尊敬的各位评委.亲爱的老师们：大家上午好!
很荣幸能有这个机会，来表达一名人民教师的思索与感悟。 今天我的演讲题目是：《最幸福的人》!
人们常说：春种秋收是农人的幸福，财源滚滚是商人的幸福。两袖清风是廉者的幸福，儿孙满堂是长者的幸福。对我来说，幸福就是做一名人民教师，就是与学生们开心相处的每一秒，就是为学生无私奉献的每一个瞬间。
正所谓十年树木百年树人，看着一个个顽劣的孩童在我的倾心教导下，变得听话懂事，积极进取，总有一种为人师的自豪感萦绕心间。懂得感恩，是一个人最起码的品德，所以每年我都会以母亲节、父亲节为锲机，启发引导学生：为父母做一件令他们高兴的事。第二天，孩子们都争相告诉我他们对父母爱的表达。我也会交上我的一份作业，。让他们知道我们每个人都应该感激父母的养育之恩。上学期，我执教了一节语文实践活动课：《爸爸妈妈，你们辛苦了》。课堂上，学生进行了诗朗诵，表演了课本剧，我还和学生们一起唱《父亲》和《母亲》这两首歌。伴着那深情的旋律，我启发学生： 父母给予我们那么多，而我们又回报给他们什么呢?你让他们感到幸福了吗?请闭上眼睛想一想，你最想对父母说的一句话是什么呢?让我们大声的喊出来吧!”片刻的沉默后，一个孩子率先喊出了他的心声：“妈妈，我再也不惹您生气了”，“爸爸，妈妈，我一定好好学习”另一个孩子紧接着喊起来，越来越多的孩子大声的呼喊着： “爸爸，妈妈，我爱你们”，而我，早已深深的沦陷在孩子们的深情里，感动着、幸福着……
是鹰总会搏击长空，是爱总会让人感动。刚接这个班的时候，一个叫林建的男孩最先引起了我的注意。他的面容黑瘦、神情冷漠，脸上、耳朵上、手上都是冻疮，有的已经结痂了，有些地方甚至还破着皮。怎么会是这样呢?经过了解才知道，他的爸爸在他两岁时外出打工，至今杳无音信，妈妈不堪生活的重压，患上了间歇性精神病，只有年迈的外婆照顾他。当我家访走进他家时，我被眼前的一幕震惊了：黑乎乎的屋子里没有一件像样的家具，一个蓬头垢面、神情呆滞的女人半坐在床上，嘴里“咿呀”地说着胡话，显然是林建的妈妈，瘦弱的林建瑟缩着身子，正蹲在桌旁写字，年迈的外婆正佝偻着身子，把清水煮熟的菜叶汤倒进豁口的碗里。看到我来，外婆赶紧上前紧紧地握着我的双手，局促地说：“你是第一个到俺家来的老师，林建不说，可俺知道他很喜欢你。帮帮这个可怜的孩子吧!”看着这个破败不堪的家，看着外婆那老泪纵横却包含希望的双眼，我慎重地点下了头。家访后我连夜给林建织了一付手套，又找来几件棉衣送给他，还发动同学们为他捐赠衣物和学习用品，紧接着我向学校反映了他的情况，给他申请了助学金。此后，我还经常把他带回家里给他换洗衣服、辅导功课，生活上嘘寒问暖，学习上耐心指导,慢慢的，林建的脸上绽放出了笑容，学习也有了很大进步。有一次，在我家吃晚饭后他悄悄走到我耳边，害羞地说：“老师，我叫您一声妈妈，行吗?”望着他那渴望母爱的眼神，那一刻，我将他紧紧地抱在怀里：“孩子，我就是你的妈妈!”
爱是启发，爱是付出，爱更是“春风化雨，润物无声”的呵护。尊重学生的想法，爱护学生的自尊，从心灵深处感化和触动学生，这一直是我从教的准则。班里有几个全校闻名的淘气包，屡屡犯错不改，重复的说教对他们并不见效。我就利用课余时间和他们谈心、聊天。并且学习魏书生老师让违纪的学生做三件事：写一份情况说明书(不是常见的检查书);唱一支歌;做一件好事。孩子的心是敏感的，我的宽容，爱护赢得了他们的拥护和爱戴。“亲其师则信其道”渐渐地，他们的举止文明了，还主动帮我管理纪律呢!
“桃李不言，下自成蹊”多少四季轮回中，爱的无声浇灌里，我从一个对我“防范甚严”的学生脸上读到笑靥;从一个迷恋网络游戏的孩子手里接到他得“优”的试卷;听到一个偷懒、调皮的孩子说：“我会努力”……今天，我不说辛苦，因为我正收获着幸福;今天我不言付出，因为我已获得了最大的财富…
感谢我的学生，是他们让我的生活充满了快乐和幸福，让我的执教人生变得充实而有意义。我相信，未来的日子里，学生还会因我的付出而茁壮成长，我也会因学生的进步，而更加辛勤的耕耘这世上最幸福的事业!

最后说学习，也是最重要的一方面。人们常说：三十而立。等到我们三十岁时，家是立起来了-如果你不想打光棍儿的话。可是在事业上能不能有所作为、出人头地呢?千里之行，始于足下，未来的成就始于现在。现在，我们都可以0岁左右，正处在“衣带渐宽终不悔，为伊消得人憔悴”般的刻苦学习时期。再从客观看：目前，民政部只办有5所大中专院校，各地办有关4所民政学校，各类院校培养大专生53分钟即兴演讲万能素材人，中专生20_多人，培训人员33分钟即兴演讲万能素材0多人，远远不能满足民政事业的需要。可见，民政事业是具有广阔发展前景的。套用一句歌词来形容我们现在，就是：有劲你就尽情地使，有汗你就尽情地流，要问我们想什么，献身民政最风流。

I disagree with it even though I do know history is important. I'm a student major in electricity. To be honest, I think there is little sense for students in university taking history courses no matter what field they study. But in fact, we have been learning history from primary school. I really it's enough for people like me whose major has little relation to history. I just take history exam last year.
