首先，我非常感谢公司，我大学毕业，没有任何经验的时候，我进了公司。HX、梁经理等各位前辈，真的都非常耐心的教育我很多事情。检务的工作是一个非常需要细致的工作，是所有部门的中枢，在这里，我的确学到了很好的处理业务的能力。同时，我必须承认，我在公司的第一年是非常幸福的，是非少，大家都坦诚相对，没有尔虞我诈。这样一个能够学到很多东西，有着简单人际关系的单位，我曾经以为我会在这里做一辈子的。
但是，这是曾经。第一，由于公司的发展，公司的新人越来越多。这是公司的发展使然，无可厚非。但是，公司的新人很多都是托关系进来的，能力不足，架子却很大，每天伺候着一群爷，实在不是一件简单的事情。第二，人多了，特别是杂七杂八的人多了，是非就多，有些人每天为一些鸡毛蒜皮的事情在嚼舌根，确实无语。第三，人多了，但是真正干活的人缺不多，大家的工作越来越累。第四，我们公司的'岗位过于流动，可能您不能赞同我的观点，毕竟年轻的时候可能你也是这么熬过来的，但是，我已经明显的感觉到不适应了，我当时之所以选择回广西，无非就是能够就近照顾父母，但是现在呢，虽然离家不远，但是我几乎都没有能回过家，父母的身体一天不如一天，我还得这样地让他牵挂着，我于心有愧。您曾经说过，工作应该不影响自己的生活，这句话要看对谁说了，对于我而言，您觉得这可能吗，大家都快住在办公室了。第五，我们公司想向大企业发展，但是却没有大企业的完整架构，工作分工不明确。我们的部门是叫做报检签证，但是我们似乎就是一个打杂的，所有的人都觉得这个工作室大厅做的，明明是行政财务部的工作，却什么都要大厅做，行政财务部的人就天天的在办公室上网。文员地位就会低很多吗，大家都是一样进公司的，除了工作性质不一样之外，我并没有觉得我们的工作强度比外勤查多少，但是就是会有很多人说我们很闲。第六，既然辞职了，我也不怕说了，作为领导，您是不是可以有一个领导的气度和容量呢。我之前在钦州，我不想回防港，您让我回来的。你不开心的时候，好像从来没有把大家当人对待过吧，你不爽这个人，就一脚把他踢开，不管人家的家在哪里，越靠近你的人，被你踢走的几率就越高，心寒啊。你喜欢这个人的时候，无论他犯多大的错，你都认为是外部环境造成的，与这个人没有关系。但当你讨厌一个人的时候，小小的失误，你就会把他说的一文不值。感情用事，刚愎自用，不是一个领导应该有的气度。
以前HX只是说了他不想跟谁搭档，你就逼到一个看着公司成长的元老辞职，你觉得这件事情是谁的责任呢。你开会的时候，经常说涨工资，但是说了一年了，工资依旧。你经常说，不换思想就换人，你知道元老们听到是什么感觉吗，你知道心寒是什么感觉吗？第七，如此工作强度的工作，大家的工资跟外面的人比起来，或者就是差不多，或者更少。我可以说，检务里面每个人的能力，都能够在外面有一份收入更高的工作，但是现在呢，每天就领着一点点工资，是基于对公司曾经的爱和对自己奉献的事业的舍不得啊。我给您算一笔数字吧，你知道检务从20xx年到20xx年的辞职率有多高吗？20xx年的检务规格是威，霄，宋，徐，妮，20xx—20xx年的是威，霄，徐，妮，霞，杏，翠，20xx年的时候，威走了，霄走了，宋走了，妮走了，徐调到别的部门了，钰走了，检务的辞职率，有三分之一，最开始的人，已经都走了，元老们都是看着公司一步步的成长起来的啊，大家对公司的热爱，其实不亚于你，但是，有多少人跟你说过覃的事情，你依旧如故，你有想过大家的感受吗，你把大家都逼走了啊......
您常说，不换思想就换人，现在，我已经跟不上领导的变化，我换人，最后，我应该感谢你对我的培养，我不会再在商检系统工作了，我知道我走出公司的大门，整个广西商检系统会容不下我，但是，我不后悔.
