三、自信
自信是发自内心的自我肯定与相信。自信无论在人际交往上、事业上还是在工作上都非常重要。自信是一种态度,只有自己相信自己,他人才会相信你。像乔布斯这样自信和态度的人极为少数,他的至理名言:活着就是为了改变世界,难道还有其他原因吗?
现实中,千万不要成为瞎自信,不能仅仅停留在想象或空想上,则没有任何实际行动,像做白日梦一样。只是你们要行道,不要单单听道,自己欺哄自己。
要成为自信者,就要像自信者一样去行动。如上段文字所言,自信最初来自于生活中的自律。我们在生活中的自律帮助我们形成自信。自信地讲话,自信地做事,我们的自信随着生活中的一件件小事上,逐步被建立起来。

四、自省
自省的基础是自知,能深刻进行自我批评,自我反省和自我教育。一个人若不知道自己所处的位置或不晓得自己的能力和定位,一味的夸夸奇谈,或被一时成就蒙蔽,一定会栽跟头,出洋相。
病人比健康人更懂得什么是健康,承认人生有许多虚假意义的人,更能寻找人生的信念。有时越是在一个顺境的情况下,越需要自省,因为一切的变化都在转角处。
如同金融危机,很多人因为炒股或投资不当,倾家荡产,妻离子散。又如同企业倒闭,柯达相机,曾经的胶卷大王,没跟得上时代的步伐,试图依靠它仅存的优势,最终难以抵抗时代的快速更新和换代。

五、自谦
自谦就是要学会自我谦卑。虽然时常有人提及谦虚,但个人更喜欢谦卑。两者相似却有不同的定义和理解。谦虚:是指虚心,不夸大自己的能力或价值,没有虚夸或自负。不鲁莽,不一意孤行。谦卑:是指甘愿让对方处在重要的位置,让自己处在次要的位置。奉献自己,成就他人。
谦卑往往是一种心态上的倾向。谦卑不在我们的脸上,不在言语里,也不在衣着上,而是在我们的心灵中。谦卑不能仅仅停留在理性上,更需要体现在实践中。真正的谦卑一定是带有馨香之气的美德。
没有人喜欢和骄傲的人成为朋友。在为人处事的基本态度上要谦虚,在与人打交道的时候要谦卑。人越谦卑,所散发出来的魅力,越是迷人。不信,可以试试。
六、自黑
自黑也就是自嘲的意思。自黑既是一种境界,也是一种沟通方式。自我嘲笑,也是一种压力下的自我释放。然而,不是每个人都能看懂一个人的自嘲,这也代表着一种另类的幽默。

But even in the best of economic times, it pays to understand what you can do to make yourself more appealing in the marketplace. Current career trends suggest that an individual will change careers at least 7 times during a lifetime. This reality presents the opportunity to fulfill1 several of our aspirations2. No longer do we have to choose only one road. Instead, we can visualize3 a broader map, and believe that we will likely come across those other roads somewhere down the line.
Increasing marketability is a sure way of being more prepared for a career change. The following are ten strategies for sharpening skills and increasing marketability:
1. Visualize. 想象
Set aside some time to think about where you are in life, and where you want to be. Are you happy? What parts of your career excite you, and what frustrates4 you? Where do you want to be in five years? In ten? Give yourself permission to dream.
2. Take Inventory5. 制作清单
What activities are you currently doing, both on the job and in your leisure time? What skills do they require? How would you rate your skills? Which ones need improving? How could you sharpen them? Which skills do you enjoy using, and which skills do you wish you used more often?
3. Update your resume. 更新你的简历
Regularly update your resume. Visiting a local career center or scanning current resume books can keep your resume looking polished. You also may want to have resumes that highlight different skills.
