1、mba面试中文面试流程：（1）mba面试前一天领取面试时间表，面试分为中、英文面试，上、下午交叉进行，
（2）分为若干小组，每组10人左右。
（3）mba面试采取抽题回答的形式，每人大约20分钟。mba面试题目大多为管理方面的问题，如“你认为企业文化的最高境界是什么？企业文化对企业的发展有什么作用？”“谈谈你对企业薪酬体系的.理解”等等，
