的都会比技术人员少甚至没有。问我对现在怎么看，是否能接受，
其实我对现状也不是不了解，我已经把心态调得很好了，我现在工作的这个公司也是这样，即使做的项目多，像做测试和SQA的年终奖都没有他们开发人员来的高。当然有的时候也会很气愤，抱怨怎么这么不公平，难道质量的重要性就比不过技术吗？有的时候也只能是自己在那里换色几句，整个国情就这样，我们又有什么办法咯，改变不了现状，当然就要学会接受它。最后问了我有没什么需要了解的，我问了一些关于贵公司的事情。了解到bug管理软件是用QC（即TD的最新版本，说是IBM开发的工具），软件开发团队最大的有几十个人一个项目，今年之内一定要过CMMI三级，目前正在做OSSP（OSSP是指Organization's Set of Standard Process即组织标准软件过程 。 组织标准软件过程（OSSP）中描述的是组织中所有项目的软件开发过程必须满足的一些需求。OSSP可以有很多种形式，也可以允许一定程度的替代选择以支持多个生命周期模型。OSSP的目的是在组织的各项目中建立起公共过程，支持过程的度量、持续性以及改进。），这个做完就打算开始预评估。当时我都不知道这个OSSP是什么意思，挺尴尬的。最后要走的时候尽然忘记把椅子归位了，我平时在歌乐都有这个习惯的，郁闷，但愿他们也没有这个习惯。
因为昨晚看了关于面试的问题，说如果对公司没有什么想知道的话，那就说明对这个公司不太感兴趣，这就可能被out,所以今天也问了一些，感觉有点多了，呵呵，不过当时也还真没再想出来什么要问的，或许因为紧张问题吧。第一次面试问了一些关于公司cmmi的团队有十几人，还有请咨询师，用SVN做配置管理。今天面试完出来后又想到一些问题需要了解的。
1.不知道是用阶段试还是连续试？
2.根据各公司的状况，估计有些过程域可以裁剪，不知道贵公司cmmi3的那22过过程域中，是不是所有的都有做。
3.贵公司有没软件外包项目？考虑到目前歌乐软件外包会越来越多，外包过程到时候也会成熟起来，目前我也还是没怎么外包管理的经验，这个也是挺有发展空间的。

如果是考大学本科专业的研究生，那么很多老师都会问及考生本科的毕业论文。因为它是大学4年专业学习的一个总结，在一定程度上显示了考生的研究能力。

篇10：考研复试面试自我介绍
1、 流利自然。
2、口齿要清晰，语速不要过快，适当连读。
3. 不要面面俱到，没有特点。
4. 不要过分夸耀自己，罗列所获成绩奖项等等。
5. 找到自己的特点深入挖掘。
6. 不易过长，1-2 分钟即可。
